Reluctantly I pulled in to Wendy's. I selected a Parmesan Caesar salad. And I want to tell you folks, it was excellent. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, the chicken was warm, grilled and tasty. In addition to the sprinkled parmesan it had yummy thin slices of Parmesan cheese. And the bonus that I wasn't going to try, but at last minute decided to, was something called parmesan crisp. They were actually quite good and made only of Parmesan cheese and skim milk and salt. Writing restaurant reviews it's not my thing, it's my son's. But this was just too good to pass up. It came with dressing, but I ate mine without. I still have half of it left because it was a large serving. Now I have dinner as well. Don't write Wendy's off, like I did, give them another try, especially this one on RC circle. read more

I remember when Wendy's had good food. Well, those days are long gone. Now you just get warm garbage. This location was dirty, the people were amazingly disorganized and the food was horrible. It's been years since I've been to a Wendy's and they'll be lucky if I'm back in 20 years. Provide better service and a higher quality product and I'll try sooner than 20 years. read more

Avoid at all cost if you're looking for a quick bite. How do you have the dining room closed but you're drive through is moving at a snail's pace?? I'm all for waiting a while when the demands of the dining room impedes on the drive through but this restaurant is an embarrassment to fast food and whoever runs this joint must have terrible organizational skills. The most horrible service I have ever received in my life. Arrived one hour before closing and most of the chairs were turned up on the tables as though they were closed. When ordering a drink the order-taker indicated there were none available, they were out of everything but while we were dining watched other diners come in and be served drinks. Not at all certain what it was all about but those are the facts. I took their survey and happily reported our treatment but highly doubt that much can be done to correct the surly employees that were working. read more

disturbing : at 11:30 before lunch its reeking with filth. all tables greasy, crumbs on them & the floor. but the best: a foot print on the food counter. floor tiles so greasy you are skating on them and fighting to keep your balance. the grease from floor is transferred to carpet so the carpet is slippery too. i never ate from such a disgusting place. took food outside and ate it by the car standing. read more

This is probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The service is horrible and they don't honor their own deals that are advertised on television and their sign out front. They supposedly had a buy one get one free on breakfast sandwiches but I was told that promotion was over even though their sign said otherwise and the advertisements were on television. Also, every time I go there for breakfast, they have no coffee. read more

Overall dissatisfaction with our visit tonight. We were ordering our food and the one taking our order was rude, but despite that we gave him our order patiently and proceeded to the window. After looking at the receipt before receiving our food I noticed that he charged me for a large combo and tried to give me the small drink that I originally ordered. I brought this to his attention and he was angry with me. He gave me a large drink and gave me our food. Then he insisted he take the small drink back. We complied and left with our food because we were frustrated with the service. After we got the food home, everything was very cold. The hamburger pattys were hard and burnt and the fry containers weren't half filled. Despite being the first time going to this location, this will undoubtedly be the last. read more

I'm not usually one for yelp reviews, but I want to show my support for the accommodating managers at this particular Wendy's. On the way home from the beach I absentmindedly left something valuable to me at a table and didn't realize until arriving home 4 hours later! Both Cody and Brittany went above and beyond to make sure it was sent back to me. Food wise, I thoroughly enjoyed my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger! I'll make sure that this is always my stopping point to and from the beach from now on. read more

Avoid this NASTY restaurant. It is disgusting. I have never seen a dirtier restaurant ever. Food was terrible and the fries were done in old Grease. The chicken has been cooked for hours and was so hard I could not bite into it. The floors appeared to never been mopped! read more

On the way back from the beach we ran through the drive thru at this location. I placed 6 complicated orders. There were no misunderstandings. I did not have to repeat myself. My food came out 100% accurate, fresh and fast. The young lady at the window delivered it with a smile and a great attitude. She thanked us for our business as we drove away. I wish I had gotten her name. Oh, and this place was packed and they still nailed my order. Great job Dothan Wendy's! read more

We have been to this Wendys 2 times prior, both horrific. Being overwhelmed by the commercials for the Berry Burst Salad, against all the bells of warning in my head, I decided to shut my eyes and jump off the cliff! After ordering a half berry burst, I was met at the drive thru window by a lad who would have rather had his nails ripped out than be there. He barely had time to collect my money and attempt to give correct change (way to busy chatting with other workers about plans for the 4th and blaming them for his inability to give change for a 10!), he shut the filthy window with no more interaction. After a very lengthy wait, he opened window, thrust a bag at me and shut window. That should have been first warning, but no, I ventured on!!! Arriving home and removing the salad bowl, my heart sank. Let us begin the observations in no particular order-the salad appeared to be the ends of very old romaine, very very dark green, limp, with brown wilt on the majorit of edges. When I discarded the wilted,slimy pieces of lettuce, well....not much salad! On to the berries, yes they were countable- 6 blueberries and what appeared to be chunks (including white parts and some stems) of 3 different strawberries. Now I know I ordered the half salad, but the chicken was more akin to pigeon I believe, and obviously dissected in half, the small end. I really don't know what is worse at this location, the underwhelming rude service or the disgusting pieces parts of produce. It is obvious from this and oher reviews that management either doesn't care or nepotism is at play. There is a MacDonalds, Dennys, Burger King, Super Canton, Blue Plate, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Capt. The management here has always been great, but the building itself is in desperate needs of remodeling. The food though, has always been fresh and fast. Maybe the only complaint I would have is their increases on prices throughout the years. If I'm going to spend $10 on a fast food meal, I'd like to sit down in a new clean environment. I used to go here often until I started dieting recently. I came back in today, and I ordered two chicken sandwiches PLAIN and a cheeseburger NO LETTUCE, TOMATO, OR MAYONNAISE to go. And I made sure to point out to the lady what I didn't want on the sandwiches as I see she hadn't edited them on the screen on the register. Well, she claimed that the things I wanted removed were not on there, and I just took her word for it and paid for them and left. I get back home and to my surprise BOTH chicken sandwiches had LETTUCE AND MAYONNAISE. I can't eat mayonnaise due to an allergy so since I will NOT be going back. Also, the person taking my order appeared to not care whether she got orders right or not as before I received my order someone else's order was also made wrong and I saw no sign of remorse in her eyes. I will definitely not be returning this location or any other location if this is how they handle customers. read more
