As a new listener, I relocated to Orlando earlier this year (2026) from CA - I was instantly impressed by this show. The lead Jonny is absolutely a great voice to hear. As the months have gone by, the realization that the entire "House" cast is so overshadowed by him, that it downplayes his overall talent. Absolutely no chemistry with that Brian DJ and chick who is there sometimes. Very, very bad. Horrible conversations, unintelligent callers and Jonny is left holding the bag. Makes this show BAD. Sorry, but until there is a new cast working with Johnnys House, I am not continuing as a listener. Good luck Johnny- you deserve a better crew read more

I actually love this station and listen to everyday but I am low key upset that I won a contest in the summe and I still never received it. after I reach out to three people from the station and tried to contact them on social media. I rather someone tell me that the contest I won wasn't available and received something else than ask me what I won and didn't solved the situation. it just a way you do things and I think my situation could've been handle different because I listen and enter and I know it's thousands of other people who listens but I don't care I am one of them read more

5 Stars for a station that gives me everything I want. Fabulously real personalities and top-mother-flippin'-40. What can I say? I'm a sucker for Bieber and Miley. -- How to immediately date a Yelp review. But it's not just the hits that make this a good station. Hell, I could listen to Pandora for that. The truth is, it's the people that make this station. And never was that more evident than after the Pulse shootings this year. When none of us knew what to do and were sick of listening to hours and hours of people outside of Orlando tell us about our city we were able to turn to this station to hear familiar voices (the Johnny's House folks and other DJs) going through the same things we were all feeling, in a real and vulnerable way. That took guts for them to process what was happening in real time. Publicly. And it certainly wasn't something I would've been able to do. Which made me really appreciate them more. So, yeah, it's a top40 pop station. But it's also proudly Orlandoan and pretty darn sincere. And that is pretty darn badass. read more

I've been meaning to review XL 1067 since I was lucky enough to spend a morning in the studio with a small handful of individuals to watch Charlie Puth live. If you ever have a chance to do one of these events I would highly recommend it. Johnny and his crew asked Charlie a lot of questions and gave all of us the chance to ask questions too. After Charlie performed the XL staff gave everyone a chance to take an individual photo with him and they even took photos for us with our phones. It was so nice considering they were on a super tight schedule. This is just one example of how the XL staff and especially the crew from Johnny's house are constantly reaching out to the community. Every year they participate in lots of charity events including Baby DJ, which helps many kids in Orlando have a Christmas they otherwise wouldn't. They really leverage their local celebrity to get members of the community to help each other. XL has been a favorite on my radio dial since I moved here back in 1996 when they were pumping out Boys II Men and the Cranberries. Even though I might not be the biggest fan of every artist in the top 40 today I still listen to XL for new music and because of all they do for the local community. read more

Won a contest on the radio and was promised as a gift, a Blue Ray and $50 gift card. Instead i got a dvd movie (the gift) and a $50 gift card from Jersey Mikes. This is bullshit! I drove 55 minutes one way. And spent $12 on tolls just to get here. All i have to say is who eats $50 worth of subs? 106.7 just lost a listener for sure. Fuck them! read more

