Most of the time, food comes out in a few minutes after ordering. I have only had around 3 bad experiences and it was only missing items. Service is quick and efficient. The inside is clean and open. Great store overall. read more

There is a manager there I think his name is Eugene and he's very disrespectful to everyone and does not help provide the right customer service for his costumes. They got my order wrong and I asked for the manager to get some help with trying to get the right order and he told me that what I got was what I ordered and never tried to help me get the right food. He also is very unprofessional when talking with him employees I have heard him make sexual remarks towards his own employees. read more

they usually get your order wrong. today my bf went there and they gave him the wrong food and it happens alot. I was on a road trip this weekend, and we stopped here for a bathroom break and some lunch. I didn't eat here, but my family did. But I did use the restroom, and it was nice and clean. That was my biggest concern. There are only two stalls, and it was a rather busy at lunch time, so you may need to wait. But it was clean and had toilet paper and soap. Sometimes when you're on the road you may not find all of that, lol. It looks like it's a new or newly remodeled restaurant. It's a nice place to stop in Mansfield. read more

I placed a mobilenorder tonight and picked it up in the drive thru, when i got to the window, the worker was filling my drink and apparently the syrup had run out in the dispenser. Instead of changing the syrup and continuing to fill the drink, he proceeded to hust add 2 more scoops of ice on top and put the lid on. When i asked for a different drunk, he got the manager, who had been changing the syrup, and the manager priceeded to make a new drink for me, all the while cursing and complaining about me and saying that if the employee had put the correct amount of uce in it in the first place, then it would have been the same. My one puece if advice to this asshole manager, is that if you are going to berate the customers, then you should make sure they cannot hear you do it. I will be lodging a complaint with both the owner and the corporate office about this experience. read more

After seeing some of the reviews on here, I was initially expecting to be treated like dirt... But I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered via the drive-through. They were quick, pleasant, and accommodating. Had no problem at all with them taking my order nor getting the food. I barely had to wait. And I went at 12 PM, which is probably one of their busiest times. Everything was tasty and hot. I would come here again. read more

I'm shock the rating isn't much higher for this Wendy's. I stopped here after 3-hour drive from Baltimore to check out a vehicle in Mansfield and was surprised the service was good as well as the food; the food was fresh, hot, and delicious - probably the best I had in years at Wendy's. I also asked an employee for extra ranch sauce for my sandwich on the side and was happy to get me some more - I could say I received friendly service. After eating my spicy chicken sandwich meal, I went back to the drive thru to get a Cesar salad. For the second time in the drive thru, the experience was the same, so I can say they are consistent with their service. I definitely recommend this Wendy's and if I could, would come back to eat here. read more

so i wasn't going to write a review about this since i only left my hotel quickly to get some food. however, being that i worked at Wendy's 6 years ago I kind of know the ropes. I don't really want to do a negative review as I'm usually very satisfied and happy.... However... It's 10:30 and they have no baked potatoes... Now I understand that sometimes restaurants and fast food chains run out of things and I also understand that Wendy's baked potatoes take hours to took but this isn't the first time with this one. My Wendy's back home I can go after midnight and get baked potatoes. This one never makes enough. I just think they need to take it more serious. When I was younger and worked there we would have our asses chewed for not having them so this isn't about one baked potato it's about never having them. also the workers aren't very friendly. Very young and always jabbering to another rather than making one feel welcome. I guess it is a fast food chain and I shouldn't have my hopes high... Maybe it's me? Lol read more

Don't know why this Wendy's rating is so low. Even though it was super busy service was super fast and friendly. Food was hot and perfect. The salad had the most fresh ingredients I have ever seen in a fast food salad. They have the coke flavor machine that I love... peach vanilla Sprite every time. I did taste the Dave's berry vanilla rootbeer but I did not like it. Dining room was inviting and clean. Restrooms were sparkly clean. Great lunch experience. read more

7:15 on a Saturday night. 10 minute wait in line & only 3 parties ahead of us. While we were waiting for our food another customer came in who advised something was missing from her drive through order. They were out of the speciality fruit ice teas. We got to go since we were driving home from vacation & thank god we had to stop for gas & I noticed my bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon. Back we went & hubs went back in. Instead of making a new burger they slapped a piece of bacon on it. So now I have a cold burger since it's been a good 10 minutes since we got our food. Very disappointed. read more

I ordered thru the drive thru. I clearly ordered bacon burger w/o cheese and mayo. Got my order there was cheese on it. My daughter took it in and was met with a manager that told her it wasn't effing unexceptable and complained to the other girls she hadn't gotten her effing break.Threw the burger at my daughter. I think that was not handled to the best resolution. Will be thinking twice about going there again. Love the food but her actions toward my daughter where completely uncalled for. Bathrooms are clean as is the lobby. The he help was friendly and the burgers fresh. Just what I needed for a pit stop!

One of the most disgusting Wendy's I've ever been to. The floors were wet, and there were flies everywhere. Our family had to leave early because we were so disgusted with the state of the food and the environment. The bathrooms were disgusting as well. Not sure if it was an off day for them, but the staff weren't too nice either. Avoiding this place from now on. read more
