Well..... these people can not multitask at all. They also don't greet or acknowledge you when you're standing at the register and the 3 of them were getting to get 1 prefer ready. So we order, they have us small (med) drinks when they were supposed to be large. Same with the fries. Ketchup container was empty and they only had the small packets. I ordered a large order and the manager kept complaining and huffing and puffing about it. I understand it takes a lot of patience to make a big order, but complaining and acting up in front of the customers looks wrong. If you don't have the patience to deal with big orders then maybe don't work in fast food or in any food business. read more

I hate this place. Me and my cousins and aunt were on vacation in North Carolina and on the way back home, got hungry so we ordered a cheeseburger,2 10 piece chicken nuggets,and fries and 5 lemonades.The service was very bad.They told us they only had ghost pepper sauce,but they had barbecue sauce and as well as mustard.They also ran out of almost everything on the menu.Some improvements they could have is more foods,actually getting the order right,and didn't lie,the store would be better and more famous. read more

Great service when we went inside at the counter by Doris! Food was kind of meh. Two of us ordered grilled chicken sandwiches, they were dry, but when you got just the right combo of sauce, veggies and chicken it was good. Fries were hot and crispy but a bit over-salted. read more

The people that work after 2pm, are absolutely the best from the managers, cashiers, Cooks , drive-thru order taker. They are all so excellent. Best customer service I've ever had at a Wendy's. They all deserve raises. I messed up and sent my order to the wrong Wendy's and they corrected it for me and gave me the food anyway. If they're always friendly the food is always accurate while cooked in Fresh. I'm doing the keto diet so Wendy's is my best option with the lettuce wrap burgers. Family road trip pitstop initially for restrooms but, of course when one child says "I'm hungry," it spreads to the rest of the brood like an epidemic. Restrooms were a tad untidy but appropriately stocked. At time of order, the counter employee politely welcomed us and informed our group that all french fry sizes are $1. SCORE! 4 pc nuggets (x4) + 4 Large fries + 1 crispy chicken sandwich + 4 FREE frosty's for $10. This location has 2 self serve coke machines with a ton of flavors. It also fills orders quicker than the one close to home. We didn't know how to react when the food was accurate, bagged and ready in under 5 minutes! read more

This place might be the absolute worst fast food restaurant of all time. Ordered a medium size meal and nuggets. I paid then was told there were no nuggets or medium cups so they gave me 3 small cups to make a medium... because I can fill 3 cups up for myself and take them with. Maybe not charge people if you don't have the items they are ordering? Then the fountain drink machine was broken and it took 17 minutes to get the one meal. I didn't see many good reviews about this Wendy's on Yelp, so maybe they got new management. I went in there today and service was great. Everybody was working as a team, my order was taken quickly and the person taking my order was very polite and professional. The manager was where ever she was needed to get the orders out promptly. Hats off to the young man who was out taking care of the dining, drink, and condiment area. I believe it was his first day on the job and he did not let one table go un-cleaned. He was right there when I accidentally dropped my Ketchup cup on the floor. I said I was sorry and he smiled and said no problem. He even took peoples trays and trash from the table so they didn't have too. If this kid can hang in there, he will be manager in no time. read more

So this is our second stop at a Wendy's in 2 days. Yesterday's Wendy's meal (in Virginia Beach) could have possibly been the BEST Wendy's food I have had ever. Now, we normally don't eat out at fast food joints days in a row but we made a trip from Winston to Virginia Beach for a DMB show and with being on the road, "bad-for-you-food" is a result. So like I said, my meal yesterday (Spicy chicken sandwich combo) was SOOOO good, that's what I was craving to have again today... Today's meal, not on the same level of quality. Yesterday's was piping hot and the piece of chicken hung off the bun on each side. The fries were hot and perfect. Today's chicken fit completely inside the bun and was only slightly warm. The fries were ok but not great. The service here was slooooow. I waited in line for a long time and then after placing my order, waited fairly long again. Many of the drinks at the Coke machine were out. The cleanliness of the restaurant wasn't the best and the place definitely needed to be updated. The restrooms were small (2 stalls) and not the cleanest. Unfortunately for me, a tour bus stopped here and there was a lengthy wait to use the restroom as well. This "quick lunch stop" was probably almost an hour-long. There are lots of other options in the area, perhaps one of them is a better choice. read more

My bride was insisting on making a pit stop while out on a road trip and I find it necessary to try to make momma happy even at the cost of stopping at a place I normally would not frequent. This Wendy's leaves a great deal to be desired. The food itself is what one would expect for any fast food joint named Wendys. The line was getting lengthy as we walked in, but there was only one register open. The dining area had more than 25 places to sit, and most were empty, so it would seem the majority of the business done here might be take out, or was there another reason people weren't sitting at the tables. Only 3 parties were actually seated in the restaurant. Upon getting our order, we went to get drinks and condiments. The ketchup dispenser was disgusting and had hardened dried out ketchup all over the nozzle. Looking for a table - it's no wonder nobody is sitting in the dining area, the tables were horridly repulsive - there was not a clean table top in the entire restaurant. Seriously, more than 20 empty tables and not one of them was clean. We chose the "least dirty" table to sit at and it was so wobbly and unstable we expected it to tip over, so we found the "next least dirty table" and spread napkins over the table top and made sure the food stayed in the containers while we were not consuming it. Note to self for future road trips - I won't be stopping here again. read more

Go to order with my co worker who orders first, already messed up his order so I knew what was about to happen. I order a basic meal (big bacon cheddar burger with fries and a drink) but it's doesn't matter because I didn't even get my meal. The staff was extremely rude as well as the restaurant itself being filthy. They were walking on cardboard boxes in the kitchen which appeared to have not been cleaned since the first day it was opened. There were flys all over the place and hair all over the food. Disgusting!!! read more

You'll wait in line for 25 minutes and then after you pay you'll be told that you still have to wait another 10 minutes and then you'll go inside and realize they haven't even started your food. Every single time even if there's only two cars in line. I rarely go to this Wendy's because of poor service and orders never right. Worse than that, someone there charged my ex for $21.14 on his card when we hadn't been there for over a month. I found that this store did it before in 2014, reported on scam charge. We made a police report about it. Some one there either has something they use to copy a card or they are keeping copies of numbers and keying them in. Use only cash if you go here. I will remain with Sonic, Hardees, and Arby's; they have better food that is worth paying for. Wendy's burgers have gotten smaller. "Where's the beef?" Save yourself the money you will spend for Tums or Pepto. Dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been in. Burger came out black - looked like it was cooked a long time ago and then warmed for a minute. Asked for a new one and it looked the same. Should have known better than to eat there. Pulled over on I95 and was sick as a dog.
