Review written in 2025, this is now my new local Wendy's and u have been here multiple times over the past few months. They always seem to get the order right when customizing food which is definitely a big deal for me. The drive through is always quick and the inside is kept clean. Sad to see a 1.6 star overall rating for this location, the people are usually nice and the food is always warm. read more

Operating as drive thru only thanks to COVID. Went solely for free frosty key tag use: 3 vanilla and 1 chocolate. Line was long and it was hot outside; every minute the window was rolled down made the wait seem longer, especially given extra heat from engines of cars in line. Not knowing processes, I thought my wait could have been drastically reduced if my 4 frostys would have been served directly by the employee at window 1 taking orders and payments. Me leaving the drive thru line quicker moves all cars behind me, allowing another vehicle to order quicker. The employee at the second window was very friendly and polite; while waiting, I observed him using a plastic tub to transfer orders to other cars in front of me, reducing physical contact with customers. The woman at the first window was very rude and indirectly rushing me and my mother to place our orders. I was almost finished with my order (not telling her that I was finished) she proceeded to give me my total. I was shocked. There's no cute marketing/packaging and while sitting in the drive through waiting we watched a manager (assumed) walk from his car into the store with a bag of patties in a large ziploc looking bag and he went into the kitchen then he dropped the patties by using his bare hands one by one into the frying basket. I ordered off of Grubhub, and I ordered one of the big combo sandwiches with bacon. It was supposed to have all toppings on it, it didn't have ANY and there was literally a crumb of bacon as you can see in the picture. I also ordered jbcs and as you can see they very carefully pulled a tiny piece of lettuce and not even the part you're supposed to eat and a crumb of bacon to put on it. My husband ordered food at this Wendy's today..... did not go well he didn't get a recipe and upon coming home I took a bitch of my sandwich and it had bacon in it. So I opened my sandwich to take the bacon out. When I opened the sandwich a hair was in it. I then gathered up all our meals to return them. I was met with an attitude stating how it wasn't hair.. but he said where's your recipe so I told him he should have his employers passing them out sense he demands them upon returning still warm food with hair in it. I was a big time Wendy's fan until today... First I'd like to start off with is that this is location would benefit greatly by training their staff on improving their customer service skills. I placed an order with their drive-thru and the clerk lacked any customer service skills, in fact she seemed upset that I was even there placing an order. That should have been my first clue to run and not look back... but I persisted thinking maybe she was overwhelmed by attempting to multitask. After placing my order, I drive to the window to the same rude clerk that took my order noting the lack of interest in doing what she's paid to do. After paying for my order I receive my drinks, sans straws ,and proceed to wait for my food. Once I receive my food I immediately drive forward and check the contents of the bag. The food... They missed the sauce for my nuggets and it looked as though they had thrown in across the counter and it barely made it into the bag. Our sandwiches all looked less than appetizing, the fries were scarce, and of course we weren't given straws. Final moral of the story folks... STAY AWAY from this place! Well what can I say ... today is November 27th 2016, (time 1733) and I went to Wendy's for a simple salad. Customer service is ridiculous. Other words, it's unfortunate that they don't care about their job. We went through the drive thru and I asked for a Spicy Chicken Caesar salad, with no tomatoes. The gentlemen that took my order replied and said "sorry tomatoes already come on the salad". Well goodness sake you can't make a new salad or even take the tomatoes off ? What if I was allergic? I've never been to a more inefficiently ran Wendy's. EVER. It took several minutes to have our order taken and after that we waited in the drive through line for another 40 minutes. I know you're probably thinking, "why would you wait that long?" The short answer....hunger! While sitting in the drive thru we observed that: the cashier at the first window disappearing often for periods of about 3-5 minutes; the manager was just walking around on the phone being unproductive; multiple females standing around the second window but not really assisting anyone in front of us; and finally, despite having already repeated what we had ordered to three different people, they still didn't get it right. One young lady informed us that there was something going on, but didn't clarify as to what it was. There were some good things to come out of this ordeal. They upsized one of the meals (the other was already a lg), the fries were hot, and they gave us an extra drink. Hopefully they sort out whatever issues they are having and get it together because right now they are making Wendy's look really bad! read more
