At 6:15 I placed an order through the drive thru that I realized was incorrect after I had paid. I paid for more food and they told me to pull forward to wait for my food. After 13 minutes and no one coming out, I drove through the drive thru for a second time. The employee said my food had been placed in the wrong area and please pull around the receive it. I asked the employee at the window to please speak with a manager about the now melting ice cream that's been waiting on my floor while I waited for my food. The manager then came to the window to speak with me. I again explained my frustrations and he advised me that "I would clean it off your floor." He refused to give me his name despite me asking multiple times. He was not wearing a badge.. When I said I would like to speak with an owner or corporate he told me "we are locally owned and operated. It doesn't matter what you do... I'll still be making $15 an hour, you stupid cunt."
