Between the patio, the main dining area, the dance floor, and the bar/lounge areas, our guests had tons of space and options, and they used it all. We had our ceremony here, too. The fountain provided a very nice backdrop, and the balcony allowed our photographer to get some neat shots of the ceremony and all our guests from above. We were lucky to have pretty much perfect weather on our big day, and our guests couldn't stop talking about the view. They loved taking pictures on the patio with the bay and blue sky behind them. Both prior to and on the big day, Allison was great to work with. She was easily accessible via email, quickly answered any and all questions, and was very friendly and accommodating. On the day itself, the setup and catering/bar staff members were great, too. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful. We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food, both at the tasting and on the wedding day. Many of our guests shared how much they enjoyed the meal - especially the ice cream sundae bar! On the booze front, we provided the alcohol and mixers for the bar, which likely saved a lot of money; the corkage fees were very reasonable and the bar staff were friendly and kept the drinks flowing. They are trimmed and look super happy (new growth with dozens leaves are burst to open). When I dropped them off; part of the leaves are dried since I wasn't able to deliver them right away after they were taken out. This is the reason that this place exist-because the volunteers passionate and know how to take care of the plants. I witness how they nurse the plants that I gave away. This must be love. For most people; these plants are unwanted and would end up in compost. They group them together with the same species in the table for sale. They price the smaller one $4.50 and 2 of the mediums $10/ each. Come and support this business. Everyone would benefit; whether you are giving away plants or buying.

We wanted to recognize three team members who have consistently made our family's experience exceptional. **First, Kaydy, the Kids Club Coordinator.** For the past two years, our family has attended countless Kids Club events, and Kaydy has been the heart and soul behind so many of those memories. She greeted every family with a genuine smile and brought so much energy, warmth, and passion to every event. You could tell she truly loved what she did. It wasn't just another job--it showed in every interaction. When we recently learned she would be leaving, we were honestly heartbroken. Before the recent changes to the Kids Club program, events were consistently packed and often fully booked, and we have no doubt Kaydy's dedication played a huge role in building that loyal following. Pinstripes is losing an incredible employee, and any organization would be fortunate to have her. **Next is Ray, the upstairs manager.** Ironically, our first few visits to Pinstripes years ago could have been our last. We experienced recurring issues with our bowling lane and service that left us frustrated. Fortunately, Ray stepped in each time with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. On top of that, three of our family members ended up experiencing stomach issues afterward, which we suspect may have come from the chocolate fountain area. When I got there, a woman let me in and essentially gave me the run down. You get a key card to access the elevators, there are conference rooms you can book and phone booths to take small work meetings. The 2nd and 3rd floors have dedicated areas for quiet work while the 4th floor is more collaborative. They have free beverages throughout the day so if you wanted some tea, water or coffee, you can get that. The hibiscus tea they had on tap was pretty good and ended up being my go to for the day. They also have snacks for an extra charge and you can order food to the building and the delivery is pretty seamless. I wanted to access the WiFi and to do that you have to find a link from their website and get a special password linked to your account. Unfortunately, no one told me this, there were no QR codes to scan on the desk, or any signs posted so it took be a bit longer to get set up. Everything else was pretty smooth except for the first floor not having any paper towel. I think all of those things are easy fixes though. Overall, productive place to get work done if you want a change of pace.
