Service is poor, this skinny blonde lady seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes as I walked up to order, she didn't even ask me what I wanted to order she just stood there till I said what I wanted. I asked for double white rice she didn't. She barely gave me double chicken. The when I asked for sour cream and extra she just kinda looked and then put a little. I asked for light lettuce and that's the one thing she actually put a lot of. Not happy, honestly there are some good workers at this location but she is absolutely not one. read more

Brand new and inexperienced staff. The serving station was poorly maintained with visibly overcooked chicken, and most steam table trays including the chicken were very empty and poorly prepped. The restaurant was quite empty for it being it's first week in business. The tables were not cleaned. Where is management? First and last trip to chipotle. I ordered on their app. I will never understand this preposterous trend of trying to make you feel guilty it you don't tip a person WHO DIDN'T WAIT ON YOU!! They don't make sub minimum wage like real waiters and waitresses do, why on earth would you tip someone for merely doing their job?! Speaking of which, they didn't. I pulled up to the window to pick up my order and there were three people standing there bullshitting with each other. One leaning against the window, one beside him and other opposite the one leaning on the window facing me. I pulled up and they completely ignored me. I sat there for a minute and the one facing me was clearly seeing I was there as he made eye contact. They continued to ignore me for another minute or two. As I was getting ready to honk the horn the one facing me opened the window and asked me my name and gave me the food. The tray inside the bag was tipped up at a 45 degree angle and every single drop of sour cream had leaked out into the bag which I found out too late because I had already reached into the bag to get my tray and got a handful of sour cream all over my hand and fingers. This made driving difficult as I couldn't clean it off of me because they gave me a whole one flimsy napkin. I had to lick it off my hands. I'm guessing I probably got a spit condiment in my food too for not tipping . Am I accusing them of this? No, I'm just saying that when you solicit tips PRIOR to the food being prepared they know in advance that you didn't give them the tip and can exact their revenge. I'll never go there again, i simply don't trust the purity and cleanliness of anyplace that solicits tips and gives the workers cause for revenge. What a messed up world. read more

I wish i could give this place 0 stars cause that's exactly what they deserve. Today i ordered a burrito which wasn't hard to make at all. Regular chicken, extra brown rice and extra cheese with a side of queso and chips. I ordered ahead of time because i had to go back to work, i put on the app that id be walking in to just make it quick and simple, i get the notification is ready and i walk up to the shelves and it's not there i wait about 5 minutes and still nothing, so i asked politely if it was ready or if it was an accidental thing where they pushed a button, it was ready and sitting behind the counter, but it's okay, so i drove the 20 minutes back to work and i take a bite into my burrito, it's just rice and the wrong rice at that, im about 3 bites into this burrito and it's just rice, i get a piece of chicken and it's the el pastor chicken, at this point i'm so annoyed because why in the world is it the wrong rice wrong chicken and no cheese like are you joking me, so i unwrap my burrito, there was a whooping 4 pieces of chicken in my burrito. The biggest joke of 15 dollars i have ever spent. The amount of rice in my burrito was almost comical like they did it as a joke because first it's soo much rice and second it's the wrong rice like are you joking, and then the wrong chicken and no cheese. i didn't have a extremely hard order, i literally had 3 things in my burrito and they managed to mess it up BIG time! On top of this, a previous visit i went inside to order 3 chicken tacos, i walk up to the counter and say hi to the person taking my order and she just stares at me so then i say "could i please at 3 white chicken tacos" and i get the nastiest look from her and with an attitude she says "did you just say white chicken" i was so shocked and confused to why she was questioning what i said and why was it so rude, especially when there is multiple types of chicken. I am so shocked and extremely disappointed in the unprofessional behavior that this chipotle allows in there stores. We pay good money for chipotle because it's good, this chipotle is NOT worth your money nor time going cause they're going to make your experience BAD! I don't usually write reviews cause i was the kid working at fast food places and i get it but this is so unacceptable behavior from a very reputable place! if i had done any of this and NOT worn a name tag so customers couldn't see my name my manager would have fired me on the spot. The unprofessional behavior from this so is unbelievable and i was never return to this store in general because of how these people have treated me the 2 times that i have been here. Wish I could give 0 stars cause this place just has some rude servers/cashier people it closed 10-20 minutes before they were supposed to close and then as soon as I walked in they threw the food out and laughed at me when I turned around to walk back out also waited until I got to the counter to tell me that they were closed in a rude way instead of just yelling that they were closed the woman that said we are closed just had a really bad attitude and I just wanted food been wanting chipotle for a good bit now and finally I go to get it and I can't plus I also tried the app and I was trying to order it multiple times before we got there and it wouldn't allow it also it makes no sense that they closed earlier when they were supposed to close at 11pm read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would buy it was required to post the review! I took my 17 yr old daughter after work to grab some food keep in mind it was 10:41 Pm clearly stares that they DO NOT close until 11:00 pm. My daughter was denied the right to order food. While they still had food In the display area that was fresh, the young lady who was very ignorant and had a massive attitude looked at my 17 yr old and said with an attitude " we're closed" as she started picking the food up and dumping it in the trash cans. Im parked watching my daughter walk from the counter to the door and As my daughter walked out of the store the two visible females inside were laughing carrying on like it was funny that my daughter was upset! They literally started picking up trays of food with my daughter standing and started dumping them infront of her but the 5 minutes we sat in the parking lot while she looked at the menu on the app they were standing there bullshitting but as soon as my daughter walked in and up to the counter they did this like a huge slap in her face. It's complete ignorance on their part and I've read down through some of the other reviews and now see what's going on here!. My daughter was craving Chipoltle. And she was hungry. No wonder why my family enjoys Moes much better! their customer service skills are on point! Switching to Moe's because Chipotle always has terrible customer service and food. I have worked for 30 yrs in the restaurant/food industry I know that you don't start cleaning or throwing food out until closing time which was 11:00 pm for this location. But young kids excited to "Not do their job" because it's Saturday night and they want to go out is BS. Definitely filing a complaint for the way she was treated, you cant even call the number and get through to speak to anyone it's a Texas number.
