This restaurant is consistently bad. I have eaten here a few different times always thinking it was a fluke but I would be badly mistaken. The wait times here are very long, the cashiers they put out front are super oblivious to people waiting in line. They are not well groomed but I'm not sure what expectations are to be had with fast food workers. The food is Wendy's quality but the staff here, oh my god, is what kills it. Rude staff , Broken soda machine , food was mostly wrong, bathroom didn't have paper towels

I took my children here for lunch after church one afternoon when we say Cuba Gooding Jr working at the register (wow that guys career went downhill). After taking my order he proceeded to ask me if I liked Wendy's. I said of course why else would I be here? He then said "you'll love when deez nuts hit your chin" and then did that dabbing thing where you put your forearm over your forehead and stick your other arm out like you're doing the hitler salute. I asked to speak to the manager who was a large African American woman who's name tag said "Period Pootie" She smacked me so hard I became unconscious and folded my body up like a pretzel while Cuba and another employee who's name tad said "Uncle Boobs" took turns sodomizing me. My children were traumatized and my daughter Debbie committed suicide 5 weeks later which was ok with me because she smelled like cow shit that's been baking in the hot Alabama sun and now I save a lot of money on Fabreeze. I would give this establishment 1 star but I really love dipping my fries in a frosty so 5 stars it is. read more

Went to wendy's in sabraton tonight, waited for 'fresh chicken' for 10 minutes, they gave me a chicken sandwich with a piece of wax paper on it (from cheese i assume) but my sandwich had no cheese, i went back and got a new sandwich, only for this one to be old chicken, have guacamole on it and some type of red sauce (doesn't look like ketchup), went back a 3rd time and got a refund! just figured everyone should know how shitty this 'fast food' place is. read more

Stopped in to eat and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with cheese tomato lettuce and extra onions. The chicken patty was some kind of mystery meat and so cold the cheese was still cold. Two pieces of tomato about the size of a quarter seemed to have come from the bottom of the bucket - smashed and nasty. Two very small pieces of onion and no lettuce completed this sorry excuse for a sandwich. Pitiful read more

I went there today right when they opened (everything should be freshly made). I got a simple hamburger with fries. My hamburger bun was stale to the point it would not rip apart, my only topping (ketchup) was outdated to the point it stuck to the top bun and the only thing left(the burger its self) was over cooked. read more
