Chris immediately put me at ease. Not knowing how Rush would end, he walked me through plan A, plan B and plan "call me anytime, as much as you'd like, to ask questions or make changes". This put me at ease! I wrote out my card and originally scheduled it to deliver to her dorm, however as the Rush week continued and I was confident she'd be in a house, I called and had it changed to her sorority. Easy change! She got the flowers on Bid Day at her sorority and she texted me right away. She loves them and they are a beautiful shade of pink, all very classy and elegant selections! I like how they texted me when the flowers were delivered, too! I'm a big fan of this small town shop and look forward to continuing to support them!

We went to Neil's flowers to get a bouquet for my niece's WSU graduation. We walked in off the…read morestreet, day of, and asked for a bouquet for under $100. I thought they would have prepared bouquets. Nope. They said, "give us 20 minutes." We wandered around the shop looking at the fun gift items. My husband found a WSU tie, I found the PERFECT graduation card for my niece. Within 10 minutes the bouquet was done. BEAUTIFUL roses , other blooms and greens with a WSU ribbon. It came in a lovely vase and they even gave us the black bucket so we could transport it easily back home, all under $80. On top of that we asked if they sold clear stadium bags (required for the graduation ceremony), they did not. One of the employees said "Oh, I have a couple in my car." She went out to her car and brought me a WSU Alumni stadium bag, no charge! I will give them all of my gift and floral business whenever I am in Pullman. Thanks Neill's!

I've been there a few times now to buy supplies for a project and every time, the employee that tries to help me is ignorant of basic construction terms. I went there looking for a piece of expanded metal for a project and no one I talked to knew what expanded metal was. The store is new, clean, and prices are fine. But Home Depot made the decision to hire morons to staff this store in an effort to appeal to the moron college students at the University of Idaho. The locally owned home improvement store now matches prices, so I just go there instead of being offended by the idiots that Home Depot decided to employ.
