I hit a wall troubleshooting online and took a chance calling Michael on a Sunday. Not only did he invite me to come by, but he already had the cables I needed waiting when I arrived. Rather than simply ringing up the sale, he walked me through the fix, explained the risks, and made sure I knew what to watch out for. When I discovered the damage was worse than expected -- acid corrosion on additional cables -- Michael had already left for the day, but still called into the shop so his colleagues could get me what I needed. He also answered my text messages asking him more questions. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful cruise with our friends that afternoon. The Shoreline Park towards the Foster City side, has a bridge to observe wildlife refuge. This is where I spend most of my time especially, during the summer months to watch and observe wildlife. But more importantly, I sit there to zen, reflect, remain still and quiet; all awhile rejuvenating my sense of balance. I recommend coming here if you need to decompress and try to experience a moment of stillness. You might just discover another world of yourself that you didn't know existed. Cheers!
