Went to the drive thru and I asked if they had a certain item available because sometimes I go, and they are out, and he immediately said "...no" with a lazy voice and I clarified and said "no you don't have any?" Everytime we visit the doors are locked and no signs anywhere but times on door show they ahould be open and doors unlocked. Drive thru is open but didn't want chili or sauces dripped in car. We gave up on trying to eat at this location since doors are frequently locked. read more

Just went here today. I was a little scared because of the previous bad reviews, but I think this place must have improved over the years because I didn't have any issues. The staff were very quick and friendly and the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was done perfectly. The chicken was cooked well, the breading was crispy and the lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The bun was nice and soft too! Overall, I had a positive experience! read more

Ordered a Dave's Single burger around 6pm tonight. I was somewhat surprised that there wasn't a line of cars in the drive through. Now I know why. My burger was COLD! I'm willing to give any business some slack during COVID but there is never any excuse for serving food that is supposed to be "hot and juicy" served cold. The wait at this restaurant is RIDICULOUS. I have twice now left the drive through after ordering because of the wait. And have seen multiple cars in front of me do the same. This is not a one time issue this happens everytime I come here. I do have to say they did give me a small frosty one time for the long wait which was appreciated however if you want fast food avoid this Wendy's. read more

I order a spicy chicken, took about 4 bites spit out my fifth one because it was chewy .. I look at my sandwich and it was RAW the whole thing was RAW. I go back through the drive through and all the guy said to me was "sorry my bad" closed the window on my and only gave me $3 back didn't say anything else to me. I went there around 10:40 they had great customer service very polite and funny. Asked for all my food fresh and it took a little longer for the fresh food but was definitely worth it. I will be coming back for more. read more

This Wendy's should be closed. I can't believe the franchise would allow such a dilapidated, dirty place to represent them. Not that Wendy's is a high class place, but there should be an expectation of cleanliness. It also appeared to be very under-staffed. Long wait and EXPIRED food. Drive through line was backed up to the street so I parked and went inside. Only one couple ahead of me, but it was so slow that I saw the car I would have been behind leave long before I got my salad. Worse yet, I got home and noticed the pack of roasted pecans had a use by date the was 4 months ago. This used to be a really good location, not today. read more

I'm a huge fan of the Wendy's chain, and have been for over 30 years. However, this particular location near Northtown mall is the poorest excuse I have ever seen. The service is extremely slow, most of the time none of the workers speak fluent English, the food quality is usually mediocre and barely warm, and the restaurant is usually not well maintained or clean. I went there 2 weeks ago, and all doors were locked at 5pm on a weekday. The drivethru was open. Yesterday, I went there again. Restaurant was messy, fries were barely warm, ketchup dispensers empty, no salt or pepper packets left (and none on the table). A bunch of employees jabbering in Spanish. One trainee had no clue how to ring anything up, and the manager training her was busy doing other stuff. Horrible location. Should be shut down, and a new franchisee found to operate it properly. read more

Came here for $0.50 Frostys with a group of friends. The cashier was a bit annoying as she kept making jokes with us that weren't funny. For example we asked for water and she asked jokingly "should I charge you for that too?" to which we laughingly responded "no". She then made the same joke 5 times in a row. Someone took my order and repeated my order back to me but still messed my order up. First gave me a kids meal and another thing I didn't order and then still managed to mess up the burger itself. Didn't include sauces either. One of the worst experiences at Wendy's ever but it's not the first bad experience I've had at this particular Wendy's by Northtown. read more

JUNK!!! Ordered 2 Dave double combos small on fry and drinks. Also ordered a chili. Wife got home and we had a baconator 1 fry and a chili 1 drink. Wife did not think anything abot it till she got home. Went back to complain and they gave her another bag and a drink. Got home and another baconator and FORGOT the fry. E-mailed coporate and they said they would check it out. It's been over a week and no word. We would have Wendy's at least 3 times a month here. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I would avoid this business in a heartbeat! I urge you not to go to this location, service is awful, the food is horrible, but what concerned me the most is this particular location locks the doors during regular business hours while patrons are still in the dining area. Manager claims that she's under staffed and locks the doors, to keep people out. Clearly this has to be a violation of the fire code. This person should not manage anything. I implore you not to go this location, very concerned about the safety of people and it's workers inside this restaurant. read more

