I ordered two sandwiches and fries.. pretty simple.. and since they do not read your order back to you So we paid and realized one of sandwhiches was wrong and no fries were charged. We of course paid for the fries but since we noticed the sandwich after the manager decided to charge us a third time for some cheese. Like dam at that point you should have gave us the cheese as a courtesy for your employees mess up. It's a small thing but the manger with the boyle on her neck was rude and steam rolled the whole situation. Don't eat here! You're gambling with your health, at best! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo meal at 10:15 am and by 5pm I had the worst stomach cramps, and felt nauseous! Every time I come here for breakfast at 6:30 AM , I'm always first in line and always end up having to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes before I speak with someone on the intercom. they never have all the items on the menu, I've only been able to try the chicken biscuit once before, half the time the biscuit machine is not working. The managers their Ashley & Gladis charged us for our order and didn't tell us we were going to have to wait in the parking lot for 7 minutes then go back through the drive through. 1st is for the freshness and tastiness in the 4 for $4 that we ordered. 2nd cleanliness inside was great and the exterior was being painted which gives you a scene of good healthy food being served. 3rd the young girl was polite and very courteous the the children asking for water. Why not the 2 other starts. Because the drinking fountain is restricted to be only served by the staff and you must wait I. Line or interrupt someone ordering to get refills. I've never been to another fast food place that churns out the food like this place. If I'm ever in the need to grab a quick bite to eat so that I can take it back to the office, I always come here. I can pull up to the drive thru, order, and be on my merry ol' way in minutes. Yes, minutes. Their management team has definitely done a good job maximizing the efficiency of their drive thru team.
