My favorite breakfast is the spicy chicken biscuit. There is something special about that spicy chicken! It's not super spicy, it has a slight kick and tons of flavor! When paired with a flakey, buttery biscuit, you have one delicious breakfast! It's so simple and good! Recently I tried a chicken and egg breakfast bowl. It was so good I went back for a second! This place is a weekly staple for my family, but one of the most frustrating things about this location is parking. There is constantly a line and the traffic to get in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. This is a high traffic area and there is usually an employee directing traffic. Unfortunately if it wasn't for the irritation of parking or even getting through the drive thru I would be here daily. One of the reasons this place is packed is because you can never go wrong with their delicious chicken nuggets. If you are trying to eat healthy, they also have a grilled chicken option, doesn't taste as good as the chicken cobb salad with avocado ranch. This location is family oriented and always host fun events for the family. For the most part, the staff is friendly although I had a few issues with their app while I was ordering and it seems as the employee was putting blame on me. The chicken sandwich is their signature and for good reason, it is flavorful and delicious. They have waffle fries which is a great side to their sandwich, just be sure to try with their chickfila sauce. So this is by far probably the worse chick-fil-a in this area as far as food quality is concerned in my opinion . The last time I was here was around maybe Jan 2022 and the food was just yucky. Today I returned to give them another try and again the food was Luke warm at best, the chicken mini bread is weird here at his location, it's thick and kinda tough. Even the hash browns were cold and rubbery. The chicken in the Chicken minis was so dry, which now I remember was the same issue last time. I just ended up throwing it all away just money wasted. Amazing customer service! I came in and ordered a regular deluxe sandwich meal. I got home and I had accidentally been given the wrong order but the correct drink. It contained a spicy sandwich which I can not eat because of medical reasons with my stomach. I drove back and went inside to talk to someone I went up to a cashier and let her know I had received the wrong drive thru order and she immediately went to go get her manager. The manager came out and I explained I had been given the wrong order in the drive thru and that I can not eat spicy foods and she was apologetic had them fix my meal and gave me a cookie for the trouble. The manager was the sweetest person and her customer service is above and beyond! I wish I would have remembered to get her name but I was clouded by hunger. Great Chickfila Most of the time! Today's specific visit was alright, slow drive through, and when driving up to the two young men who were taking orders, the smaller of the two was running back and forth down the drive thru whereas the other worker was waiting at the end of the drive thru for us to drive. I remember back from my 2.5 years working at Chickfila this was directly against the rules due to A) the laziness and what it looks like to a guest, B) one person can't run a drive thru and so it takes as many hands on the job. I will continue to visit this Chickfila because i have had some good experiences. The workers are friendly and a buddy of mine's father owns this Chickfila. But the location, parking, and how they handle the breakfast, lunch, and dinner rush could use some more work. I got the 2# (Deluxe Spicy Sandwich meal), I highly recommend you trying this with creamy salsa. The food was overall good, the fries came out a little over cooked, and not very salty. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and by the time I got home I realized it was a regular chicken sandwich. I called there and one of the employees said that on the system I ordered a regular chicken sandwich. Then yesterday I ordered a spicy southwest salad with garlic herb dressing but I looked inside to see it was a creamy salsa dressing. I drove back around to ask for the correct dressing.
