This place is a huge joke. They have ONE "technician" on staff. NO DR and no other medical personal that can do anything. The waiting room is full and you are told it's approximately a 2-4 hour wait for a basic drug screening. Why why why do companies use this place. I will assume it's cheap and the companies get a great deal for going through this place. Honestly wondering if it's even worth the time for the job. This place is an absolute JOKE. Furthermore there is no office manager available to speak with and no supervisor and the two girls at the front desk are zero help and extremely rude and inconsiderate. So this is to ALL the companies that use this place for anything at all. Please don't. Please find a better option. I'm sure there are many. Contact me and I can even help you try and find a better option. The worst possible place to come to for health care. I was sent here for a pre-employment testing. After waiting for 5 HOURS!!!! I don't recommend this place, the whole time I was waiting here all I heard from patients was how bad the quality of care was, and no one gives a shit about you and your problems. Even the employees talk bad about this place underneath their breath. I had what I believed was a doctor, and he had someone else chart, after asking me a few about my wrist, I told home I was here for a pre-employment physical. When I finally get a physician to checkup, he asked me about my high blood pressure and diabetes. I ever had either one, not on medication for either one, and they took my blood pressure during the being of the exam (it was 120/70). For goodness sakes, there is only 1 physician and one lab technician for this place. This place is a complete joke of a doctor's office. Someone should shut this place down for malpractice. I received several Physical Therapy Sessions at the facility in La Mirada for my knee and back. Rona and Delmy are amazing! They make you feel welcome and are very careful when caring for you. They try and work with your schedule and they accommodate you with your appointments. There is plenty of parking and the place is conveniently located. I highly recommend this facility. read more

Each time I have come here, I have left disappointed in my care. They are conveniently close and takes my insurance so I have been 3 times, but my last experience was the worst. They do not pay close enough attention to what is going on. 3/3 times I have had to go somewhere else to get treated for basic things. Save the time and go somewhere else first. Went early at around 8:00 am for a DOT physical and drug screen. The staff is rude over the phone but I didn't get the same energy in person. There was one other person in the waiting room besides me and my boyfriend. A simple process took about an hour and a half. For absolutely no reason. The doctor was extremely rude. Waited over an hour for her to see me for less than 5 minutes. Again, absolutely no reason. If you come here, go first thing in the morning. Doctor comes in at 7:00am and leaves at 5:00pm. Go anytime for a drug test (and I guarantee you you'll be there for more than an hour) but the physical has to be with a doctor. read more

