Perfectly fine Single combo meal with Diet Coke for $10.99. Made correctly to order, ready quickly, fries are hot and nicely crunchy. Included several ketchup packets without my having to ask. It was weird having the new AI-generated drive thru process, first time for me, but everything was correct, so it worked out. Staff were polite and efficient. For the last three or more times of ordering my food from here has been messed up ! This spot at one time was the cream of the Wendy's franchise, now it's the ashtray! I order from the app to pick up and of course my order was made wrong! Order a single with cheese....cold, veggies wilted,but burger ice cold!!! Order a chicken sandwich with everything... and add ketchup. No ketchup,no lettuce , no tomato...and ice cold!!!! Oh yes I picked it up on time too.... Ice cold!!!! I am very upset, I eat at Wendy's (11 n Harlem in Oak Park) six days an I eat at Wendy's six days a week; I use the mobile app and it was suggested that I use the dine in Feature so that my food will be ready when I arrive at the window. Everything was going smooth until today when I was informed that the new manager is requiring us to come in and pick up our order. They have a manager who is short in about Latino. I would say she lets her team fool around at night during the morning time. They allowed really rude to their customers and she just sits there and allow. She's rude also as well. Their business has really gone down a lot, we are in a nice neighborhood. I've ordered with the app for delivery multiple times. I order the chocolate brownie batter frosty. Multiple times now I've gotten vanilla and once I got a vanilla frosty with a burger and nuggets. I came to this location for chicken nuggets & fries on a Saturday afternoon. The drive thru mic worked fine. Upon arriving at window I'm told the wrong order. Then they correct and say $7.01. I pay and get change. Then another girl comes to window and says $10.23. I say I already paid. She asks what I had. They get the food through and we are out after 15 min in the drive thru. Kids are happy. Next day: kids want same thing. Get in drive thru line about 8 cars deep. Just, wow. Stupidly, I stayed in line for 40, yes forty minutes. I've never waited in a drive thru line so long in my life. Staring at parky's 20 minutes in almost turning the corner I feel the urge to call in an order across the street & jump out of line. But somehow, someway I'm thinking "they must just be having a hard time. It will move quicker any minute, I'm sure there was just a big order ahead in line." Nope. I get to first window, sitting outside, waiting for 5 minutes. Pull up to 2nd window & I'm told "you had the burger, chicken sandwich & small fries right?" No ma'am, "2 chx nuggets, large fry & ketchup" as I hand her money. She says I was supposed to pay at the first window. "Oh?! No one opened that window." I look back to see if I can back up but a car has already pulled up behind me and she yells for the first window operator to come over. They get the $ & I get the bag, missing some items. Took 3+ minutes longer before I could get her attention for the missing so there I am waiting for ketchup, holding up the line. Is this location always operating at such a discombobulated level? I know times are tough and I imagine the staff was short handed. But Wendy's corporate, if you are reading this, please put some extra love & attention into this location. They need it. read more

I went to Wendy's 3 times and all 3 times I had a horrible experience,,, staff is extremely rude, the dinning area is always dirty and disgusting, there is always garbage on the tables on the floor and the floor is always sticky and wet, They never have any fountain drinks available they are always out, am when u ask the staff they get upset and say that if there is no soda then there isn't any.. This Wendy's is a bother. About 50% of the time we go there "the system is down" or "they don't have frostys right now." It's too often to be a coincidence. When we do get burgers and tuck into them immediately, they're often not hot. It's not a well run example of a Wendy's. read more

SHORT ON SUPPLY Spicy nuggets are back, which is great news for workers on 3rd shift, perpetual stoners, and anyone who burns the midnight oil. You know what's not great? Rolling up to a fast food place and being told your 1st through 5th choices of drink are unavailable. How that happens, I'm not entirely sure. Did the person in charge of re-stocking the soda fountain quit? Were customers ordering pop by the gallon, and the supply at this Wendy's couldn't keep up with demand? In any event, a group of us came here around 11pm on 9/21/19 and were dismayed to find that they were completely out of: - lemonade - diet coke - dr pepper - iced tea - sprite At that point, just cut your losses and close your doors. Switch off the lights and send everyone home if you're unable to meet the meager expectations of your customers. We aren't a terribly picky bunch, but when you've effectively eliminated 80% of choices for pop, what are we supposed to do? Say "f*ck it", and go home empty-handed? * TL;DR * The bar was already set very, very low--and yet they defied the odds by limboing right underneath it. Just stopped through the drive through (approx 6:45 pm). Being the only car in line, still had to wait 5 minutes before being told to "wait a minute". Then, after a few more, "go ahead". Ordered a Big Bacon Classic and small fry, price seemed pretty steep ($9.88) Had to wait for my order, finally came , person at window saying nothing, not looking at me, holding out bag. I asked,"Receipt in bag?" No response. I asked again, person says, "Huh?" I asked again and was informed: "We don't got no receipt paper." This Wendy's is the absolute WORST in Harlem and Madison Oak Park, Il!!! I waited in line for 10 mins to place my, and as I placed my order I was told they didn't have any drinks, and Barbque sauce. TL;DR I ordered a delivery order through the Wendy's app late at night, I SPECIFICALLY told the driver to call/text me when they delivered the order. INSTEAD of doing either of those things, this dumb fuck decided to RING THE DOORBELL multiple times as opposed to just leaving the food at the door. Literally woke the ENTIRE goddamn house up. I agree with Grace's review. I can count at least three times where the employees claim that they cannot take our order for multiple reasons. One time they claimed their system was down. This past time they told us that it takes 15-20 minutes for a shift change so they cannot possibly take an order. Not sure if we've been told lies or if we've been unlucky each time. read more

I went inside after being parked for approximately 10 mins and ended up receiving a refund in addition to the salad.
