When you're trying to relax or anytime. The place is clean the people were nice. But the pedicure was just mediocre at best three stars because of the cleanliness and the niceness of the people. Been here multiple times as my girl is a regular, however todays visit was a disaster. Went in for a pedicure and the lady doing my nails was trying to rush through my pedicure to the point she was making it painful and I kept flinching, well after a few pinches with her tool, she cut me good. God was it painful and she kept trying to just apply pressure and shove it down into the water to hide the flow of blood. She finally noticed I was in pain and grabbed some medication and applied it. After that she just rubbed my feet and was finished. Basically paid this place to injure my toe and clip my toe nails which I could have done at home. Probably won't come back here as we've noticed the quality of work declining and this might have been the cherry on top. I hope I don't get an infection. read more

I went in for a gel builder fill and Chloe did an amazing job and was quick but not hurried. My previous set was so thick and the polish was so uneven. Chloe gave me the perfect narrow almond shape with the smoothest polish and they were not thick at all....my nails have the strength from the gel builder but don't look "fake." They are constantly asking if you're comfortable, if there's anything that you need- just to make sure that your experience here is exceptional. I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure- and I'm in and out in about 1 hour. Everything is clean, neatly organized. They make payment really easy- via Zelle, Venmo, cash or credit. I wanted to try a different nail salon due to my nails were all broken from the gel. I found this place on Yelp with high ratings. They said they do take walk in and accepts credit card. I went in for a regular French tip fresh lavender spa pedicure ($36) and manicure ($20). The cleaning of my nails felt like a sloppy job because the other place I went to was more thorough on cleaning while here was quick to just get me out. The 5 min massage for the legs was terrible that I got lifeless hands. When she was mid way done on painting the white tips for my fingers, she tells me it's an additional $7 for each hand to do the French tip. I was like fine because she is already almost done no point to argue about it cause I just want to get out there and was there for an hour already. She should've disclosed all the pricing before starting since she knew ahead of time that I was going to do French tip manicure & pedicure BUT instead she decides to tell me when she was almost finish. How unprofessional and bad business practice. So the total end up being $70. Also, when I went to pay I wasn't told about a 2% convenience fee of $1.40 to use my credit no matter what amount I spent so the total end up being $71.40. On the counter, it says to tip in cash. Of course I didn't tip her due to doing a poor job and not being upfront on the prices. I am very disappointed. I personally wouldn't come here ever again due to being unprofessional and prices are ridiculously high for just French tip. read more

It's been a long road of searching for my goto nail salon and technician and I think I have finally found it! Upland is not in my area but I was out here on a Monday and booked an appt with Rose and she was awesome!! I got a regular pedicure and the Gel X manicure and both turned out beautifully, especially my manicure! I showed Rose a photo of what I wanted and she replicated it perfectly! I was so impressed. Tony was also very friendly -- he books the appts and also offered me water as I was getting my pedicure. The salon itself is very clean and comfortable and I was just blown away with Rose's work. Even though Upland is a bit of a drive for me, I will definitely be coming back here as a regular after today's visit.
