Three visits. Three bad experiences. I am done. Buh bye Wendy's First: At drivethrough I gave my order for a double cheeseburger. The clerk said "You want an 8?" I repeated that I wanted a double cheeseburger. At the window the clerk was mad because she thought I meant a combo so she had to get it cancelled in the cash register. Second: Tried to use the app and order a double cheeseburger for drivethrough. Paid through the app. Got there and it wasn't ready. Asked to pull up and wait. Fifteen minutes later I backed up (it wasn't busy) and inquired as to why I was still having to wait. They said they needed to cook it. I asked to cancel the order and was told I could only do that on the app. Then the manager (I guess) walked over with my hamburger in a bag so I said okay, never mind. She apologized and offered me a free frosty to try to make up for my wait. So she was conciliatory at least and I appreciated that. Third: Tonight I skipped the app and ordered at the speaker. The guy taking the order had trouble because I asked for a "Double Dave's" instead of a "Dave's Double". I got to the window, gave my money window closed (that's okay it was hot out. Window opened, handed a receipt, window closed. Window opened, handed a bag, window closed. The bag felt light so I looked and sure enough it held a small hamburger not the one I ordered and that the receipt showed. I waited. Window opened. Handed a different bag. I tried to explain that I had actually touched the food seeing if it was indeed the wrong item. She wasn't interested just took it back. She never apologized for almost sending me off with the wrong food. I hope it wasn't handed out to someone else! By the way, when I got home there were no napkins in the bag. read more

the young girl in the drive thru was sweet as can be, but the aggressive demeanor & my bag of food being shoved in my face by the manager made the service experience terrible. Don't recommend: When we went got to the speaker, Anita (host) was rude and seemed as if she was trying to rush us constantly saying "Is that all" while trying to continue our order. Instead of polite comments such as: "I'm sorry what was that" she said "What?" There was a lot of attitude in her voice as if she didn't want to be there. After leaving, we noticed one of our fry boxes had lipstick on it and we ordered 2 Caesar salads that did not come with dressing or Parmesan crisps. So, we went back. Got new fries and our dressing, but Anita did not have her mask in until approaching the window. While preparing our food she should've been wearing her mask especially at a time like this. We noticed she was wearing a red shirt, assuming that means high authority than the rest, which she clearly doesn't deserve based on her character. read more

Line of cars ordering and I went there about 12:15am finally got up to intercom to order about 15 minutes later and they said they're only open for DoorDash only. I went there around 11:20pm on Sunday night got a 10pc meal with an extra fry and a drink. I received two fries that had definitely been sitting there for awhile and a sprite that didn't taste right. The only good thing was the nuggets. You could tell the workers knew what they were doing as all 3 came up to see who I was at the window and laughing under their breath. Worst Service Ever!!!! I placed an online order for a Cobb salad & a cheeseburger. Placed the order at 7pm. I show up 10mins later there is 1 couple ordering when I arrive. The employee finished taking order & walked away from counter never acknowledged my existence. I step to the counter & wait. The employee starts making door dash meals & proceds to make up 4 other orders still never acknowledged me & didn't say anything. There was 7 workers including the Manger who didn't acknowledged me at counter & now 3 other customers behind me. After I voiced can get some help I've been patiently waiting for 20mins. I was finally helped only to be lied to & told they don't start on online orders until you check in. And I said why offer online if you not gone make until I come to pick it up. But you make door dash before they check in & that's online. Not to mention I've picked up 1 before online & it was on a shelf waiting. After 30 mins of waiting & wasting my time I got a refund & went to DQ. They had a softball team there & were very busy & I got my food in under 5mins. read more

I stopped in to get 2 50 cent Frostys. This is a great value and they taste delicious. However, when I paid, I did not count my change until I got home, which is my fault. I was 50 cents short. It occurred to me if the person who took the money took a little bit of money from everyone, he could make quite a bit of money. Just warning everyone to count their change, no matter what business you go to. I know I will read more

I like to go here sometimes but not often. I did on this last visit have an exceptional experience. I was blown away but one persons customer service and skill with handling everything that I looked at my wife and we both had the same amazed look on our face. The look of we just got higher end restaurant customer service at a drive through. I do think they changed the way they make their burgers and it's worse than before but love the sea salt fries.
