This place was recommended. First time here. I was expecting more I guess. I walk in and I'm overwhelmed with the smell of fish. That is the most despicable smell. When you're trying to relax or anytime. The place is clean the people were nice. But the pedicure was just mediocre at best three stars because of the cleanliness and the niceness of the people. But the pedicure again wasn't it not for $40? Needless to say I'm going to keep shopping for nail shop.. TIP Please stop cooking / warming up fish when you're trying to have a relaxing pedicure. It's disgusting and gross. . read more

Sent message through yelp an hour before they opened to hopefully get in at 9am when they opened and they were so sweet to get me in at my preferred time. Tina was absolutely amazing and so so thorough. Made sure to clean up my cuticles on hands and feet really well and finish file after the gel. Massage was super relaxing too. I would like to say I have been a client at that location previously, but then moved cities and went back aince I was around the area. I went it about a week ago and did not like my nails, The person doing them didnt like when i told her something about the french she was doing, so when I seen that I let her continue I dont like them talking their language as I am getting a service done.... Soon as I left, I called because the nails werent only badly polished but they overall did a messy job. Very kindly the person at the fromt asked me to go back to make sure job was done well so I did, Jessica took care of them and OMG I was so happy!! She knew exactly how I wanted them. read more

So, first of all I'm super particular with my nails . I tried many salon they tend to just break or pop off within a week . I believed my tech was Tim hes super talented and fast . I told him I'm really hard on my nails ( a lot of typing & with 3 kids ) but at the same time I don't like them thick and want them coffin. They came out nice, and after 3 weeks they haven't lift or pop off ..I live in CH but willing to drive out here for my nails .. gotta try the pedi next time .. read more

I like that they offer a quick service when needed. Being pampered is great, sometimes life is busy with work and time is limited. You can upgrade for additional service or do a quick pedicure. They have longer hours than other places offer. They also stayed longer when I needed to come in last minute. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now, and I won't go anywhere else! It's clean, and welcoming. Could use a little updating with pedi chairs, but overall it's a relaxing environment to get some me time. The ladies are nice and accommodating. However, Chole takes the spotlight for is an amazing nail technician, she's extremely talented and efficient. She LISTENS to what the customer wants, and REMEBERS, skills both necessary and critical for customer satisfaction. More importantly Chole pays attention to the little details, and that is why I won't go anywhere else to get my nails done. Despite their website and booking options clearly listing acrylic fills, the staff refused to work with my acrylics and instead pressured me to get Gel X, which I repeatedly declined. When I insisted on just a fill, the nail tech became visibly frustrated and proceeded to aggressively rip off my brand-new acrylics with cuticle cutters, completely disregarding my comfort. I had to physically pull my hand away to stop them from damaging my nails further. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they yelled at me when I refused to stay and continue the service. If you're looking for a luxury nail experience in Upland, I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. The lack of respect, unprofessional behavior, and refusal to honor their own service offerings make this one of the worst nail salons in Upland. Avoid this place if you want a relaxing, customer-friendly experience! read more

I've been to this Nail Salon for the past 3 months and they've always had wonderful service. I only had my nails done by Chloe since someone recommended me her. I highly recommend this business to anyone who's looking to get their nails done. Chloe has done a amazing job replicating nail set photos I would find on Pinterest. (I did add my own glitter top coat I haven't asked if they had that lol.) I never had any problems scheduling appointments with them and they always had great atmosphere. I did get my armpits waxed once there and it was quick and the wax was never too hot. I had a friend who got burned by wax from another business but from my experience here, the wax was only warm but got the job done. I had nothing but good experiences here. My goodness! This place used to be nail theory which I loved, and changed ownership to this spot and I love it even more! Since the new place opened, till September 14th it's 20% off. So my best friend and I will return before the sale is over. Linda did my nails amazing she's a true artist. The nails turned out even better than the picture I showed her and she free styled a lot of it. My toes were done by Vietnam and he was also very good. My best friend and I got the deluxe nails so we received a massage and everything. I'm looking forward to returning again and bringing others with me. I've been going to Luxury Nails since they opened and I'm never disappointed. They are so nice to everyone and very clean. Today I went with an ingrown toenail. I thought for sure I'd have to go to the doctor but Tammy the owner took such care of me and made sure I had the best person to take care of my problem since I was in pain already. Alina was gentle, made sure that I was okay while she worked on my toe. I had a great experience and can't thank them enough for really caring about their customers. The man who scheduled the appointment is absolutely horrible. He's arrogant and he's rude to the employees. I don't know who he is but if he's not the owner, he needs to be fired. These ladies have a talent and he treats it like they are in a sweatshop. He over books and then puts pressure on the employees. He's a complete ass. So proud of Tammy opening her new salon. She took on a huge job of gutting and replacing nail stations and chairs last owners had. Its been painted and upgraded beautifully. I love that its calm and quiet without TVs blaring. I thoroughly enjoyed spending my time relaxing and having my manicure and pedicure done in an upscale salon. She told the nail tech that she didn't want to get gel but then the nail tech made a mistake of doing gel and told us she wasn't going to charge us for it. Her nails weren't even long. I have small hands with narrow small nail, which means I get cut a lot when they file my nails. Helen is careful and very detailed. The spa is very beautiful and the Decour is gorgeous. It's very clean and spacious and the staff is amazing. I went to get a pedicure and Nancy was very accommodating and very professional. Holly said that with hard gel manicure it's an additional cost so it would be total of $41. While my sister did the gel manicure (by Gina) & gel pedicure (by Helen) with cat's eye color which has an additional cost of $30. They offered a free drink of your choices of wine, beer, tea, water, etc. which I thought was really nice since I have never seen any nail places offered that before. I went with green tea while my sister went with herbal tea. They were all very friendly and helpful. I felt very refreshed and clean after getting this done. The nails came out pretty, but only thing I didn't get from the manicure was lotion and massage. I just noticed Vivian used the oil to put on my hands and arms. I was waiting to see if I get lotion and massage, but had to hurry up and leave since my sister had an appt after this. When we got the pricing, the total for me and my sister was $236. I wanted to get clarification of the pricing, but didn't have time since we were in a rush. Next time we come, will make sure to do that since I was trying to look at the pricing menu and I couldn't figure it out what the cost to make it to that. However, I would come here again, but make sure they did provide all the services that should be included and ask for a breakdown of the services since no receipt is provided of the breakdown.

I went back today after deciding I needed them shaved down and let me tell you, the girl who came to talk to me is lucky that I have anger control. Because boy was she asking for a fight. She mocked me, spoke to me sarcastically, rolled her eyes, gave me a death glare, and basically called me stupid. I got up and told her she was so f**ckin rude, and walked out before something bigger happened. All because I wanted my nails shaved down. Which by the way, I was absolutely overcharged for. Somehow, my mani pedi was $130. Anyways, the place appears clean at first glance but all Of their instruments are reused without washing or sanitizing and dirty. When they brush your nails off with the large kabuki brush, you can literally feel everyone else's nail dust on the brush. The tools used for the woman who had just left were put on a cart and rolled over to be used on me. Those sanitizing autoclaves are just for show. They're not actually on. Not a single tool was pulled out of a clean package. So if you want attitude, to be talked to like you're an idiot, and have dirty instruments used on you, this is the right place for you.
