The staff is very abrupt when taking your order in the drive thru and when you get to the window they make it seem like a chore to scan for points and then if you have cash they just rip the money out of your hand. Walked in - cashier looked at me and walked away. Came in couple minutes by later - No greeting. Pop machine was out of several different types of soda, no ketchup in the dispensers. Pop spilled all over counter and floor. Dining room was a complete mess. Told the front desk staff - looked at me like I had three heads and said nothing. Ate my food and 10 minutes later no one had bothered to clean things up. I understand this is fast food- not five star restaurant- but honestly kind of unbelievable. But several employees were standing around doing nothing. Some were not wearing uniforms. I have worked in fast food- if audited by corporate- would have failed. For a Wendy's this location is pretty decent and the drive thru is fast. This location is the difficult with regard to navigating entrance and exit to the parking lot. I recommend checking food before you leave (like plain burgers) and make sure their is substance to the chili (sometimes it's like broth!). I'm sure I'll see you again for a late night post concert bite. Faves here: Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and Chili with extra hot sauce oil! read more

Visited this location yesterday. After watching the server touch the outside of her mask over 10 times with gloves on I had to say something. She handed me my fountain drink glasses by putting her hand inside one of the glasses. One of the drive thru employees overheard me ask for a new glass. He apologized for her. I explained to him as a healthcare worker the outside of a mask is just as filthy. Bathrooms both had no paper towels. My husband's salad had the end of a brown lettuce root. Huge!! Long waits. Rude staff. Luckily because they wouldn't honour a mobile coupon for 2$ I was spared the food.

I did not mind the wait at the drive through. Most of the staff were nice but there was some miscommunication with a south asian man worker that gave us our food. Due to his accent, we miss heard him when he asked if we got our drinks. After everything thing was sorted, we apologized for not understanding him but he got aggressive and slammed the drive through window. English is my second language and I feel like you should never get aggressive if another person can't understand what you are saying when you have a thick accent. read more

Today I went through the Wendy's drive thru placed my order like usual and asked for a Caesar salad as my side. Order at home my sandwich fries and a Caesar salad my salad had no dressing and I was given a spoon and a knife to eat the salad. If you're reading this ask yourself how do you eat salad with a spoon and knife?? I have been to this location 5 times in the last 3 weeks and every single time I got home to find that there was either something missing from my order or it was made incorrectly. I let it go first few times considering everything is that is going on but this last time I had enough. Considering they only have to deal with drive thru right now there is really now excuse for mistakes. People there do not know how to take an order. Went there today, asked for 2 double cheese & bacon. 2 large fries. Paid for the order and got 2 lg fries and 1 burger. Tried to phone and got voice mail. Clearly they don't care. This store, do us all a favour and close your doors. You know nothing about running a restaurant, or customer service. This Wendy's is pretty good. Service is solid and the food is fine. Drive through is fast. I like Wendy's variety such as chilli cheese nachos, frosties and baked potatoes. The value menu is more robust than other fast food restaurants such as McDonald's. You can't find these options elsewhere. read more

Worst customer service ever! They never get your order right. They usually screw something up in regards to my order, but never enough to make me complain. Until this last time.... Nothing was right. As I'm driving away and taking a sip of my pop I realize it's coke, not the root beer I ordered. Again, not enough to make me complain, so I keep driving. Get all the way home, which is far- I specifically wanted Wendy's, open my burger and there are no toppings that I ordered. Just burger, bun and mayo. That is enough to take me back and complain. She doesn't even listen to what I was supposed to get and calls out for a new burger (the wrong one! again!). As I'm waiting for my food, I ask for a refund as well, I had to go all the way home (over 5km) to find out they royally screwed up my order. I want my meal and compensation. I get my refund and then wait for my food. And wait. And wait. Finally the manager comes back and asks what the problem is. I told her the problem and want my money and my food. She said because she refunded me, I was not getting my meal (thanks for letting me know!). I can either have my money back or get my real meal. I fought with her, in front of a line up, and she still would not budge. I walked out of there hungry and with no meal. If I ever go back to a Wendy's, it certainly won't be this location! read more
