If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Placed an order through the mobile app for about $40 in food on 6-7-25 at roughly 8:25AM. Pickup was at 8:40AM. I get in the car and drive to this location - further away from where I live than another location, mind you, but this one takes online orders so I'm fine with the extra few minutes - only to get there and be met by the RUDEST manager I've met in an establishment, tell me they're closed and won't help me. Not CAN'T - WON'T. He tosses out "call customer service", because he can't (or won't, probably) do the refund. The customer service number says they won't take the call and the voicemail is disabled. So now I'm out $40 because they didn't turn off online ordering like every other restaurant can. Won't be returning here, that's for sure - not even for the missed order, but because the manager needs a class in how to speak to people. read more

I haven't been in a Hardees in almost 20 years, but decided to go today because I got a coupon in the mail, I went inside to order and to my surprise, there was only one other customer in line at what should be the 5:30 Friday dinner rush. The only people in the dining room was what I assumed to be the manager and two employees, having a meeting. Pretty soon there was a lot of shouting and profanity back and forth between the employees, as the manager sat there silent. From time to time, a woman in back making sandwiches would scream out for them to stop. It was very uncomfortable and the shouting continued the entire time I was waiting for my to-go order. Store has improved greatly over the last year! Opens on time and the food is fresh and hot. Service is great and love the hand breaded chicken. Good food takes time but they do it well. Get breakfast there a lot and always on point. Great store love it. read more

I have been stopping by the drive thru for a breakfast burrito for the second time this week. What a well made burrito - tightly wrapped, steaming hot filled with egg sausage and mildly spiced. It is the best. I recommend this item highly. read more

If I could mark them a negative I would. We waited over 15 minutes in the drive through just to get our drinks, and another 5 minutes to get our food. Then when we got it, it was ice cold. Not to mention they messed up the orders, forgot items, and more. read more

Hadn't been at Hardee's in any location for quite some time but thought I would give it a try. Had a hankering for a roast beef. However, when I came to the menu, there was no roast beef. I guess this location did not carry them anymore. I ordered a cheeseburger. It was an stiff bun and blah taste, the burger lacked any character. I know, it is a chain but if the chains want to differentiate themselves, the burgers should not look like they came out of a box and were slapped on a week old bun. Lady that helped me was not rude but was not friendly by any means. I would not say stay away but would not go here again unless I was hard up and other places in the area were closed. read more

This used to be my lunch go to place but no more. Over the last few months it's not worth stopping in. Long waits to order. Long waits to get your order. Orders are wrong. Items not available. No one is even remotely concerned if you wait 15-20 minutes for a burger or if you received the wrong items. I'm done with this place. read more

Worst Hardees ever!! Walked in at 7am and was told right away they had no sour dough bread and no breakfast chicken..really? It's breakfast time! Made the order as easy as possible: 3 bacon and egg croissants and 3 orders of pancakes. Just pancakes. And an orange juice. The guy couldn't figure out how to ring up the pancakes so he just gave them to me for free (the only bright spot in this whole fiasco). Got back to the table and my croissants? Two were bisquits. Was is really so hard? Suggest rolling past this one. Oh...and used the bathroom, shoes stuck to the floor! There's a McDonalds across the street...go there! read more

The food was great, and out fast. The manager David was awesome. He delivered our food to our table, which was great for our party of 6, including two small children. Everything was accurate and hot. I kept hearing David compliment & positivly motivate is team. The whole place seemed to run like a well oiled machine. We'll be back! read more

I gave this particular Hardees location 1 star only because I couldn't rate them lower. I have been to the location 3 times and had problems with the accuracy of the order all 3 times. The last time, I was taking food back to my office and all but one item was wrong. I did not order any alterations to the menu item, they were simply not the items I ordered. For example, I ordered 2 chicken strip meals and received 2 different boxes of some kind or burgers. I asked the person at the drive-thru window to double check the order for accuracy as I had problems in the past and was told that everything was there and correct. Once I got back to my office and realized that the order was wrong I called and spoke to the manager who said bring the order back and they would remake it. I had already spent 20 minutes waiting for the order to be prepared as well as driving 20 minutes to my office. Driving a total of 40 minutes back to Hardees then back to my office... plus wait time for Hardees to correct my order was unreasonable to me. May be there are other Hardee locations that care more about the quality of their service and the care of their customers. I do know this one does not. read more