This is NOT a place where physicians work for the best interest of the patients that come to be seen. The oath that doctors make: "to treat the ill to the best of one's ability..." has little to no meaning here. I went in with major stress & heat headaches caused by adverse work conditions and was told that no one put a gun to my head at work for me to experience stress and that no one had me out shoveling gravel in 90 degree weather, so if I'm getting headaches & breaking down crying in the mornings, take some Ibuprofen. Code of ethics are breached/broken here. Stay away! Go to your own doctor after a visit at this place if you must see a doctor here. The majority of the front desk staff is so rude! I have been dealing with this place for almost a year now between doc appointments and physical therapy, the only nice person I had encountered at the front has since moved to another place. Attitude and incompetence are the 2 best words to describe the front desk staff! Gabi is hands down the worst, she told me my surgery was canceled when it wasn't so I canceled all my arrangements just to have to scurry last minute when I found out she was wrong. She told me I could not get a doc appointment at all one week when it turns out I could, AND I had multiple options for time and day. She messed up my first set of physical therapy appointments she is rude and snotty......if you deal with her you have to double check everything to make sure it is correct. I asked if I can at least go somewhere and not waist my whole day, however when your name is called you have to respond within in a few minutes. I came here at 10:50am i left at 12:00pm I had to take a drug test vision test vitals and some random little workouts. The people seem like they just want to get the day over with like robots just going through there routine. Not exactly friendly but I wouldn't say bad service either. Complete abuse of patient rights and confidentiality. Refused to let family member into exam room and failed to provide a copy of their policies explaining why such a policy exists. They also shared confidential patient information with an unprivileged third party. The office is run down, outdated. The staff left trashy gossip on the waiting room television and seemed a bit unfamiliar with professional courtesies. I got to play mommy and take a visibly fading 16-year-old to see a doctor. I've been to a few urgent care facilities, and this was one of the nicer ones: sunny waiting room with newish furniture and PBS on. The size of the room and number of chairs in the waiting room, though, indicated that it can sometimes get extremely busy. From the sign-in sheet, it looks like it's an industrial care center, and most patients are sent there by work. I had a bleary and flushed teenager shaking with chills and when I went up to the counter (I was signing as his guardian), the women behind the counter kept chatting. Um, hello? This is a medical center, I'm not here to hang out, I'm here for help. There wasn't glass between us or anything, and the woman I was supposed to speak to had just SEEN another woman point me to that section of the counter. I was polite and waited, but thinking about it now, I should've started drumming on the counter or something. My kiddo was so sick he couldn't fill out all his own paperwork, just sit and shake. I didn't want him waiting any longer than necessary. I walked back to the examining rooms with my kid and the place looked clean and the nurse taking his height and weight (for possible tonsillitis?) was nice enough. My kid came out fairly quickly to tell me he had strep throat and was receiving a prescription. For the amount of time it took to get the prescription, I thought it was actually being FILLED, but no, just a slip of paper. The doctor, however, was good about giving me and the kid detailed instructions on not just taking the meds, but what they would do and how kiddo should feel and precautions to take. $75 to have the kid checked and we waited 20-30 minutes. A bargain compared to the ER. Just irritating when you want somebody to take care of your pretend child NOW and the center wasn't busy in any way. So far as I can tell, this is how urgent care goes, which I guess makes me glad I've never had to go for more than work-mandated TB/drug tests or physicals. read more

For being a Medical Center, and call Immediate, for 2 to 3 hours, because of low staff, over crowed Clinic always, for what ever reason you are here your Waite time is always 2 to 3 hours, unless you are on company time. Came in for a drug test for a new job opportunity and it took forever just for a simple test. I called the day before to set an appointment and the girl who answered said it's not necessary walk ins are welcomed! To be honest, I wish I would've looked at all these bad reviews before I came here. I understand it takes time and rooms might be full but a 2 hour wait is ridiculous. Late appointments go in before you when you wait 2-3 hours. For a 24 hour place it sure does not act professional. Don't do appointments if it's walk ins then. First come first serve. This place has the absolute worst customer service The check you in and give no estimate of how long it will be. I went for a drug screen and waited over 2 hours .. yes they are short staffed but they had 3 people at the front desk one of whom ended up working in the back as well but not for the first hour when their technician in the. back was at lunch. Currently waiting for a simple drug screening - going on one hour and 20 min in waiting room

after being off for 6 days of work I was still having pain from my work related injury. I told the doctor that I was still having pain bending down and lifting things. His solution was to tell me to get on my knees every time I have to bend. Being at my job is very physical and requires bending hundreds of times a day that that would be nearly impossible to do. I still have some old painkillers for my surgery I had a while back I'm going to just take those. Hope somebody shows him compassion when he goes to the doctor or needs help with something. Absolutely horrible service. They had someone help me fill out paperwork in a room that had dead cockroaches on the floor. I came in with a work related head injury and they let me sit in a room alone for 40 minutes without assessing me. I heard several people out side the room laughing and talking having a great time while I sat there with a pounding headache and worry. i came in for my follow up visit and again, sat in a room for over an hour to see the doctor. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Had the worst experience ever. Came to take a pre employment drug screening test. I knew in advance that my test would come back positive because I take medication for ADHD. A few days after the screening I was called that I had to come back to bring in my prescription bottles because my test came back positive. I already knew it would be positive because I have taken screenings at other places like Quest diagnostics before. Most places would let me fax or email them the proof that I take a prescription but this place would not. When I came in The receptionists where very rude and cold and I have been waiting for over a hour now. They are saying that the doctor has to talk to me to clear me. I've never experienced this kind of BS. The receptionist and doctors didn't seem to care about my time this is just a drug screening not a doctors appointment.
