The food tastes the same as any Wendy's, but the customer service is atrocious. On a holiday weekend, have enough staff to run the place, and train the staff to deal with a busy crowd. We waited for 10 minutes in line, and then my wife waited 5 minutes (she timed it) at the front of the line without anyone saying a word to her. Finally, they got the order wrong. Location was dirty, trash everywhere and floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in a few days. Fries tasted like they were sitting for longer than able to serve time. Asked for no onions on my dads hamburger because he is allergic and it had onions on it. If I wasn't just passing through I would've went back and spoken to someone about it. Pretty much the only maybe good thing I could say about the whole experience was my drink and it's because it was self serve and I can't mess up my own drink. Crew looked quite overwhelmed. Took 5 min for them to ask us what we wanted once we got to the front of the line, and there weren't nearly any people in the store. But what do you care, it's Wendy's. You're going to eat here nonetheless. read more

I spent some time watching the staff. You guys have no idea how hard they try to keep the place clean. Sure it has problems, no they are not perfect, but they are trying. The food is still good, and the prices are reasonable. read more

Perhaps the most poorly managed Wendy's location in the chain. We have walked out after wasting 15+ minutes in line, during our last two visits. One person taking orders and payments, and filling orders/filling trays, 3 people in the food prep area, and 3 more wandering around the back and then into the dining area looking for tables to clear. The Dear Departed Dave ran a tight ship. The current Wendy's lacks a sail and a rudder. Sad! If you are northbound on I-15 wait until the next exit (248) and hit the Wendy's there. Not impressed. Garbage cans were overflowing, with wrappers and trash on the floor spread across most of the commons. We were in line to order for over 25 minutes, and waited around another 20 to get the food. Long lines persisted because the stopped taking orders several times throughout our wait in line (likely to help the kitchen keep up, but I'm not sure). My wife and I stopped in to Wendy's, we were looking at the order menu, my wife very politely asked the lady behind the counter if their coffee was good. The lady replied in a very sarcastic remark, "I don't know I don't drink coffee ". Very very poor educate for a business like Wendy's. read more

We went to order 6 frostys and our Cashier Marcus....... Didn't ask us our sizes and told us the price and when we said we wanted 6 larges instead of smalls as he ordered he said he already put the order in and he can't do anything about it. So we just ordered 6 more smalls because we were feeding adults and one small wasn't enough and when we got our frostys he didn't give us lids and when we asked he told us to use the soda lids which the small soda lids were too big so we made a mess and spilled. Long story short this is a terrible place I would never recommend this Wendy's to anyone and Marcus should be fired. BTW the manger stood right there and did nothing read more

My family and I went here after a family night and were extremely disappointed! We had to wait four minutes for our chicken to cook which was fine because who doesn't love fresh cooked chicken? That was the only good part of our meal our fries were stone cold and we had a couple burnt ones. I have never gotten cold burnt food before in all the places I have been! They're drink machine was a complete joke they were out of everything except a few diet sodas, they didn't even have any fruit punch. HORRIBLE SERVICE. MARIAH spent more time BSing with non-customers than waiting on paying customers. She would take an order, wait for the order to be completed by other employees and then she would move to the next customer. After 15 minutes and 2 customers before us, it was finally our turn. What does she do?? she starts talking to an off-duty employee who brought her daughter in to visit the staff (during the dinner rush hour), after a couple additional minutes and Mariah hugging the daughter (after asking permission of course) she took our order. After the long wait, the order was WRONG. Going back to the counter and being the only person at the counter (literally, no employees working the counter), I had to wait a couple minutes before employees walked by, too busy to wait on any customers. the food was old the store was dirty there was so much ice in the soda machine I could get a drink, the cashier was not friendly at all and didn't even greet me or smile but one employee named Alex made sure my complaint was taken car of. he melted the ice in the soda machine so I could get my drink and apologized for it he asked if there was anything else he could do for me and made sure I was happy and made sure I had everything I had ordered thanks to that employee I will be going back there in the future. read more
