There was no lineups no wait and that's usually a bad sign but they took my order right away and prepped it and we got out of there within 5 minutes. At the drive-thru. Crinkle cut fries that were tasty maybe just a little tad too oily but they were really good french fry and a generous portion. I came for the burger and I got the triple cheeseburger and wow wow that was a handful. You could tell it was freshly cooked Char-Broiled and a good amount of cheese. It was a bit greasy but hey if you're eating a hamburger it's supposed to be greasy if you're looking for fancy Foo Foo Burger this ain't your place. This is for Burger connoisseures. It had a really good taste to it and a huge portion. This isn't your tiny.in and out burger . This is some old school huge Burger. It looked like it would fill you and it did. It had a really good taste to it and it had some nice grease stripping from it you know that it was made with good quality beef and not a frozen Patty. A little advice for first-timers: study the menu before entering the drive-thru. I asked a pretty basic question about what sauce came on one of the sandwiches, and judging by the reaction, I probably should have done my homework beforehand. The customer service was extremely minimal. No real hello, thank you, goodbye, offer of ketchup, etc. Even during the face-to-face interaction at the window, communication was very limited and it was difficult to hear what was being said. I'm not expecting fine-dining service from a drive-thru burger place, but basic friendliness and being able to ask a question about such a large menu shouldn't feel unusual. I'd eat the food again, but next time I'll probably stick with delivery. Apparently that's where Mr. J's and I have our healthiest relationship.

I really appreciated that because that kind of customer service is rare these days. I ordered two combos to go: a cheeseburger and a lettuce-wrapped double burger, both with fries and chips.
