We ordered Chipotle for dinner through pickup. On one of our meals we ordered double chicken and the restaurant only gave us one serving although we paid for double. We then proceeded to ask for the second serving and the restaurant said they were out of chicken and gave us steak instead. Also, this was at 7pm and they don't close till 11pm and already out of chicken. We then started eating our food and every single chip was completely undercooked so we resorted to the hard taco shells in our kids make your own and those ended up being completely overcooked and burnt tasting like cardboard. I wish no star was a option..... Had a great meal at the Findlay Ohio location last week so I thought maybe I'd give this location a try. I made a mistake, and I wasted good money doing it. First they wouldn't put a tortilla wrap in the bowl, (I thought it was common knowledge to do this). This way when you eat your bowl and have some left you can roll it and have a burrito, not here. It came on the side. Believe it or not the food didn't have any flavor, I believe I did get a taste of onion in one bite. Got a large bag of tortilla chips, no kidding not even half a bag. Large queso, I don't this so....it appears they are trying to save money be ripping off the customers. I see they have two stars on here, be a shame if they failed at this location. Ontario Chipotle. Might I just say DISAPPOINTED! I am a frequent chipotle goer, and recently your to-go team has just sucked! On countless occasions, I have been missing items, received the wrong food, had barely any toppings added to my bowls, and sometimes no topping at all! I have tried to level with you guys multiple times and even gave you multiple tries to fix the issue. Today was my last stand! I ordered my food to-go and ordered the crunchy tacos. But once I got home and opened my tacos I was shocked to find they only had a little bit of cheese and a little bit of lettuce and the slightest amount of meat. They were missing the beans, rice, fajitas, and sour cream! How can your employees be so negligent? I am a PAYING customer and your employees have failed me time after time now! There was also a side tortilla that was added to my order that was also missing! If you are reading this Ontario Chipotle, do fix the issue and maybe just maybe reach out to me because I'm DONE! I pay a lot of money for food at your location and never seem to get what I ask for. NEVER! Not sure if came here at the wrong time but ... Service was very slow. When I finally got my food I noticed there were no spoons available. Ice machine had no ice. I grabbed a few of the last napkins available. There were plastic forks but all facing up for everyone to touch. Every single table in the dining area was filthy dirty. During my time there I never saw anybody come out to clean. The floors dirty with food. I chose one table and smelled a bit like urine. I switched to the window area, much better. I have no idea why this Chipotle location gets such a low star rating because I've always had a good experience dining here. I came in with my girlfriend most recently and they greeted me at the door to let me know that they were currently out of cheese, tortillas, and some other items and when we said it was okay we'd come back tomorrow, they gave us a credit for free meals of whatever we wanted. Really cool considering they didnt have to do that at all. 5 stars for that alone. The employees have always been friendly, and go above and beyond, like if you ask for a little more meat they're not going to charge you for double. The atmosphere's cool, music's good, a lot of natural lighting. Seats are a little uncomfortable since they're wooden, and it seems a little cramped. They also have outdoor seating available as well for the warmer season. I recommend this Chipotle, the only other store is on Possum Run in Lexington a ways away. read more

No carnitas, no white rice, no queso. Restaurant was extremely dirty. Waited in line at least 15 minutes without any of the food being refreshed. Chipotle is simply amazing. If you like Mexican food, you've probably had Chipotle before. If you haven't had Chipotle, get your butt in there! Specific to this restaurant: the staff is nice and lively, never balk at the request to mix up the ingredients before wrapping and it's always clean--both the dining room and bathroom. The only downside is this is a relatively small Chipotle, so if it's Friday night at 6, you might be out of luck with finding a seat. read more

Ok, I like Chipotle...it's my go-to fast-food outlet for its superior quality and value. I appreciate the company's focus on sustainability and the locations are usually nicely designed and the service is great. However, this location gets two stars. The lines can frequently top 15 minutes here! On my last visit, the staff was too busy preparing an order for someone who had faxed an order. In front of us waiting in line for said 15-20 minutes. This line blocks the front door and snakes around the dining area, rendering the nicer stools by the window pretty much unusable unless you want people standing right behind you while you eat. Another problem here is that, given the fact that this is strictly a driving destination, the parking lot set up is pretty awful. There were also gigantic potholes that filed with water on the rainy day i stopped in. Managers, can we get this fixed? I want to love you like I love your other awesome locations! read more
