If you ever have a chance to do one of these events I would highly recommend it. Johnny and his crew asked Charlie a lot of questions and gave all of us the chance to ask questions too. After Charlie performed the XL staff gave everyone a chance to take an individual photo with him and they even took photos for us with our phones. It was so nice considering they were on a super tight schedule. This is just one example of how the XL staff and especially the crew from Johnny's house are constantly reaching out to the community. Every year they participate in lots of charity events including Baby DJ, which helps many kids in Orlando have a Christmas they otherwise wouldn't. They really leverage their local celebrity to get members of the community to help each other. XL has been a favorite on my radio dial since I moved here back in 1996 when they were pumping out Boys II Men and the Cranberries. Even though I might not be the biggest fan of every artist in the top 40 today I still listen to XL for new music and because of all they do for the local community.
