Honestly drive up to summit or legit go anywhere else. The people here can't do the simple job of listening and entering what you heard into the screen. I ordered two sandwiches and fries.. pretty simple.. and since they do not read your order back to you So we paid and realized one of sandwhiches was wrong and no fries were charged. We of course paid for the fries but since we noticed the sandwich after the manager decided to charge us a third time for some cheese. Like dam at that point you should have gave us the cheese as a courtesy for your employees mess up. It's a small thing but the manger with the boyle on her neck was rude and steam rolled the whole situation. Don't eat here! You're gambling with your health, at best! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo meal at 10:15 am and by 5pm I had the worst stomach cramps, and felt nauseous! Service has been terrible recently. The workers are not accommodating, just lazy honestly. After I paid for an item, they told me they no longer had it available (which is fine) so I had asked if I could change my order to something else, and they did not want to help me whatsoever. 1st is for the freshness and tastiness in the 4 for $4 that we ordered. 2nd cleanliness inside was great and the exterior was being painted which gives you a scene of good healthy food being served. 3rd the young girl was polite and very courteous the the children asking for water. Why not the 2 other starts. Because the drinking fountain is restricted to be only served by the staff and you must wait I. Line or interrupt someone ordering to get refills. Staff have the right to enjoy a meal but should restrain themselves from grown up oriented conversation in a family setting dinning room. Especially with their uniforms on. If I could rate this lower I would. The managers their Ashley & Gladis charged us for our order and didn't tell us we were going to have to wait in the parking lot for 7 minutes then go back through the drive through. We didn't mind the wait or having to go back through the drive through but the manager Ashely decided to talk to us like we were slow and have a huge attitude with us and was being very disrespectful. And we asked the other lady idk if she is a manager but her name was Gladis cause we could hear what they were saying and rolled her eyes and wouldn't answer us. When we went back though we had asked for a refund cause we just didn't like the way we were being treated and they said that they can't give us a refund. Like huhhh what aren't you a manager. I've never been to another fast food place that churns out the food like this place. If I'm ever in the need to grab a quick bite to eat so that I can take it back to the office, I always come here. I can pull up to the drive thru, order, and be on my merry ol' way in minutes. Yes, minutes. Their management team has definitely done a good job maximizing the efficiency of their drive thru team. Did pick up window order a few minutes ago (11:33 PM). They accepted my "Buy one large chicken sandwich, get one free (of equal or lesser value)" but still charged me for both. Payed $5.49 when I only needed to pay $2.56. Even the receipt I got said I only owed $2.56. Basically got scammed but I didn't bring it up because it's not worth the effort. Okay, my husband LOVES Wendy's. Seriously he's in love with their grilled chicken sandwich..lol. Rarely does my order come out with more than a 5 minute wait..actually I'm positive I haven't even waited that long. They are friendly, fast & their screen by the menu board is always up and running since for some reason I'd rather see my order on the screen instead of you telling me..lol. Only a handful of times I had something missing from my order or my lid wasn't on tight enough (and they fixed the problem with no hassle when I went back) which is the reason for 1 star missing. read more
