I won't even complain about the long wait in the drive thru line. When they finally handed my bag to me, I could tell by the weight of the bag that it wasn't my order. I only ordered a chicken ranch wrap. That's it. No fries. No drink. They had already ran my credit card for someone else's order and then told me with a shrug of their shoulders that they didn't have an order for a chicken ranch wrap. Well, I just ordered it and you told me to pull ahead. After receiving my order, I went to take the chicken wrap out of the bag and juice or ranch or something spilled all over my lap before I could even take the foil off of the wrap. And of course, there were no napkins in the bag. once I took the foil off of the wrap I could see why juice spilled all over because it wasn't "wrapped". Not sure how this Wendys has terrible reviews. I almost didn't come because of them. I ended up going and the 2 gentlemen were VERY nice. I did wait a bit but it was only about 4-7 minutes. Still faster than cooking! They got my meals correct and the only thing that was missing was my bbq sauce. Would recommend. read more

Worst Wendy's ever! They have been out of Frosty's several times when I have gone. Got a Taco salad to go a couple months ago. Opened up to find a pile of brown lettuce. Fries not always fresh. Just careless management. read more

Just left the Richland Mall location and got ripped off. I ordered a double Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger combo for $9.00 but got home and found a Jr Bacon Cheese, like off their value menu. Talked to manager who tried to appease me but he didn't address the real issue, the staff who pulls this crap. Good meal and my two specific picky burgers came out perfect! A little longer wait than what I would have expected but not because the employees were slow so I can't fault them. Been there 2 times in the past month, both times they have not put all items in the bag that was ordered. 1st time we called and they were extremely rude, sent us to another store to get the replacement food, no apologies were offered from this location. 2nd time they took their phone off the hook because they were busy so that no one could call. While waiting for our food, heard 3 people from the drive thru come in stating that their orders were messed up. Trust me we won't be returning to this location, but will be returning to the one that continually has been cleaning up thisa locations messes. read more

I LOVE Wendy's, but this one in particular is trash. The employees are so rude and impatient, doesn't matter if they're busy or not. You have to correct your order often more than twice (going through the drive through or going in) and it's still wrong. I'm not talking about might forget a sauce or some straws. Like drastically wrong. Wrong size everything, wrong sandwich, or just entirely forget half of your order. Even after having to repeat yourself and correct the screen several times. And if you go in with the receipt to fix your order you get so much sass and eyerolls from whoever you're talking too like it's your fault or wrong of you to do so!!! I get customer service sucks. I could only handle a year working customer service tbh. But when the customer is being nothing but kind to you, at least try to be kind back? And I get having bad days. But it's every single time! I honestly try to avoid going to this Wendy's. I feel like they need to replace the whole staff and seriously fix things going on there. Walked it Wendy's and couldn't believe they let a dog sit at the table with customers. I'm not a prude but any animal shouldn't be allowed to share a table in a public restaurant. The manager acted like it was OK, even after we talked to her about it. Pretty poor way to run a restaurant - shame Richland County Health Department doesn't do a better job checking these restaurants. read more

Takes for ever to get anything even if it's just a fry, they have yet to not forget something. And it's always a mess. If you ever want your order consistently wrong this is the Wendy's for you! If you ever want to be given items that you didn't order and not given items that you did order you are in luck, this is the Wendy's for you! My fries are always cold and underdone, and under-seasoned. Lately I have been disappointed in Wendy's overall as a fast food restaurant. What happened to the specialty burgers that they use to rotate through during the year? What happened to the pretzel bun? Instead they have a completely bland menu that I cannot stand any longer and I now officially won't be visiting a Wendy's again primarily thanks to this location. This location is consistently slow. Sometimes it's faster to go in and order, other times it's all just massive waste of time. Seems like they need to manage and staff a little better for their high times. I routinely go around 9:30pm and the drive-thru wait time has never been less than 15 minutes. read more
