We have been customers for multiple years and have not received service over the past 6 months. The…read morelast visit the service was just performed outside and was delayed. We were supposed to be scheduled on the 1st of June to find out it wasn't even scheduled. It was then scheduled for the 22nd of June at 4 pm. No one showed and we were never called. We had to call them today at 2:30 pm to find out we weren't even on the schedule and the earliest they could get to us was July 10th!!!! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable from a service provider.
