If I could give zero stars I would. I've been going here two weeks and I'm that very very very little time they have messed up numerous times. They literally called me the other day and read the wrong labs to me causing me to think something was seriously wrong only to call back later and say they never received my labs with zero accountability and completely dismissed me and that's just the Cherry on top. All of the Wesley health centers lack in professionalism. They don't care for their patients they care about getting paid. The one in Lancaster is constantly cancelling my appointments because there's always new doctors coming in because the old doctors are tired of the way everything is managed. This place is disgusting!!! It's not clean. It has torn dirty chairs for people to sit on. The bathroom is disgustingly dirty. I don't understand how anyone could go there for medical care. I also don't understand how anyone could take their children there. I don't understand how the doctors could allow this. Looks like you could catch the flu just by walking in there. The people who work there are rude. My daughter was suppose to have her very first visit there. The appointment was made over a month ago. When we went to check in we were told that today's appointment was canceled and rescheduled for November 11th. I was never called. I even called the appointment line yesterday to confirm my daughters appointment and they said she had her appointment. The girls at the office said that my daughters appointment had been rescheduled 5 days ago. I asked why didn't that show when I called the appointment line. They said the girl probably did look at the computer. How is it that the computer showed my daughters appointment for today. It didn't show canceled. But allegedly my daughters appointment was rescheduled 5 days ago. Mind you 5 days ago would have been Sunday, which they are not open on Sundays. This office is unsanitary, unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to go there. My daughter will not be going there EVER AGAIN!!! read more

The service sucks. It hasn't been one time I can come for an appointment time and have been treated with respect. The front desk speak down to us as a patient. The front desk has zero tolerance for people when expressing various concerns. I've been receiving treatment from this facility since 2009. I've attempted several times to locate another physician but slow to do so. At this time I find it extremely frustrating to choose another physician here in the Antelope Valley. It seems the good doctors are taken. Is it that hard to finding good medical care? The doctor's patience is just as short. I asked her a question and she told me I would have to schedule an appointment for the answer. I thought she was joking. I made the appointment, the appointment was confirmed by the doctor via phone call. The overzealous receptionist told me I wasn't in the line as long (to say I arrived late) and wasn't gonna be seen for what I was there for. However, due to the doctor's concern for me I'm gonna see this medical issue to the end at their facility and perhaps not. read more

The "doctor" wouldn't identify himself, Didn't have my medical labs nothing. no blood/urine work, he said I don't have time. went in for elevated blood pressure and they didn't even take my BP. avoid this horrible place if you have any health problems or needs. Literally so frustrating. As a mother of a one year old it's already overwhelming enough to be out with a baby!! My app time was 1 but knowing them they take so long to do anything. In the text before my appointment it says to arrive at 12:30 pm when I googled the directions it said closed so I had called the number and my call was dropped several times so I decided to just drive there and get there on time because if I don't I know it will take so long. I get there and security says it's closes like why say to come at 12:30 when they're not even there? I waited and it was 1:05 and the employees were running from across the Mexican restaurant late from their breaks? There was a huge line forming outside. We all finally get inside and get in line and the receptions don't even say hi how are you they just said "NEXT" and proceed to ask why were there no emotion or nothing. The wait to room was short but she had to get vaccines today and I was there until 3 o clock. No reason why I should be there. 2 hrs esp when I was one of the first people there. I'm beyond frustrated my daughter was tired and sleepy and crying and I can't even do anything about it. I barely got home 3 HRS LATER. I've been coming to this clinic since 2017 and I nothing has changed since then from extremely long wait times to being kind of blackballed for simply complaining about drs and clinic patient treatment from drs not giving patients enough time to horribly long waiting room times but recently I was simply changed from locations because I had an appointment at 4:15 showed up 45 min early and still left at 5 pm spoke to supervisor about she said they are being told to double book appointments and hands are tied later received text about future appointment at different location please read this before going to this clinic they rely on people not complaining to keep this from ever changing read more

Very unprofessional and racially profiled. Came in for an appointment at 1pm and they rudely took walk-ins in before my daughter. Lobby was completely empty just me and my newborn daughter. Definitely will be changing my daughter health care provider. Clinic is full of Hispanics and disrespectfully makes you wait in the line and then when an Hispanic or other race besides black walks in they help immediately. If I could leave a negative 10 I would. So first I had to wait a whole TWO months to be seen by a doctor at the facility here in Palmdale Boulevard. So my appointment came and I had my two kids I'm a stay at home mom I have nobody to watch my kids so I had to bring them with me. I get there and they ask me to leave my kids with someone because she has a cough. She does not have COVID she goes to preschool. So now my daughter had to get COVID tested or I can't even be seen after WAITING TWO MONTHS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT.of course she was negative like I said she was going to be and I finally was able to be seen a whole hour later. At this point I was already frustrated irritated after waiting for so long I even got here 15 minutes before my appointment since this was my first visit. And yet still they took an hour to see me. Once I spoke with the doctor the doctor insisted to send me to an urgent care in which I already been to and proceeded to doing nothing. The doctor did not look at me check me or even look at my heart or anything like they normally do to just make sure it's all sounding normal. she told me that I needed to get bloodwork done Annnddd I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO WHOLE MONTHS FOR THAT!!! Are you kidding me? So today I wasted my time with their doctor who did COMPLETELY NOTHING AND TO WAIT TWO MORE MONTHS. Ridiculous !!!!! This office is absolutely horrible dr Chen is the worst doctor I have ever experienced I've been going here for a couple of years and every time I go it's absolute shit. Ive been having an allergic reaction to my hair dye recently and I scheduled an appointment with doctor Chen to see why this is happening and she just yelled at me for using hair dye didn't even ask what kind didn't ask what were my symptoms just yelled and told me to never dye my hair because I'll get cancer. She prescribed me meds and so I go and try to pick up my medication and the pharmacy says they were never sent. I ened up trying to call back Wesley to ask why they didn't send my medication over and then put me on hold for 30 minutes and forgot about my call. If I could I would give this zero stars I cannot believe the stuff in this office I cannot believe the doctor he literally laughed at me when I asked him to do his job and not in that manner basically I went in asking for a referral to an endocrinologist because I have been confirmed to have Hashimoto's disease which I had a pre-existing hypothyroidism condition so anyways now that I asked to see a new doctor referral for the endocrinologist he's in there telling me I don't need to see one when in fact I already have seen one I need to continue seeing one then he's gonna sit there and tell me no he is not gonna give me time off work to adjust to any medication he wants to put me on though I've already stated to him that medication's for diabetes (gestational)in the past have given me feelings of feeling drunk in and feeling so ill that I cannot even drive so how am I expected to drive to work this weakness and faintness I'm endangering others if I get on the road anyways my point is that this doctor was the worst by far even next to the endocrinologist because he steped out from the room across there and inside of his office he proceeded to out loudly laugh at me and my ridicules complaints with his medical assistants (I stepped out reminding them I needed thyroid medicine refilled and caught them ) I was requesting to see a nutritionist before he put me on diabetes meds and cholesterol medications and because I asked to see an endocrinologist and also a cardiologist because I have existing chest pain and have seen the ER Doctor Who has been recommending I see the cardiologist so anyways the point is this office is the worst save your mother save your grandma save your daughters don't send nobody here save yourself. read more
