As far as the type of care that my husband needed, they would not provide it. There was no MD on staff to write a not so that he could apply for disability. There is a reason why health care in the United States ranks dead last out of all the countries in the world. This "health" center is the epitome of how to show how little you care for the patient. The people there are just there to get a pycheck and go home. I should know, I see it firsthand and know exactly how these people respond to we the patient. I had a scheduled call today with a doctor and I got a text from Wesley thanking me for scheduling the call at 4pm, the typical message that you get AFTER you've had the call. Here's the thing... NO ONE CALLED! I was left in the lurch. I was discarded. I was ignored. I was forgotten. No message to reschedule. No email. No nothing. And this was a very important phone call because I'm running out of my meds and only this doctor can renew the prescription. I haven't felt so abused by medical personnel in my entire life. On top of that, I have a gastro referral that NEVER CALLED ME to let me know about it! It's been a week and a half! No call. No nothing! I was told to call the number in Monday to find out about the referral as an afterthought. I was given the number, told to call on Monday, and that was it. Health care in the States us ridiculous. The people who work in the field should not be there. They should be doing something other than taking care of patients, people who may be on the brink of death waiting for a referral that is left in limbo because they wanted to clock out and go home to go clubbing or dancing or something. And health care is even worse in California. I haven't found a hospital yet that cares about their patients. Not one. I lived in Thailand for 11 years and their government hospitals had more caring people working there, trying their hardest to help the foreigner sitting across from them. Here? Nope. You're just a number. You're just an annoyance to those who have to help you because it's their job. read more

We accompanied our son to get an order for a Hepatitis test from this facility we were welcomed with open arms for first timers by the front staff and the nurse who called my son in to take his vitals was very pleasant and has answered all our questions even tho she was busy she took time in taking care of my son her name Natalie and we noticed that she will devote her time to any patient preparing them and letting them know that she will call them back as soon as there is a space in one of the exam rooms. The doctor was also great in accommodating all of our needed requests and was also kind enough to issue prescriptions for my son. His name is Dr. Le he is a doctor who understands the issue and will take care of you so you will get well! They obviously don't care about reviews, i've hated the service here, but reading the reviews at least I got a giggle out of it, if you're there for the doctors, there service is great if you're there for the dentist it's always bad. I've been coming here for five years and for most of it I was under age and now have had to come by myself. If you have to make appointment make it in person because they DO NOT pick up the phone, and the times I've gotten picked up they've hung up on me lol. and when you're there they act like it's not their job to attend to you. My son has been coming here since he was 1 years old & he's 5 now. In the earlier years this place wasn't of my liking, I always had to wait 1hr before even getting called to the back. His doctor was always late or never there !!! I switched his doctor around the age 3. They went under construction for a bit & when they started taking patients again the experience was so much better ! I love my son's new doctor, she pays attention & gives great advice . I came in for a test. The process has become faster but at the expense of patient's privacy. Please be aware that they will put you in the inside lobby and take your vitals while everyone is around. There is no privacy to answer the yes or no questions or take vitals. There are no curtains either. They just have one divider and everything else is open. It is a HIPAA violation and will be reporting to the appropriate channels. read more

The receptionists were previously prison workers. Why did they forget that they now work in a clinic where people go to see their illnesses or medical treatments? But from the reception there is horrible treatment. If you were a little prepared you would know that health begins with the mind. And if they are already treating you badly, how can you start to feel good. For example, I had eggs and avocado for breakfast. and I got indigestion because of the bad time I had since I arrived at 9:30 for my appointment but I spent 15 minutes trying to find where to park. I told him I had a problem but it wasn't worth it. I think the lady with the computer near the wall should apply for a job at a state prison. where people have no rights and can treat you however they want but supposedly we live in a country that has world power but it is sad to see these attitudes in 2024 with so much arrogance. On the other hand, dentists and doctors. and some members of the internal team are good professionals, very few employees but they are very good. And education is noticeable in some!!! but at the reception you should know that being polite does not prevent you from being brave. I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I have been here a total of 5 times now and sure there is a wait but the quality of care is unmatched. I have seen three different doctors here and each one of them listened to all of my concerns and did not rush me. The nurses are all very friendly and nice. The front office ladies are very helpful. They are going through some sort of construction and are doing vitals outside for patients. I have had zero issues here. I read a review where someone complained and said they where going to report them to the proper "channels" for HIPAA violation but to the same point, people have a choice of where to go and if you are not happy or felt your privacy rights were violated then why continue with the visit, assuming you did. It just doesn't make sense. Go somewhere else and let them take care of people who truly want to be taken care of. I'm sure the nurses are not happy being outside working in our current California climate, but they are still there to help patients and the community. I feel they are doing the best job!! read more

Not happy to come back but untill my insurance transfers me I will have to keep my appointments. 1st- 40 minute wait to make a phone appointment 2nd -Once your in they (staff) will asume because your brown you dont speak English 3rd - the Staff will ask you personal questions at me via her app- I guess. (I had already done that myself) 5th - so far I've been waiting for 1:30 minutes to see my Dr. . 6th- no sitting room, people are stranding , Me I'm sitting on a side table waiting for a seat to open up . 6th -staff at the front desk is not really polite nor friendly. 1) I don't understand why they would ask you to come in 30min before your actual appointment just to wait an additional 1:30 min. 2) Only one out of the five receptionists in the front actually does their job correctly and has customer service (The one all the way to the Left by the wall) The rest of them have attitude and seem to hate their job. 3) I've been here a total of 4 times. * 1st time I waited 1:30 min just to be introduced to the Dr. * 2nd time to get my Labs done which I waited 2hrs. * 3rd time for a vaccination they told me over the phone I would be in and out, I waited for an hour went to complain to the receptionist she then looked at the time I checked in then ask me to sit down she would check with the back office , as I sat down I heard her tell the other receptionist "You didn't even check him in" she then walked me to the back room were I waited for another 30 before finally getting the vaccination. * 4th time For my physical I came in 30min early for my appointment like they ask me to. Had an allergic reaction from something i dont know so I had to set an appointment to find out what it was. Talked to a dr. She was nice and sweet and transferred me to one of the staffs so I can get APPOINTMENT to get tested for allergies and he had me schedule thru a phone call? This doctor's office is HORRIBLE. They are super rude. Don't take your child here. The doctors are nice but the nurses are rude as hell and they must be making minimum wage or less. I'm about to switch my daughter's PCP thanks to their horrible attitudes. I was told that I scheduled my daughter for a 15 minute slot when a physical is a 30 minute slot. How the fuck am I supposed to know if I'm scheduling a 15 minute slot or a 30 minute slot. All I know is she needed a physical and that's what I scheduled her for. I am thankful to this facility for helping me with this rotten covid testing. My OWN Doctor is unable to test me even though I am his patient, have my own insurance and pay co payments no testing. ANYWAYS, I was able to get tested within 24hrs so thank you. Working with the public is NOT always easy especially during this freaken crazy time, everyone is on edge including PATIENTS!
