I enjoy ordering food from the window. I particularly like the chicken pot pies. The taste suggests I will get a reasonable amount of chicken pieces. Not true! I've ordered these pies from various restaurants, but most often Penn Hills. It seems like the customer is being fooled because the number of chicken pieces is often one to two, for the entire pie. The vegetables are good, but I prefer a chicken pot pie to a vegetable one. I wish someone would take my request seriously and improve the pot pie by adding more chicken. Tried to give this KFC a second chance. I shouldn't have. I did a mobile order for an 8:15pm pick up. We arrived at 8:17 and it wasn't ready. My granddaughter said, "Well at least it'll be hot." WRONG! We waited about 8 minutes past the time it should have been ready, and it wasn't hot. I got the chicken snacker. It consisted of a chicken tender on a mini-sub roll. The tender was much thinner than the bun, so it basically had a 2-to-1 ratio of bun to chicken. The mayonnaise wasn't spread on the bun. It was just slopped on the chicken. It was awful. For a place that only does chicken, the chicken should be much better. I don't recommend this place at all. Next time I'll drive a little farther and go to Chick-fil-A. Even Wendy's next door would have been a better choice for chicken. read more

I'm taking one star away since they missed one of the items I ordered. After a call, they did replace it on a subsequent order. I did not have high hopes for the food or service, but I'm glad I gave them a second chance. I can't speak to the interior of this location, since I ordered delivery. I can say that I thought the boxes were a good value. I got 3 pieces of chicken, 2 side dishes and a soda for $10 or so. The mashed potatoes and gravy could use some help, but the corn and extra crispy chicken were very good. I've liked what I got enough to order several times since the 1st time I ordered there. I also had 2 of their pot pies, and even though I found a bone in one, they were tasty enough and large enough that I would order them again. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied and would most likely continue to order from there. read more

We just went through the drive through we got home the fries tasted like they were sitting on the warmer forever they didn't ask what type of chicken we wanted and under cooked. Can't even eat it and wasted money . Please get someone that wants or needs a job. The salt was horrendous and the Mac and cheese was so runny. read more

I ordered a 12 piece meal at the drive thru. When I got home I discovered that there were only 6 pieces in the big bucket. I drove back and the counter guy looked and said that's not 12 pieces. He added more chicken and passed the bucket back to me. No apology, no offer for my inconvenienc. Just here's your chicken. read more

Quick service! I ordered online. Got it within 10 minutes of getting myself ready. I went inside and the check out guy said happy new years. It was late so I didn't dine inside. Absolutely disgusting.... nothing was clean, employees weren't wearing their mask at all. I couldn't even finish my meal. The bathroom was not cleaned in probably weeks. I went inside to order and the dining room was filthy. I went to order and was told that they were out of original recipe chicken. When I asked how long it would be the cashier said she had been asking him to bread and cook it for 25 minutes, but he still hadn't started it. I ordered 3 meals with drinks and was told that the ice machine was broken. I also had to ask for a receipt and the cashier had to go and get receipt paper to give me one. I wanted 2 3-piece dark and 1 2-piece white meals and got 1 2 piece white, 1 2piece dark, and 1 three piece dark. Horrible experience all around. read more

And a guy even saw us at the window but completely ignored us and didn't even apologize for taking so long then when we finally paid we waited about 25 for minutes taking a total of 45m for "fast food" this is absolutely unacceptable, hope next time we come here service will be better 2/10 for service 6/10 for food read more

Don't even deserve a star. Every time I go into this KFC the counters and tables are all filthy and the whole crew is playing around and not doing their jobs. Ask for a ten piece bucket with drumsticks and thighs and you get only 8 thighs that are greasy, nasty and half burnt. Obviously cooked in old grease. Everytime I come here to their drive thru, it's always something! The wait time anywhere after 4 pm is ridiculous after you actually get to the box to order your food. One time I went there after 7 pm and I went to the box to order and the girl said were taking orders at the window. Which makes the wait time longer I don't know what they are doing in the kitchen but I always just see the cashier at the window just standing there looking bored and picking her fingers!
