This location is a joke and I've ordered enough times to know you'll get sub par food from here. Normally something is wrong with the food quality or they forgot a drink or a side etc... My most recent order. Two shakes and 3 macs. Both shakes were melted and mine was 3/4th full. I ordered 2 medium macs and a small. There was more mac in the small than both of the medium macs. Service is quick and fast, great ambiance. Food has almost always been good. Recently my friend and I have been getting food poisoning from the chicken sandwiches and nuggets, and the Mac and cheese has been iffy at times with the cheese being sour and tasting old. Twice I've found long hair in my food and none of them were hairnets. Love the waffle fries but as far as the other items I wish they'd pay more attention to fully cooking food before rushing it out to your car. I understand it's "fast food" however I'd rather be enjoying my meal then spending the next few days in the bathroom. read more

This place is the worst service chick fila I have been to. There is no signage for direction of the drive through. There is two lane for drive through and you won't know it until you make the turn. Food is always good. But this location is tough. Maybe they were having an off night but we waited for a solid 10/15 min at the window. The young people working were not focused. Even the young man wearing a blue shirt, which I assume is the team lead or manager, was on his phone showing other workers pictures! Kid you not. Lunch! After 4 hour non-stop driving! Time to relax before work. But where are the flowers? Don't get me wrong. I am not too crazy about flowers and I hardly buy them either. (Sorry!) But Chick-fil-A always has fresh flowers on each table and I kind of love it... So far over the past couple of years I probably dined at 10 different locations in 4 or 5 different states for maybe more than 20 times. But I have NEVER come across a Chick-fil-A location without flowers on each dining table. So I spoked to the young lady who was working in the dining area and asked the question. "Why are there no flowers on the tables?" She wasn't sure why and later came back to me and said this store puts flowers on the tables only once a month. That's sad, I thought. I hope that is not the new policy of Chick-fil-A overall. However the food was great as usual, and the cashier's service was really good, offering to bring my food to the table when it's ready. But the dining room area service was not as good as most other stores where they come to your table to clear the tray and offer free refill of your ice tea, etc. Please decorate your tables with flowers, just like all other Chick-fil-As! read more

In general we like CFA a lot, but this is rapidly becoming the worst CFA we know. Used to be staffed by friendly, efficient young people. Now they are sullen and mumble on their way to getting your order wrong. I just got home from driving through and told my wife that they got my order wrong. I love this location. The staff is awesome and so very friendly. I have been to a birthday party here and they did a great job. My son loves their chicken, in fact it is the only chicken he will voluntarily eat so we come here often. I love how sometimes at the bottom of your receipt there is an offer to do a survey and get a free chicken sandwich. Free chicken sandwiches are awesome. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich. It's pretty hard to fault CFA for much because more than anything their best attribute is that they truly personify what chain restaurant dining should be about with their relentless pursuit of consistency. I've eaten at about ten different CFA's and quite honestly I really can't think of a time when I've been disappointed. Underwhelmed? Maybe, but never disappointed. That said, this CFA is as clean, efficient and friendly as any other. The only thing that I'm going to nit pick a star off of them for is that they consistently like to be cheap with their nugget sauces. I was very happy when they were first building this place because it meant I didn't have to go to the Lehigh Valley Mall to get some Chick-Fil-A anymore. This place is unlike any other fast food chain in the area. The place is spotless and the employees are extremely polite and give the impression that they're all happy to be there. Sometimes, they will come around to the tables and offer to get you a refill on your drink. They will also bring your order to you! And the condiment counter is ridiculously organized. Instead of just tossing all the ketchup packets into a bin like most places, their packets are purposely put in the same way so that they're all standing up on end and uniform. But the most important thing...the food. The chicken is indeed very tasty and moist and much better than the processed chicken you get at other places and the salad is fresh. The greens are not wilted or brown at all. I really can't say enough good things about this place. I only wish the other fast food places could be as good as Chick-Fil-A. read more

What a surprise for chick fil a...the customer service here was the most terrible I have ever received. I don't know if I've ever visited a Chick-fil-A where I didn't get a smile or even a standard "my pleasure" greeting. It was terrible to say the least and to add insult to injury our food was cold, the fries were soggy and THAT was definitely a surprise. The women -employees (as there were multiple stacked upon each other in the drive thru window) seemed like they didn't want to be there and certainly didn't capture the Chick-fil-A attitude we are used to - and we love chick-fil-a, almost always opting for this choice as opposed to others.
