This review is mainly for the person at the drive thru and the manager, Austin Baker. On 9/17/24, I went through the drive thru around 11:00 A.M. I pulled up and received my food but then forgot to wait on my change. I gave them a $50.00 bill, and my meal was almost 13.00. I didn't realize I forgot to get my change until I got home. I immediately called and spoke with Austin, the manager. I explained what had happened, and he told me they had my change and could pick it up. I advised him that I live about 45 minutes away and couldn't get there until the first of next week. Austin told me he could meet me somewhere to give me my money as he lives close to me. I was totally shocked at his thoughtfulness and kindness. He went above and beyond his duty, as this was totally my fault. I met him at the location and he gave me my money back and a complimentary card!!!! I never expected him to go out of his way to do this for a total stranger. I offered him a gratuity, but he would not accept it. He said it was no big deal, smiled, and said, " Have a nice day." I will be forever grateful to him and his staff for their honesty and his gesture of kindness. It was so refreshing to have this happen and know that there are still trustworthy and dependable people in this world. Main register not open - forced to use a kiosk. Soda dispenser offered a thousand different option but all options that weren't 'Zero' sugar were out (aka no regular soft drink options). Food came out quick but the whole process seemed automated - the person put the order and the counter and left - not acknowledging customers (being picky, but basic customer service seemed absent). read more

If there could be a zero that's what I would rate them drive thru order all wrong when I drove back thru since dining room closed they were so rude! Said order right next time they went to make more I said no at that point due to their attitude and not sure what they would do to my food. Floor filthy owner needs to go in there and clean up their staff. read more

Heaven forbid they actually do their job right. I was at home sick having an allergic reaction so my boyfriend got me a burger on his way home from work, but they made both of our sandwiches wrong, and he got them corrected. When he got home, I opened up my sandwich to find that they had only scraped the mayo off and flipped the burger. I'm allergic to mayo, already having an allergic reaction to something else, so imagine the lawsuit they'd have on their hands should I have ate it!! As someone who's worked in fast food, this is a huge no-no. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location, and it's safe to say I will never be returning to it. read more

If zero were an option I would put that! Since starting my order in the drive thru the workers were rude. Didn't not repeat back what the order was and when asked to have no mayo on the sandwich they RUDLY responded with " well what to drink". Moving forward in the line to pay and collect our food neither workers looked at us and once we said "Thank You" they shut the window and went on with their day. I HIGHLY recommend getting some people who won't ruin your business. read more

They need to wipe tables and empty garbage cans. Every table was filthy. Lay off of the salt. When there is so much salt it burns your mouth--not good. If you have time to play on your phone you have time to wipe tables. Fruit flies in January? Wow. read more

AWFUL customer service!!!! We had our burgers made wrong and we asked for them to be re-made. The manager ignored us until we got loud to get her attention. She wouldn't re-make the burger so we asked for our money back. She said " I'm not giving you your money back." Then she went in the back to go hide. Then the other manager came out & said "I don't see anything wrong here, I'm not giving you your money back. Have a nice day." We left, with our food and drinks on the counter and we still got charged!!! Would NEVER recommend this Wendy's to anyone. Don't waste your time. read more

We went there this evening to grab a quick bite they messed up the order in the drive-through when we got to the first window I had questions about the order she said she had fixed it we got to the second window and it was still messed up I brought it to their attention and got nothing but attitude major attitude ask for a manager, they were laughing about it with the young manager on duty I guess, she came to the window with the same type of attitude it was terrible and the fries were old. Terrible service! I would suggest going to another location if you want it done correctly. By the way, it never did get corrected. read more

We ordered through the kiosk and it took almost 20 minutes to get our food and them forgot an order. The floors were filthy and the kitchen was a disaster. The fires were cold and stale. read more

Went there in the spring and it was mass confusion, the fry cook yelling at the other workers. I called the corp. office never got a call back. Just went there and for the 2d time my order was short . Getting real tired of the way this Wendy's is run, but their burgers are the best. read more

Updated early October 2018: This place had been improving after being super dirty just after opening last year, and now they are right back to not cleaning again or doing so sparingly. Gross. Staff can get snappy if you mention something that would improve their game. Staff responded (two of them) "they don't pay us enough." Really? So they agreed to the terms of employment and are now not delivering because they now don't think they're "paid enough"? Seems they're paid too much if they haven't acted on their view of their own self worth by going to work elsewhere and not delivering on the basics of the job they have (cleaning... if "not paid enough," as they say, the real risk is that the front of the house is not likely the only place they're cutting corners on cleanliness or other basics). I will not be back for at least a year, perhaps never. Eat/order here at your own risk. They don't deliver on enough of their basic value proposition for me (they don't pay me enough, if you like) to spend time and money there, and there are other places (other Wendy's) in town that don't have this set of issues/risks. read more
