Spicy chicken sandwich flatter, not as fresh as other times I've had it. Had better spicy chicken sandwich at other Wendy's locations. Fries were pretty good. It's been 20 minutes since my family ordered and they haven't even started our meal. One register open, overwhelmed kids working the counter. A manager completely ignoring the chaos in the store. This place is bad. Really bad. Trash all over the floor and a soda machine with ice overflowing, causing water to puddle all over the place. On the flip side the remodel is nice and the food fresh. Servers were nice, but moved at snail speed. As for the manager, he didn't lift his head once. Just quietly made burgers and didn't interact with his staff. Kids are stressed and understaffed resulting in longer wait times. Manager is lackadaisical to the situation. If the line is more than 3 cars deep, pray that your gas tank has enough fuel to keep idling for 40+ minutes. You can see the staff members are unhappy with a situation beyond their control. Management does not care about the concerns neither does corporate i called both no response from either. I had i problem with me being charged wrong and give the wrong meal i went inside and the kids could not fix the problem and management not around until next day went next day still not available. ( Read all the way through) After going through the Wendy's drive through I looked in my bag and the entire order was wrong. We had spent 20 dollars so obviously we decided to go back, the store manager told us that there was nothing they could do because we did not have a receipt. BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GIVE US ONE. Even though we were at the restaurant two minutes earlier they had said that they would not replace they food because they did not remember our faces. We even had the order in our hand. They then were so rude so they ignored us. When we arrived home we decided to not waste ALL of the food and money so we opened the bag and inside of it was... A hamburger with a MOLDY bun and a raw patty The fries were fine they were just kind of soggy A chicken sandwich with a chicken patty and a burger patty and mustard And a salad with just lettuce and ONLY lettuce This was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had, I recommend not eating at Wendy's. However it is your decision, over all I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by the food and the service and will NOT be supporting the restuarant chain any longer. Waited ten min in the drive thru before being able to order with only two people in front of me . Giving a two because atleast the food was hot. Plenty of kids around if your understaffed, but when people only have 45 min for lunch they don't want to wait have of it in line. read more

The Wendy's on Hamilton Blvd in Trexlertown is the worst. The drive thru used to be great now it's the slowest service of all fast food chains. It takes 15 minutes just to take order and then you sit and wait for another 10 min for them to take your $$$. It's clear they don't have proper management or enough employees. HORRIBLE!!!! So my husband and I decided to go to Wendy's to grab a bite to eat with our kids. As we pulled up to the intercom I placed the order a basic order: $5 biggie bag w/ junior bacon cheeseburger, bbq sauce for the chicken nugs and a root beer. Ordered two 4 for $4 for the kids and asked for both honey mustard and bbq sauce accordingly the drinks where replaced with chocolate frosties. However the young girl who was taking the order I don't know if she realized her headset was open and I heard her this' "This ni**a" to which I said excuse me? She quickly apologized and told us to proceed to the 2nd window where she asked us to repeat the order which we added my husband's meal but she even had her manager come to the window and asked what did she say. I repeated of course with censorship mind you because of the kids in the back seat. The manager apologized and offered us a chocolate chip cookie as an apology. I mean I get it everyone has a bad day but when you are working you gotta keep your composure. Seriously word vomiting on the headset when others can literally hear isn't the best for the face of Wendy's nor the establishment as a whole. So maybe just maybe it'll be better if the people in charge of taking orders just be mindful of what you say because who knows who you might just anger anymore in this day and age. read more

I went there for lunch today because I needed food in a hurry. The drive-thru line was long, so I decided it would be best to go inside to the counter. When I stepped into the building, the floor was so slick it felt like I could skate on it. It was truly difficult to keep my footing. There were a couple in line in front of me who told the employee taking orders. I didn't hear the employee's answer but the same customer asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came forward and hear the man's concern about the slick floor, the manager said, "That's just the way it is. When the air conditioner comes on, it won't be slick." That customer bought his food, and I was next. When I approached the counter, the employee turned his attention to the drive-through. He was the only employee taking orders at both stations. I asked if anyone could take my order, and the employee said he had to wait on the customer at the drive through first and then he'd be right with me. The manager was standing just behind him and never even made eye contact with me or any other customer. One customer, who had been at the counter when I entered the restaurant, had already walked out without ordering, shaking his head. Furthermore, the manager was wearing his mask below his nose, and halfway down on his mouth. And the employee taking orders wasn't wearing one at all. At this point, after 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. If this is the way they treat their customers, how do they prepare their food?! My father choked on a sheet metal screw inside of a burger from here he is older and non-confrontational didn't want to start a fuss so just returned it for another Burger without taking a photo or anything when I came in from cutting the grass he told me I then realized he could be dead and I wouldn't know why he's choking because how does while making a burger someone place a screw inside of it by accident I don't understand that. So it is almost a year later, and I was looking forward to one of Wendy's fish sandwiches. So it was 10:50 P.M. when I pulled up to the drive thru. I ordered a fish combo, asking that the sandwich be fresh. The cashier said it would be. So I pulled up to the window, paid, and waited. I didn't mind as I knew I would be getting a fresh, hot sandwich, and I did. But just like last time, the fries sucked. Fresh, hot fries should be crisp, not soggy and wilted. If you are going to make a fresh fish fillet, why not serve hot, fresh fries with it. I guess I should have learned my lesson last time. I guess if I want another fish sandwich from Wendy's, I will have to go to another one of their locations. You would think that they would get it right. Guess I was wrong. read more

My husband and I placed a mobile order since we were waiting for an oil change at the place next door. Came in expecting the establishment to be busy, judging by the drive thru line. I patiently waited like everyone else. After 10-15 mins, was asked my the front counter person if I was there for the mobile order, then he said he'd get it ready. While the wait is one thing, hearing the cook loudly proclaim "I hate mobile orders. Just come in and order like everyone else" was enough to make everyone in the place feel really uncomfortable. Remodel complete, yet not open at 9pm saturday night? What's going on???

I gave one star cuz it was the only way to leave a review. Yesterday afternoon I went through the drive thru. I ordered a JBC with no tomato and no mayo. I opened it before leaving the lot, because it's pretty common that my order gets messed up here. It had pickles ketchup and onions on it???? Those are not even the ingredients that come with this burger. I was on my way to work which is why I needed to stop for "fast" food. I went inside the store. Holding the open sandwich in my hand. A girl walked up and looked at me, didn't say can I help u just looked at me puzzled. I said what I had ordered, what it had came with. The rest of the employees were goofing around and laughing loudly and she turned around and began to join in with them instead of replacing my sandwich or verbalizing to someone else what was needed. At this point I was fuming, I said can I just have my money back? She said was it from the drive thru? Ok. Now I'm really mad. You have a table eating inside and one woman standing next to me waiting; does she work here? Is she blind? She goes to get my money, starts goofing around again!!
