ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY I like fast food. I like Burger King. This Burger King is the absolute worst experience at any in over 50 years, by a long shot. This Burger King Looked Abandoned: I was short on time so went against better my judgement. It was filthy, you couldn't see through windows, litter was everywhere, the doors were locked, and someone left their sandwich disassembled in front of the doors. The Service Was Rude: After a long wait (I was the only one there) at the drive through someone finally blurted out "we're cash only'". I was surprised but said "OK" and I placed my order. Her response, "do you have cash?" We got through the order and I drove up. She eventually handed me my bag of food without acknowledgement, she didn't say thank you, sorry about the wait, or anything. The Food Was Awful: BK buns can be chewy but these taxed my jaw, the cheeseburger had ketchup squirting out the sides and I'm sure they used a whole jar of Mayo on my whopper Jr. Fries were cold. The worst thing about it was I realized it's the second time I'd been to that BK and I had a similar experience the first time. Hopefully I'll remember to pass it by the next time. read more

The food was fast, good, & hot. The new manager was very sweet. I was confused about the coke machine (I missed seeing what I was looking for) and Maria (manager) came over to help me without the normal fake smile you sometimes get when people become high maintenance. She was very genuine, and I appreciate that. I came with my grandson so he could play in the playground. We've been looking for a place that was safe & CLEAN! What a great find! We will be coming back again soon. The whole place is a complete turnaround from what it was just a year ago, thanks to the new manager & her excellent staff. Fantastic!! read more

I came here to bring my kid to play on the playground and I was disappointed with everything.i ordered small fries and 10 piece nuggets, she had both ready for me right away, literally in 20 seconds. They were gross and cold and obviously been sitting out for a long long time. It also was unreasonably expensive, almost five dollars for just the two items. The playground for the kids was a joke. I know how it used to be, and what it is now is a disgusting cesspool. There's only two tunnels and one slide, theres no smaller slides for smaller kids like my two year old, everything was sticky and very very dirty. Sunday 2/28/2016 My son and I was in the area, we stop in to get some food, I notice they had hotdogs too, I order 2 chilli dogs and one regular, a whopper meal. When we got our food and went to sit down to eat, the 2 out of the 3 hotdogs was burnt beyond human consumption! I should have took a picture, the 3rd wasn't too badly burnt , so I took it back and told them straight up, these are burned, and not even close to the picture! They took them back and have the person make new ones , I couldn't see the person's face due to the metal shelves , but that big person then annoyingly threw them in the trash. Be careful when getting these , they try hiding the burnt side by flipping it the other way, but these two were dark as coals and dryer then jerky! Almost forgot , my whopper had very little veggies, one slice of tomato , I almost question "what exactly was SUPPOSE TO BE THERE! since mine was so empty . Will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! Just look at the reviews online and you'll know to stay away too from this place. read more

If you want to lose faith in humanity stop by this location to eat. My expectations for fast food service aren't very high in the first place but the service at this place is awful. The food always tastes fine to me but the service is always slow, they mess up orders all the time and they're rude. Also if you ask for any dipping sauce forget about it. I went today and ordered 3 ranch sauces and they of course didn't give me any. I then asked for the three ranch and she gave me one. I take my dipping sauce pretty seriously so I said can I please have two more and she said they weren't allowed to give any extra sauce. I said ok can I pay the extra 25 cents or whatever it is for extra sauce since some places charge you. She then said there's no button for that. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Since when did ranch become such a hot commodity that burger King had to ration it out. This place is a joke. Never again will I go there since everytime I leave that place I'm usually fuming at the stupidity I've been subjected to. I have been coming here off and on for years. It seemed like a slow day because I could hear all the employees in the back talking and I waited for about 5 minutes before a girl on break got up to help me. She seemed new but did the best she could while her co employees finally surfaced and walked around looking at their phones. The place gave off a weird vibe like the inmates were running the prison and my food was coldish when I got it. It looked like they had done remodel several months ago but it was dirty and unkempt, despite the employees obviously having time on their hands. DO NOT BUY FOOD AT BURGER KING ON 8510 Edinburg Centre Dr. In Brooklyn Park. The employees and managers are all very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I was cursed at by the staff and the manager. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and I had been waiting behind two cars who were also waiting for their food. One of the drivers who had been waiting for his food got out and came to the window to let the staffs know that he had been waiting for a very long time. He stood there for about 2 minutes and they handed him his food and he left. I was still waiting. Another car was ahead of me and we waiting for about another 5 to 7 minutes. Then, as he was about to get out of his car, they brought his food. Now it's my turn. I waited about 4 to 5 minutes, then my first order came. The staff left and 2 minutes later, came back with another order. I asked for my two chicken sandwiches. She told me with an attitude and an eye roll, "you have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. Drive around the corner." I told her I have been waiting way too long to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. She said "well it's either that or I come make it by myself." I told her I cannot move again, and yelled "ya'll and ya'll hungry asses always trying to order all this food" she left, then another staff who I think was the manager came and started saying "these are teenagers and ya'll have to watch what you say to them. If you assault them you will get in trouble." I ask her what am I getting in trouble for? She just cursed at me and my kids and my sister calling us "hungry asses" the last time I recall, that is no way to talk to your customers especially if I am paying my money for service. She then proceeded to tell me "well, the car before you just ordered 15 sandwiches." I asked her if that was my fault. She said "well then that why you have to wait instead of ya'll coming here and ordering all these food. These kids are teenagers and they're stressed out." I told her to go back and check her camera and see if I said anything to your staff other than I'm not leaving until I get my sandwiches or my refund. As the manager walked away, I told her I asked to refund my money. At this point, I cannot trust them to make me any sandwiches. She then asked me to drive around and she took my card. She came back and said I will get my refund within 3 to 5 business days. I think the best way they should have taught their teenagers at this burger kind was to teach to come out and apologize for the delay and politely ask me to wait a little longer. I will never eat at this Burger King and this is not where I am going to stop with my complaint. read more

this location is ridiculous came in to eat a late dinner with my daughter (about 830pm) there was no customers in the store we were waited on (kids meal hamburger only ketchup and extra pickles and the 2/$5 chicken sandwich with fries) and then we waited and waited and waited... then another Lady came in and ordered like 6 sandwiches or more there also there was like 1 car in the drive threw when we got there. it must have gotten busy out there cause they were pushing out sandwich and food but still we waited when I said something I was told we have to take care of drive threw first so 10 mins later we still are waiting and the lady behind me got her food first I was like seriously how she get her food before us when we were here first I was told she can't control what they make first.... when I finally got the kids meal the burger had cheese not sure what part of hamburger with ONLY pickles and ketchup was not understand so had to wait another 5 mins to get my food and then had to reminder her of the hamburger..... also after I had opened the cheese burger closed it handed it back to the lady she put it back on the warmer and it was put in a different order.... disgusting...... read more
