Either their hours randomly changed or just nobody showed up I placed an order that's always been my normal at 6:30am when they are supposed to open but nobody is there and I can't collect my order. Placed a mobile order to this location. Scheduled pick up at drive thru, since they don't provide a designated pick up spot I had to use drive up. For no reason ever provided, I spent a half hour in line where it took at least 10 minutes to process 1 drive up customer. When I eventully got to the window my order was not ready. When I got home I found the order missing items. I even tried calling the store while in line but they had their phone shut off. We got in line on a Sunday afternoon at 1:15, all of the cars ended up leaving the line because there was no one inside taking drive thru orders, and the doors were locked to go in & order. I truly understand why this location gets bad reviews. Let's see how long I can make this review before they get 2 hamburgers and 2 chili cups ready for a takeout order. Considering the lack of respect for customers and the confusion behind the counter, my order came within 6 minutes, I was truly surprised. My hamburger could've used some sauce, since it was supposed to be the saucesome burger. Instead I got about a teaspoon of sauce which made for a very bland and dry burger. Won't go here again. Ever! Just got home from Wendy's ordered a double burger and it was RAW. I had to take it apart and cook it . I will never go there again.

Cheeseburger ordered with no onions and extra pickles came with onions and two pickles. Receipt is correct, burger is not. Place is a mess at 4:45 pm, way after lunch crowd and before dinner rush. No clean tables. One employee is sitting down, off the clock, and on his phone. Have him clock in early and prep the tables and floor for guests. Get it together. Wow! This is officially the scariest Wendy's I have ever been in. The place was disgusting, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in hours, the bathrooms AND the dining room. This Wendy's is located next to the WORST McDonalds in Jax. And they must rub off on each other. This location goes through ups and downs, but it's been in a down slope for AWHILE now. Nuggets aren't crispy and taste undercooked, they give you spicy instead of regular. They run out of nuggets all together except spicy. Staff is hit or miss. Some staff will be nice at the window others act like they hate their job. Just got a potato at the drive through, no butter, sour cream etc. At least I got napkins..... read more

Order was incorrect, food was old, sodas in lobby were out, half of the employees were in the parking lot smoking and the dope head working front counter was quite possibly the rudest person I've ever encountered in a place of business. Where to begin... It's hot as hell outside and we were passing by and decided to go to wendys for a frosty. We wait a while at drive through... no real traffic..so not sure why the wait. We order a large combo and a medium combo with a frosty to share. It was a cluster f#&$ at the window. We received two medium drinks and they almost forgot out frosty. I always have problems with this Wendy's. But today is like the only day I've ever got so annoyed I'm writing a bad review. 1.) There was only two cars ahead of me and two cars behind me, "welcome to Wendy's, we'll be right with with ya". We waited for like 15 minutes, I'm not even exaggerating. 2.) when we did finally get to order, the person who took it was really rude. The speaker part was really scratchy so we had a hard time understanding what she said with her mumbling. We asked her to repeat what she said and clear as day "ugh" was the first reply. 3.) when we got to check out we were paying out, and a lady had walked up and asked when her order would be ready, another girl came through and pushed the other girl out the window and proceeded to shout "a couple more minutes" and turned to look at us "y'all would be a couple minutes too". 15 minutes later... The problem here is the customer service, if you can even call it that. All my mother and I wanted was a 50 cent Frosty for each of us. The drive thru was packed on a Friday night in August; it's like it wasn't even moving. So we decided to go inside to get them instead. However, we waited for more than five minutes and not one person even greeted us or acknowledged our presence. It's honestly unbelievable how much they just didn't care. After what is probably the longest five minutes of my life, we finally left, bereft of a Frosty and any sort of positive feelings towards Wendy's. Do not go to this location. We ordered online(mobile order) for a pickup in the store, they said you have to check in before they make the food,so it's hot(first bs) so i went happily to pick up the order. Girl behind the counter was new she had no idea what she was doing but she was very sweet. I had to ask where is my mobile order. She looked confused.as if I was asking for something they don't sell. She went to go talk to the guy in charge(he had on a different color shirt) He pointed somewhere and she started bagging and they gave me one bag (second bs)...my husband ordered for 4 adults and 3 kids. How the hell is that one bag and where are the cups??? I said is that all the order she said yes so I said where is the happy meal, the drinks, fries. So she went back to the manager because she cleared the order and did not know how to get it back on the screen to see what was missing. Now I am frustrated and standing there 15 minutes while they get the rest of the order right (third BS). Shame on me for not double checking the order but I was tired and frustrated.....you know what Im going to say occurred when I got home and my husband started un bagging the food.....(fourth BS) yup order was missing stuff and not right. Tried to call and it went straight to voicemail...wonder why. He called customer service to complain the rep also saw where the store charged him twice for the order (85.00 fifth BS). The rep also tried calling the store but got voicemail as well. She said because it was a franchise they could not issue the refund but she did email the owner. This is what I get for not wanting to cook dinner. I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again. Yep. Sure enough. This Wendy's is awful. It took forever to order, then they screwed up and skipped my order. Then I finally got it.

The food is okay, but the restaurant itself is nasty. If the manager foreshadowed the experience we were to have in the rest of the restaurant, she played her part expertly! She would interrupt us mid-sentence and provide no alternative when something was out. The drink area was a complete mess with a puddles of liquids on the floor and all over the drink station. While the tables had been recently wiped down, it was not with clean water, as you could see the white streaks left behind. The sticky floors were terrible, no doubt because of the puddle of liquids by the drink station. The restrooms were a complete disaster. The toilet paper dispensers hanging open, with toilet paper left out for customers to handle in bulk and paper towels all over the floor. The place was nasty. I would not suggest this restaurant, which is a shame, because you can tell it was recently updated. Maybe you just need a new manager to led a better example! read more

Went through the drive thru at Wendy's on Crystal Springs Road in Jacksonville Florida, the bill didn't seem right, figured I'd check the receipt once home 2 miles away. ALL the food was COLD and made McDonald's seem palatable. To be truthful, the food was terrible. NO RECEIPT anywhere in any of the four bags so I went online to check the pricing according to this franchise listing. I was a fan when I worked downtown Boston but outgrew the place when I moved to Jacksonville. Recently stopped by in a really, really long time, at this remodeled location and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good, especially the fries. They were hot and fresh. (I have a rule of thumb for fast food, if they can't cook a decent French fry nothing else matters. With Chinese food it's the fried rice). I digress. While the dining room seemed smaller, it had a comfortable, cozy feel that I liked. The ambiance, the food, the service all positives. Dave would be proud! read more

Last night I went and got a double baconator, they had screwed it up so we called and got a replacement, went back to get the replacement today & they screwed up again, went inside to get it fixed and they screwed it up two more times and eventually we gave up on it and decided to fix it at home, (it was supposed to be only ketchup) when we went to get the replacement I also bought a Junior bacon cheese burger. When I got the JBC, it was only supposed to be ketchup mustard pickles and bacon, it had mayo and no bacon, went in to fix it, and came back out to a burger with no cheese, and something clumpy and white, looked like cottage cheese on it. Went in AGAIN and the manager had to stand over the cook to make sure it was right. Waiting for them to call me back now, to see what they actually do about it.
