I was told it would be completed on Sat morning. Still not completed. I called and voicemail box is full. I call again on Sunday, no answer again. I finally get a call back with a poor excuse that they didn't realize the key was not with the car. The key was already taken to the dealer. There was never any communication to know that and just many excuses. Still have not had my money refunded. Very poor service. Life happens but this is ridiculous.

After discovering that the AAA was not paid and being jerked around by one service and then by another, we called Integrity Towing. So I finally flipped after he yelled at me multiple times he was so unprofessional.
