In between lunch and dinner is this time when my stomach says that it's too far past breakfast but it's not quite dinner. Wendy's was on a highway sign and I thought, "Yes, let's do that." So here we are. With the Sprinter van, I can't do the drivethru so I parked and brought up the Wendy's app. Two Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe and a small fries for me, a baked potato with cheese for Mrs. K. After clicking "Send," I waited a few minutes and then popped in. A good crowd around the registers and they're definitely short staffed today. They were working hard to try and mostly keeping up. While waiting, I could see that the dining room was clean with only one table needing a little attention and the condiment station was stocked. Getting back into the car and on the way, Mrs. K. said her potato was hot and fluffy and nicely topped with cheese. My burgers were assembled properly and the fries were still warm but underdone. Wow. I should have read the other reviews! Welcome to Mississippi. Don't remember the last time I felt this much racial tension. Ordered a Dave's single with fries and a small frosty with one other customer in the store upon my arrival at 2:45 in the afternoon. Fourteen (14) minutes later I get my order but take the time to watch what's going on. The Manager, Ashley, took my order, no welcome, no interface whatsoever except a perpetual frown and a curt persona. A frown that is until the first African American customer arrives to order and her world is suddenly right. I get my order, no ketchup offered and none given for my to go order. No salt on the fries and a glass packed with ice with about two swallows of Coke Zero in my to go order (FYI the machine in the store is out of order so all drinks come across the counter). Don't need to see more, it s time for Headquarters to do a drive by inspection and close this one. read more

The town of Fulton must really drag ssa because the people at Wendy's will prep old overcooked food in your face and attempt to sell it to you. They don't even make eye contact when greeting the customers and look like they're exhausted. Not very prompt or polite. Horrible. read more

well. we were the "picky" ones. ordered two sandwiches that took over 20minutes to make and still they couldn't get it right. floor of the restaurant was the MOST slippery we had ever experienced. restaurant staff didn't seem even interested in addressing it despite it feeling like a dangerous situation to get up and retrieve our order (and then need to get up and complain again that the order was wrong). read more

worker let 2 sweaty men who didn't work there in through the back and the men came out of the back with a christmas tree and ornaments. there is no way to get out of the drive through incase if an emergency due to curbs all the way to the end . sat in the line for 20 minutes just to get attitude from the worker. read more

Worst service in a Wendy's ive ever seen. Seven people in the kitchen and they cant get a simple order right. Im appalled at the way the manager didnt even seemed concerned. There was one employee who tried to help us. But she wasnt in the kitchen so she couldnt help alot. read more

I honestly wouldn't pay money to a place that doesn't provide family friendly restrooms. I am just passing through and it's right off the highway, but didn't get food because I tried to change my child's diaper when the restroom does not provide a changing station or even a counter long enough to do so. By far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. As a student at the local community college, I frequent this establishment far too often. Three times I have asked for a chocolate frosty, and three times I have been disappointed. No, a vanilla frosty is not okay. Also the management is horrible. The woman kept complaining with added profanity to the workers about how horrible her hours were. Not only was she saying this to her workers, but she was yelling it loud enough for me to pick up every word she was saying from the back window seats. To make her even less professional, I may add that there were several young children in the restaurant as well. The service is just as bad as everything else, taking forever to get anything regardless of how simple the order may be. If I could give negative stars I would, the management here gives other Wendy's a bad name. ***UPDATE*** Day management is completely different from night management, very polite. Wow, This Wendy's must have changed management recently. They have really dropped the ball. The past three times that I have went here I have noticed things going down hill. My most recent visit was very unsatisfying so with that said, it will probably be my last time to visit this location until some things change. Went in for dinner and the place wasn't crowded at all. Only a few people there. I wonder why? Proceeded to find a table and there was not one single table that was clean in the whole restaurant. Many of them still had leftover trash sitting on them and just nastiness all over the seats and tables. Again, they were not busy. The floors were filthy with food strewn everywhere. Probably had been there since lunch. The food has not been that great either. The past three times I have eaten here the sandwiches were always lukewarm at best. Usually cold. I cannot stand eating in a nasty filthy restaurant and unfortunately that is what this one has become. That's a shame because it used to be one of the better Wendy's establishments around. Bottom line is that I just can't go there anymore and I can't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and eat somewhere better. read more