A big reason that this is Orlando's number one station is program director Jeremy Rice. I am a 25 year real estate broker & while at a closing with Jeremy, he & his wife, politely engaged the closing agent; and found out that she is a big 106.7 fan, a long-time listener, and really love's Johnny's House. Mind you this is a closing when normally a home buyer is solely focused on their home purchase. Instead Jeremy asked the Title Company closer what she likes about 106.7, especially Johnny's House. (not a 10 second exchange). The closing continued and I noticed Jeremy texting on his phone. A minute later Johnny Magic called to personally speak to the closer (Brenda) and they talked. What Jeremy did blew me away and it made Brenda's day! Wow, what a thoughtful, caring person Jeremy Rice is! I have attend hundreds of closings over the years; and I've never before seen someone at closing be so thoughtful of others like Jeremy and his wife. I may change my mind in the next week or so. This could be a huge, life changing decision. I'll either add another star, making XL my continued favorite station in the US so far, or I'll give the fewest stars possible. Why? There's a big promotion going on. Or what I think is a promotion anyway. Have you heard of Stick on the Radio, XL's long-running afternoon DJ? They're ::allegedly:: threatening to pull him off the air. Stick is hysterical; extremely sarcastic, borderline offensive, and does really unique segments that are the main reason most people probably love to hate him. Due to one of these segments, War of the Roses, where Stick calls a potential cheater and offers a free service, like a dozen roses, to see who they are sent to. With the significant other on hold, they find out instantly if their mate is cheating or not. Their fight is then broadcast for all listeners, and gets extremely entertaining. The new lows I've heard people stoop to have gotten so bad, I'm surprised Stick hasn't been offered a secondary gig as the new Jerry Springer. While I understand that these unsuspecting listeners are probably upset they've been outed to all of Orlando, WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?! You absolutely deserve it! Apparently, these high class men and women, who think it's fair to subject their husbands, wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, and family to endless humiliation, also think it's ok to make a very talented DJ lose one of his best segments, and maybe his job. I'm sorry, but did you lose your job when your boss heard you were a lying cheater? No? Well good for you. Maybe you should have. This could very well be an expertly-engineered publicity stunt, and either way I'm on board to find out the results. If it's not however, despite the fact that I love driving to work listening to Johnny and Jayde, and really enjoy the events XL puts on, I'll switch stations permanently. Sometimes things happen for a reason... This is what I said when Doc left the show.. I was right. In walked Jayde and she has been EXACTLY what the show needed. I listen every morning while getting ready, driving to work and turning on iheart radio to listen at work is the first thing I do when I get there. I love that they are involved in the community. I recently volunteered for Princess Project (note the check in) and it felt good to do something like that for the community. They have another charity called Baby DJ that I donate to yearly. Who doesn't love Johnny's House in the morning? If I have to listen to talk radio in Orlando, this is the station I choose! All the usual offerings of a Clear Channel / iHeart Radio station with celebrity gossip, traffic, listener call-ins, and so on but Johnny and his crew make it fun. I was at the studio's XL Artist Lounge this week and really enjoyed the experience of being in a private mini show. About 20-30 chairs line the room with a small stage up front for acoustic showcases. After the showcase we got pictures with the band that later appear on the radio station website. Overall a very fun and exciting experience! They give away tickets on the radio when these shows are coming up. Listen for the times to call or text and hopefully you'll win! For the past 11 to 12 years I have religiously listened to the morning show on XL 106.7 every morning to get my daily dose of celebrity gossip, news, and find out what's happening throughout Central Florida. It's also quite entertaining and helps me to start my morning on the right foot. The original morning show was called the Doc and Johnny morning show, but that changed over a year and a half ago when two of the three main DJs left the station. Now it is known as the Johnny and Jayde morning show and is just as good if not better than the original. They have the right mix of personalities to make a strong, well versed team. Johnny is hilarious and clearly has been in this business for a long time. Jayde is much younger and so fun. You can tell just be hearing her that she is one of those people that just gets along with everyone and goes with the flow. It's interesting to hear the two talk on various subject matters because they are from different backgrounds and different generations...it makes for a good show. The other personalities are very entertaining and definitely help make the show what it is. What I love most about this morning show is their desire and ability to step out into the community and give back in anyway they can. Their most well known effort is the Baby DJ fund which they try to contribute to year round, but is most publicized between Thanksgiving and the New Year. In summary, they collect toys, gift certificates, Christmas trees and any thing else they can get to give to local families who would not be able to have a Christmas without the help of the radio station. Among other things, they also participate in various charity events year round and will help other groups in any way they can. So....give 'em a chance and turn that radio dial to XL 06.7 in the mornings! read more

As a Central Floridian for the past twenty years, I grew up listening to the weekday voices of Doc & Johnny. Saddened by the news of Doc's departure not too long ago I was curious as to who would fill his shoes. Then one day an energetic, spirited and feisty female voice took over the airwaves with Johnny. Ever since, I've been hooked. Like before, Johnny & Jayde continue the XL tradition of immersing themselves in the community. If there is something they can do to make our community better, they do it. It's hard to not want to listen to a radio show that so devotedly cares for the community they live in. Plus, you can't beat their topics of discussion. My person favorite would be "Adult Conversation" and the listeners who fail to accurately decode what "going to the movies" mean. While Doc & Johnny was a great duo, Johnny & Jayde revamps morning shows for listeners of all ages. Young or experienced people can appreciate this show. Granted the music played on the station is quite repetitive and very pop oriented but that's not what we're listening for in the morning commute hours. I've also had the pleasure of journeying on a cruise to Cozumel with the show and they definitely know how to throw a party. And as much as I love the show, I can't give them 5 stars due to the departure of one of my favorite show members, Alex. After journeying on 2 cruises, Alex was the only show member who not only remembered me but made it a point to get to know everyone and anyone in the group. read more

Attended an amazing session with Charlie Puth and the Johnny's House morning show. It was amazing. Everyone at the station was friendly and entertaining.
