The entire was wrong. I was very clear. The girl at the drive-through asked two or three times because obviously she couldn't hear me with the people in the background, but I checked the screen and the screen was correct. However, the entire order that we received the sandwiches and how they were specifically ordered is not what came out. I definitely do not suggest this restaurant.. These are very simple request and it's obvious that these people really don't care about their jobs and about quality and considering when these mono is quality is our recipe this restaurant falls very far short of that mantra. read more

Stopped going to this Wendy's for about 2 or 3 years now, even though it's right on my doorstep. Seeing many other more recent reviews repeatedly point out, the staff are lazy, wererude and unprofessional and always screwing up my order, not very sanitary too (Can it be that hard, I don't make any special requests?) The last few times I never got a receipt with my food and wondering if that's intentional so you can't complain that they gave you wrong order. Caught them red handed trying to scam me. Ordered 2 double bacanators. I had a coupon buy one get for for a buck. They have me pull up to the curb because the food will be delayed. As soon as I pull up hear comes the lady and hands me a bag that feels empty. I look in there is 2 sandwiches. I open the one and it has JBC patties on ot that are almost transparent. Always an extremely long line. I have been here 10 times, and have only had the patience to sit in the drive thru for 3 of them. It's a common occurrence to see the line stretched out to Rodi Rd. Employees are very slow. Every single time I've been here, I have seen the same employee outside smoking, or walking around the building. I see employees inside walking in the dining area and talking. I can only imagine the amount of money this franchise owner is losing out on daily. There is constant traffic, and the work ethic is horrible. Incentivize your employees to take and finish orders faster with a pay bump or bonus. Track the rate of orders and the time to completion. Also, my mother recently visited this location and a female working the drive thru cussed at my mom and was very rude after being ask a simple question. First thing first, I am hoping this particular location will get a makeover like others in the area. It is in dire need for tender loving care. The outside looks faded from the years of being in the sun and the inside just looks sterile. One of the first things you notice when you walk in here is the odor. That odor of old fryer grease. Like the fryers have not been changed in months. The odor permeated everywhere in the seating area making me wish my party and I would have gotten the food to go. The staff here were super polite, friendly from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. Drive thru is pretty slow and people were parking in that area for some reason, making it a tight squeeze to get out. I really don't like fast food -- at all. I was so hungry, though. My belly was aching and the sugar rush from the donuts was wearing off. There really wasn't anything else in the area other than the Dunkin Donuts and some fast food Chinese. I know better than to eat fast food Chinese. Ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich with no lettuce and hoped for the best. While the sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for a while, I was so hungry that it didn't taste bad. I wish I could give this Wendy's 0 stars! This is by far the worst Wendy's in the city of Pittsburgh. I went there last night 1-6-2018 around 7pm. I placed my order army the drive thru. I order two JBC meals, small chili, child baked potato, and Asiago Chicken sandwich. The guy at the first window was sitting down on a stool with another guy standing there talking to him, no greetings, at the second window the boy looked like he did not want to be there. He gave me my bags I asked for chili sauce he handed it to me. I pulled off something told me to park and check my bags yup they messed up my order no chili and no Asiago Chickdn sandwich. I go inside with my receipt. There was about 5 kids sitting in the dining area with no food chatting it up with one of the employees, two was sitting on the table lough talking and laughing. I get to the counter tell what happened the boy just took my receipt without saying anything the other guy standing there says "I'll take care of you and asked who made my order at drive thru"...I wait about 10 minutes to get my order while waiting the one guy was giving a friend free food burgers, fries, nuggets and cookies right in front of me without hiding it. The manager she's staying right there it's hard to believe she did not see what was going on. The workers was back there throwing stuff at each other, laughing, joking around like there wasn't a line wrapped almost around the building. I'm done with this Wendy's. The new Ralky's will be getting my business once they open in the spring/summer. I live right down the road and EVERY time I come here they take forever even when they're not busy and my order is always wrong or cold. The managers are even worse. i went to this wendy's on july 26 2021. the person on the drive thru window could not get my order correct. an item was missing and i was told i had to get back in the drive thru window to order the missing item. then on person, there were multiple employees at the drive thru window,told me to pull up and my item would be brought out. after waiting for minutes this woman wearing a black face diaper came out and told me i had to go back in the drive thru window. i said forget it. the place is a mess of confused employees and none know what they are doing. read more
