Went at 8pm on a Sunday and the dining room was closed because they were "short staffed". Then refused service when we went inside because they didn't lock all the doors even though we were standing right in front of them and a different worker was about to take our order. Horrible place came here with my basketball team and as we were walking in the employee looked at us then shut of the lights. We then tryed to walk through the drive through and the manager yelled at us. We waited 30 minutes, had our order in then they told us to leave. I went to Wendy's one day after spending 8 torturous hours at the emergency room, all I wanted was a good hamburger. So I decided to go to Wendy's because it would be quick. I ordered a single meal #1 6 pc saucy spicy bbq nuggets and 2 biggie bags. 1st was their soda machine in dining area said just about every flavor was unavailable. I got my food and left. When I got home the cheeseburger I was dying for all day wasn't in there. So I called. The person whom answered the phone said she was a manager and refused to give me her name or the home office phone number. Was very unhelpful and really pissed me off. Horrible Customer service in the drive through, they cut you off mid sentence to offer their own opinion on what you should order, then mess up your initial order. Not to mention the stale after lunch leftovers they serve, I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and they tasted like they sat out for hours. They have no recipes so they can mess up your oder. read more

Listen. Wendy's is always good. There food usually isn't bad at all. My sandwich was good, my fries were cold and my sugar cookie was as hard as a rock. It is FREEZING in this restaurant and there was no where to sit due to all of the tables being dirty. I had to wipe one down myself. Really mad about my cookie mostly. Horrendous service and disgusting bathrooms. Bathrooms are dirty and not stocked with toilet paper. Absolutely gross especially during the pandemic. There were 8-10 people working when we visited, but my family and I were completely ignored. We had to wait forever for our food once we finally had our order taken 20-30 minutes even though so many people were working there. The food was nasty and had no flavor not even worth the long wait. Yep. I am a Wendy's Fan. But the dining rooms and bathrooms are usually messy. Five people working hard out back. Not much attention to making the dining room cleaned up! Even after spending - I'm sure - a ton of money on the re-build - I was less than impressed! The new building looks great - even though I'm not into that new type of décor - it looks better than it did! However, right now - and that could change - everything is new and clean! The selection seems a bit different than before, but it's been ages since I was in there. The pricing certainly is good - for fast food, but my goodness - the staff - including the manager on duty all need A TON more training. The girl taking our order seemed very new and didn't really understand whatever process they have - the girl filling our order was a bit distracted and uncertain what to do next and the manager was playing unsuccessfully with the ice cream machine and my food ended up getting cold before the order was finished. They all seem to be clueless about customer service and I am VERY much looking forward to the day the best fast food comes to our area - CFL! read more

I walked here from the car dealership next door to get some breakfast. I ran into a few issues: 1. Door was locked. I called, and had to request to be let in. 2. As I was deciding what to order, the cashier kept rushing me to finish... as soon as I said something she would give me my total then I'd ask to add something then my total... this happened twice. No one was in line, not even in the drive through. 3. Food was cold. 4. Cashier touched the INSIDE of my cup.... The ONLY good thing was I got to not sit at the car dealership. Steven is great! He got my picky order spot on and didn't cheap out on giving me ketchup when I asked for it. Our order was messed up at a different location and we called to see if they would be able to fix it since we were in a rush to get our kids and didn't have time to go back to the Wendy's we originally went to.. she replaced our ice coffees and orange juice and by doing so has now made us customers for life! The food is fairly good here. The problem is the staff. They are horrible !!! I waited at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes before a totally rude guy said whenever you're ready you can go ahead and order !! No hello... no can I help you ....no friendly greeting.... nothing And when I arrived to the food window he was even worse !! He was tall and wide and took up the whole window and he would not even look at me when he was handing me what I ordered !!! It was like he could absolutely not be bothered !!
