Ordered lunch and everything looked right but got my food and it was cold. Brought the food back and requested fresh hot food, manager told me, "It is fresh, to me it's fresh because the timer on the heater for the food says it is, we're wasting food because customers are bringing it back saying it's not fresh. We cook the food and put it on a timer for 30 minutes within the 30 minutes it is still fresh to serve to customers. If you want it fresh ask for it to fresh out of the grease for it to be fresh." Therefore I asked for my food fresh and my food was not done. We came here to have a quick bite before a long drive. The line was long and there were two cashiers at the registers. We placed our orders and specifically ordered a "Diet Coke". We got our cups and we're instructed to use their drink machine to get our drinks. Customers became frustrated that there were no sodas available. Then we overheard the same cashier lady (the one who took our order), tell other customers that the carbonated drinks were not working right now. Why she couldn't tell us that as we were ordering and before we paid, will remain a mystery. If you go to the drive-thru at this location and the lime is full, prepare to waste at least 30-40minutes of your life. Went here last night and from the time I placed my order until receiving my food, 40 minutes had passed by. They apologized for the wait, but why does it take this long to service drive-thru customers. This is not an isolated incident. This is the case every time. My experience seems to be on par with the rest of the comments. No, I do not expect Michelin Star service from a Wendy's. BUT, there is a standard of service from an establishment as this, and it didn't even come close. I arrived just before the dining room closed. We would have used the drive-thru, but in a large work van it just isn't always possible given the dimensions of the DT lane. I stood in line for at minimum 15 minutes before my order was taken. There wasn't a huge line waiting for service either...there were two other patrons in front if me, each ordering no more than a single combo meal. Each customer in the lobby had to ask for something that was missing. For one girl it was her order of fries. For myself, I was not given my glass for my drink. Once I did get to order, it was approximately 20 minutes before I was served. All in all, it was about 35-40 minutes for a single combo meal. Dining room was moderately messy, but the condiment station was obliterated. No napkins, trash and spills abound. Wouldn't recommend this for any sort of "fast food" experience. I will say that the food came out fairly satisfactory. My chicken sandwich was hot, but my baconator fries were a bit cool. read more

I hate THIS LOCATION but I enjoy Wendys food so I go anyway because it's the only one in my area. First off I love my salads with extra crutons. They have a fit every time I ask for an extra pack of crutons. Manager Hector even told me once, "well nothing is free." I told him to charge me for the crutons and he tried but he couldn't find the button on the register to do so (Because there is no such button). Everytime I have to plan to wait a while because it takes forever and a day to get your order at this location. Stopped for lunch at about 12:45 today. I went inside to order a simple combo with no changes. There were a couple of guys ahead of me who received their orders promptly. Then two folks who ordered after me got their food while I wondered if mine had been forgotten. When I asked precisely that, I was told there had been a big order in the drive-through and "Yours is coming up." That didn't explain why folks who ordered after me were served first. There were two large pump-type mustard dispensers on the table holding condiments; they were both empty. The bin of catsup packets was almost empty. Since the store had only been open a couple of hours, I assumed the bins weren't filled this morning. And the ladies' restroom towel dispenser was empty, so obviously no one checked to see if it needed restocking. At least the chicken sandwich tasted good, but next time I'm in the mood for Wendy's I'll visit another location. This one didn't impress. read more
