Both of my children were seen by Dr. Glass, and both were given very individualized treatment plans. No cookie-cutter "everyone gets braces" here. The moment you walk in you will notice how clean and modern the office is, they even have Ipads set up for the kids! More importantly, you are met with smiles! Morgan and Gail are terrific, and clearly, both have a heart for their customers. You feel like you are seeing friends when you walk into the office. And, can I just go on? The ENTIRE staff is excellent! Dr. Glass is "cool" my kids stated! And Kelli and Stefanie work exceptionally well with children. Both of my boys have ADHD, and both have significant anxiety when it comes to any kind of oral care. This team of professionals made the entire process for both of my boys as comfortable as they possibly could throughout their entire visit. We now have one in braces and one who needs some time to grow so we will have the opportunity to work with Dr. Glass and his staff for a few years! I could not be more delighted to know that these are people who will be in my children's lives on a regular basis for the next couple of years! One more thing ~ as a military family, they take military dental insurance, and then you can set yourself up on an interest-free plan! They never answer the phone, never return calls, and it's literally impossible to get through to anyone. They constantly overcharge, send bills for things that were never even done, and lie about what insurance will cover just to squeeze more money out of you. It's a complete scam. Everyone in my family is leaving Konikoff. I am genuinely concerned for any patient that goes here because of how dishonest and careless they are. I wouldn't recommend Konikoff to my worst enemy.

Red flag went up last year after seeing a certain hygienist and getting lectured at every...single...appointment. You need this, you need that, you need to do this, you need to do that. Enough already. I then requested a note on my account to never schedule us with her again. The next one I got also lectured me. I tried to brush it off and even requested another note put on our accounts to stop lecturing us. Our most recent visits, mine was okay, but they told my 16-year-old son that his teeth are going to fall out if he doesn't start brushing better. I totally get it, but I have never in my life, even as a child, had a dentist tell me my teeth are going to fall out. He was really upset about that and how the visit went overall for him. My 19-year-old son just had his appointment and told me they told him the same thing along with some other negative things, and he was also very upset and scared to death. After sharing my experiences with him about the negativity and constant lecturing, he said he also overheard conversations of patients next to him in which they were being told this is wrong, that is wrong, go see this specialist, etc. I completely understand that we need to know if there are issues with our teeth, but again, in all the dentists I've been to throughout my whole life, I have never, ever experienced such negativity and lecturing as I have with Konikoff over the past four or five years we've been with them. I have to trust my gut instinct in thinking something just isn't right here. We will be canceling our future appointments and seeking care elsewhere. And, no, I don't want to contact the office directly because I've decided our relationship with Konikoff has come to an end.

NEVER have had a problem with service or getting in to see them for an emergency; and have always treated with respect . We have moved, and now live 70 miles away. We still make the trip for all our dental work. Called today (Friday afternoon before Christmas) and they worked me in, fixed my broken crown, and saved my Christmas. Recently, I called because I had to reschedule my appointment due to my school schedule. However, since I did not receive a reply I just emailed my professor and went to my appointment. Apparently they received my message and took me out of the schedule but they still squeezed me in upon arrival and were really nice about it.
