Look Arby's doesn't deserve a 5 star for fine dining or even casual dining, but for a fast food joint that is different from the run of the mill burger place, I would pick Arby's EVERY SINGLE TIME! I love the roast beef combined with the sweet BBQ Arby's sauce and the sinus clearing Horsey sauce. There are so many choices from the regular roast beef to the Beef N Cheddar to the French Dip to Smokehouse Brisket. The French Dip with swiss dipped in Au Jus is a work of art anyone should try. Arby's also had chicken sandwiches, Turkey sandwiches, and a marvelous Reuben that is among my favorites. The chicken sandwiches are not on Chick-fil-a level but rank among excellent fast food chicken sandwiches. Besides the sandwiches, you do not go to Arby's and not get the curly fries. They are my favorite fast food fries and it isnt even close. They are burnt orange with some kind of seasoning. I love dipping them in ketchup, Arby's sauce, and the spicy 3 pepper sauce! Arby's has excellent sweet tea! Also, sign up for Arby's email. They send coupons about every week, especially when they have a promotional item. Just don't!!! The sandwich had to be from at least lunch and it's 7 hrs past. Everything was cold and at the bare minimum of what Arby's offers. I didn't feel like complaining so I just threw it in the garbage and left with my FLAT Coke. Just very disappointed in this location. Shut the doors. read more

This Arby's location is staffed with a friendly and hard working staff. Service is fast and friendly and the food is always good.

Needed a quick lunch. Wanted it to be on this side of the road south bound on 231 bc the the streets and intersections in Dothan are dumb! My experience exceeded expectations. Though to be fair expectations were extremely low. It's sad that providing adequate service and relatively warm food in a decent time frame exceeds expectations for fast food these days. The meats gave me the meat sweats! Seriously huge sandwich. The bun was soft the meat was warm. The fries were warm. The lady taking my order and money greeted me and served me in an appropriate manner. I still have absolutely zero idea what product her rant was hocking prior to saying order when you're ready. We stopped by here on our way home from a beach trip. First, the restrooms were very clean which is a big plus. But the best part about this place was Ladarius who was working the front. He's such a nice guy, has an amazing attitude, super funny, and just great at his job. He made this lunch stop such a pleasure and he was so nice to our kids. Had a Jr. Ham and Cheddar Sandwich (don't judge me), and a vanilla milkshake...had to wait 10 minutes for it to melt, just to drink it lol. The Arby's in Huntsville had chicken that made me sick (never doing that crap again), but it wasn't the same with this Arby's. I was considering McDonald's but was glad I changed my mind. And when you do get there, if you've had good service (and you should), don't forget to ring the bell when you leave. When you do, all the employees say "Thank You!", which is cool.