What is it with Wendy's service! The one that used to be off Central Avenue in SLP was terrible and finally closed and I'm guessing this location isn't far behind. We had to yell at the drive thru speaker to get someone to help us then the employee says hi what you want. Um, good service for a Starr sir! I would have brought my iPad had I known I had time to watch a full episode of Grace and Frankie, possibly almost 2 full episodes actually! Instead I enjoyed the lovely view of the KFC employees smoking behind the building. 2 cars behind me in the line literally drove off in a fit of hungry rage and a guy inside was mad and demanding his money back! You can't make this sh!t up. This is without a doubt the last time I come to this location. Although the Blaine location doesn't have much better reviews. I can't figure out how most employees even make it past the interview and get hired. I don't expect 5 star service at a Wendy's but having to repeat ranch and bbq sauce 3x and still getting the wrong sauces is just a dirty move by the drive through employee. The commercials may be brilliant but the actual restaurants (I use that term very lightly) are just a hot mess! I can only hope that the super smart employees ride bikes to work and do not attempt to drive an actual vehicle. I went to this Wendy's, with my 80 year old mother, today and ordered a Taco salad without tomato. (It wasn't busy). I grabbed napkins and such and grabbed a table while my mother waited for the food. My mother tried to carry both trays and tipped over one on the floor in front of the counter. I asked for a new salad as a replacement, 20 later I had cleaned up the salad off the floor and finally an employee came out with a shovel and finally kind of cleaned it off the floor. About 20 minutes after that I was told they wouldn't replace my salad so I asked for the name and number of the manager, general manager and district manager. They told me they didn't know it. (The meal was purchased with a credit card) and they refunded me in cash but not all of the refund. They didn't refund the tax. I was called rude and treated like I was asking them for something that was an inconvenience. I've called corporate and complained because that was a horrible experience. I'm NEVER going there again and they should either fire all the incompetent employees or close. read more

Parking lot was empty at 7:30 pm. Had to wait several minutes to order. Had to wait at the window several minutes to pay. One car at drive-thru behind us. Finally got our food- We ordered 1-double cheeseburger ketchup only- 1- chicken tenders 1- large fry. Told us it would be a 6 minute wait on tenders. After several more minutes we get our food. When we got home we opened the bag and we got 2-small frys 2- chicken nuggets 1- cheeseburger with bacon lettuce tomato mayo pickle and 1- small cheeseburger with bacon lettuce tomato mayo pickle. And these Idiots think they deserve $15.00 per hour? We will NEVER go back again! read more

Better then Blaine for sure. Staff wasn't whiny. Chili was hot. Best experience I've had with one since I was in Duluth. Would 10/10 comeback. Restaurant is clean but it's a bit older which is fine if the food is like this. Looks like I will be coming back to this one if I feel like going to Wendy's again read more

This is the worst Wendy's ever! If there were negative stars that would be the ticket for this place. The drive through employee yelled and acted like he had no education...talking slang and rude the whole time! Zero manners for this guy. We waited 10 minutes for a response in the drive through and 10 more minutes waiting at the window. We were the only customers..might be a good idea to replace people or get them some proper training. Will never go there again. read more

Definitely just sat in the drive through listening to the employees YELL at each other about who does more work. Windows were shut and my kids and I could still hear everything. If he didn't have me pay so quickly I honestly would have drive away. They basically tossed my food out the window and shut it again. That is the last time I'll be going to this location. I'd rather drive further and get better service. read more

Friendly staff all the way! does take a little bit long for food to cook but it's worth it knowing the food always taste fresh. Drive Through area needs a bit more active staff but if business isn't as it needs to be for more staff no need to hire more. just takes patience. read more
