We came through and play start ordering the drive-thru It was clear that they were irritated that we were at the restaurant. They left two of our sandwiches in an order of fries out of the bag. When we ask for those items they didn't take a seriously and they sent the manager. He was buttoning up his shirt as he walked up to the window extremely smug and disrespectful. They took forever to go back to try and get our food and then came out and told us to pull up which I refused. This location has improved so much. They're open on a regular basis for Dine in consistently. Today I placed my order and had a reward for a free breakfast sandwich and their Internet was down because the construction company building the road cut their service again, the manager came up not only gave me my reward but my entire meal free I even offered to pay by cash, but she said she'd already taken care of it. I eat at this Wendy's a lot. It is right down the road from where my hubby and I work and when I can't figure out what I want (which is often) I land here. I eat here once at least every two weeks. They are pretty darn consistent. Drinks are good, burgers are juicy and cooked though, nuggets are hot and fresh and the folks working the drive through (at lunch) have a clue!!! Today I just grabbed a Single with Everything and Cheese and a medium coke. Easy order for sure, but it was correct and fast and I was told my total at the speaker, asked if I wanted my receipt at the pay window (yes please) and my blouse was complemented at the pick up window (wow, you see ME with how busy you are?!?!) My food was correct, fast and yummy! My hubby and I ordered Wendy's near our house the other night and the drink was unidentifiable, let alone drinkable and my cheese potato was a chive potato. This Wendy's STINKS!!!! 3 Times I have been here for a burger EVERY time the burger has been room temperature and tasted like it was pre made and sitting around. I went there today and the same thing happened. This time I asked for my patty to be well done "hot and juicy" the way it's advertised and the way it USED TO taste. This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They consistently give you the wrong food and mess up your order. The customer service is very lackadaisical. I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. Most recently I went there on 11/24/23 and ordered a chicken wrap. I bit into the damn thing and found a huge chunk of plastic. 'Picture attached". Ordered a spicy chicken Asiago sandwich meal, with large fry and drink. Instead got a regular chicken sandwich with a piece of bacon half a tomato and no lettuce or sauce. Also the large fry was the same amount in it as a "shmedium" (small/medium). Hate to say it, and never thought I would ever say it, but the crappy McDonald's located next to it actually has better service than this Wendy's location has had in the last 2 visits. Night shift.... I would give them negative stars but it's not an option. This is close to where I work and it's cheap as well, so usually I will give them the benefit of the doubt and go there regardless of past experience. So I have not been there one time and got my order right. If I check my bag of food before I leave the parking lot, I end up going back thru the drive thru to get it fixed, but usually they still don't get it right and I have to call them! The guy at the window has no customer service skills and i would say he is definitely hating life by the way acts at the window. We went into Wendy's for the Biggie Bag and the 4 for $4 deal for dinner and of course a frosty for desert. The restaurant was busy with a golf team there ordering $100 worth of food but surprisingly that moved quickly. We ordered our meal and deserts, all was fresh and good. This Wendy's almost always has pretty decent food. My one gripe would be their hours. It says everyday starting at 6am. They have never been open at 6. Negative 10 stars. This is the worst Wendy's ever. They should be ashamed. I have never had anything like this happen before. I decided to eat in. Hardly anyone else was inside. A nice kid tried to take my order of a double combo with lettuce and tomato only. I went ahead and went large. He couldn't work the cash register, but with help from another employee was able to. Nice kid, but he didn't know what he was doing. So far, no big deal. I waited at least 10 to 15 minutes for my order. By this time there were many other customers waiting for their food too. At first it was in a bag and I pointed out it was dine in order. They put it on tray and the "large" fry holder was only 1/2 full of cold fries. The burger turned out to be a chicken sandwich. I suggested getting my money back, but they quickly swapped a burger (but not the fries). Tired of the waiting an confusion, I took it. When I got to my table, I found it was a single kids meal burger covered in pickles and slathered in ketchup and mustard. I gave up and tossed the disgusting (cold!) mess on the table and left without a refund (long line by now). I at least got a drink for my ~$12 meal (wasn't given a receipt). I shall never go back to this Wendy's and may not ever go to another one. I may call the health inspectors tomorrow since the food was cold and the place a mess. read more

Went for lunch a little bit ago, double drive through was long but moved pretty fast. I ordered the son of the baconator(plain), fries, Dr. Pepper, and a small chocolate frosty. My order was correct and prepared fresh. Everything was delicious and the frosty has the correct texture. Wonderful!! read more
