I'm not sure what the difference is between North Shore Apartments and Condos and Wesley Realty Group is, but they're next door to each other. North Shore Apartments have two men named Eric and Andy that seem to mostly do apartments with Wesley Realty Group which is next door. Eric at NSAaC told me to write a move-in fee check for Wesley Realty before we were even approved. He said "I wouldn't even tell you to write that check unless I was sure you'd be approved." The next day, he sent me a text that said there were no property owners that would work with us along with a picture of that check scribbled out with "VOID" written on it. I didn't trust that was what happened so I contacted my bank to make sure. This process is highly misleading and I should have known that being asked to write a check without a firm approval was a major red flag. Having read other reviews of NSAaC and Wesley since then, I'm glad we didn't get the apartment. A couple weeks after the rude and unprofessional treatment by this outfit, we secured an apartment with another major management firm and I have no complaints about that firm at all. The one we rent from now is "Johnny on the spot" about building upkeep and didn't make false promises or treat us like trash or ask for checks for a place we were not going to get. It's good to know that there are still businesses that work with good people. read more

We have been renting in our unit for five years, but we could not tolerate the conditions any longer. Wesley Realty does not cover utilities, but does dictate what devices you may have in your home(in order to make sure you're paying their washing machines), and the heating they provide will only be meaningfully 'on' when temperatures are below 0 - before that point, expect your radiator to be slightly warm, but that's all they'll do. Our water pressure was low for months, and when they 'fixed' it, it still becomes a trickle if other people in the building are using water at the same time. For the entire time we've been here, we have power outages if we try to cook food, and sometimes we have power outages just sitting in a room with less than a handful of devices plugged in. The maintenance personnel(one guy, exactly one guy, who complains and delays if called after hours) tries to find ways to blame these issues on the tenant. We were chastised for thinking that we could have devices plugged in multiple rooms, as if that's unreasonable because 'the building is old' so we should know that we can't...have lights? We were reminded over and over, 'don't plug so many things in!' even when all we had on were lights and a single toaster, or lights and a computer. Two years ago, during one of our outages, a ComEd guy was luckily in the area, and he took a look at our fuse box before the maintenance guy could. ComEd guy told us that it looked like our unit was drawing less than half the voltage it is supposed to, and he pointed out that our fusebox looked as though it was threaded into other fuse boxes. If this is true, it would be stealing electricity, it would explain our frequent outages, and it's obviously illegal. When I mentioned the ComEd guy's findings to the maintenance guy(I actually thought this was a good idea), they padlocked the fuse box, ignored everything I said and continued saying that we're using too many devices and that's the 'official' explanation for our frequent outages. To be clear, it's not legal to keep a tenant out of their fuse box in Chicago. We pointed that out to them, and they ignored that too. To keep us quiet, they're now thinking about putting a fuse box *in* the unit...which would let us fix it when it blows, yeah, but it would also help them cover it up if they really are taking electricity from the box downstairs, which they're keeping locked. We're moving out in a month, so we're finally done putting up with this shit. We have been living in one room at a time, plugging in only a handful of devices, taking extra care to unplug/turn things off EVERY time we cook, and every time the power goes out we have to hear it again from their grumpy overworked maintenance 'team' of one. I filed a BBB complaint, in case this electricity issue really does end up being criminality instead of incompetence and refusal to maintain. read more

I had scheduled a showing with Yvonne and when I showed up at the apartment, there was a couple waiting to also tour the same unit at the exact same time. Pretty awkward, but whatever. Then she never showed up. We sent countless texts and voicemails and waited for 20 minutes and no response or show from her. This was a day and a half ago and she has never answered my messages or reached out to apologize or explain. I see that the apartment is now off the market so instead of letting us know that she just decided to ignore us and let us waste our time on a Saturday. If zero stars were possible, this is what they would deserve. My wife and I own a condo that Wesley Realty 'manages'. Their staff is completely unresponsive - refusing to accept phone calls and only sending passive aggressive emails in response to our complaints. Our previous management company was very attentive and genuine in their information. Notice the format of these 5 star yelp reviews - how they all look the same? I wouldn't be surprised if this is a template that Wesley sends people to try and sway their feedback as positive. Out of at least 10 phone calls, we've had zero people answer the phone or give us a call back. And out of more than 2 dozen emails, Alexa Hand has responded to about 3. One of those 3 she sent to me today at 1:18PM. By the time I sent a reply at 1:28PM, I got an auto-responder that she's "out of the office today". The Short Version: There was a literal skunk in my basement and my landlord Yvonne did not respond to my emails about removing it for an entire week!!!! The Long Version: In October, as I was walking into the back door of my apartment I saw an animal at the foot of my back staircase (that had entered the apartment through a gaping hole in the wall) jump into my basement. I emailed my landlord Yvonne the next day (Thursday) to let her know what had happened and she responded promptly saying she would send the handyman to check it out. Later that afternoon, the apartment absolutely reeked (REEKED), and we thought that either there was a gas leak or that the animal was a skunk and it had sprayed. One of my roommates and I emailed Yvonne inquiring about the issue and we received no response until the following WEDNESDAY, almost an entire WEEK later. Since the issue was so serious, we called the management company the next day (Friday) to follow up. Yvonne did not answer despite our numerous attempts to contact her. Because she had yet to answer any of my calls, I asked to speak with her manager, Michael. At this point it had reeked for 24 hours, to the point that we needed to leave the apartment because the smell was actually unbearable and toxic. Once I finally got on the phone with Michael, he was nothing but defensive--showing very little respect for the urgency of this situation. After finally conveying to him how serious of a matter this was (and how my frustration was, in fact, warranted), he said he would try to send someone over that day and let me know what they found. But of course, I did not hear back from him until Monday when, after calling him multiple times, he finally let me know that they had removed the skunk. While the slow service was of course annoying, what really pushed my roommates and me over the edge was the lack of communication. All Michael or Yvonne had to do was send an email (that would have taken thirty seconds to write) saying that the skunk had been removed. Instead we spent the entire weekend terrified that a SKUNK, yes, a LITERAL SKUNK would spray in our house OR AT US again. Just to reiterate, when we brought these grievances up over the phone, Michael was nothing but defensive and unprofessional. When you make a mistake in the working world, you apologize and take responsibility. A college student should not have to explain that to a manager. SO back to Yvonne! After we sorted everything out with Michael, Yvonne finally responded on Wednesday (six days after my last email) letting us know everything had been sorted out. Immediately after I emailed her back requesting a cleaning service (friends were refusing to come over because of of the smell) to which I of course got no email in return. It was not until two days after my housemate sent an email threatening legal action that Yvonne finally responded about getting a cleaning service and filling the hole that the skunk entered through, a full week after my original request. I could go on for paragraphs about other issues with the apartment, such as our broken windows and heating, but if this skunk story isn't enough for you I don't know what to say. Only reason I gave it one star is because the building maintenance man Adis is stellar but I wish I could give no stars...I have lived with a family member at the 725 Washington Street building on occasion since 2008 when I graduated from high school. A month after moving there a clueless college kid purchased a second hand futon and infested the entire building with bedbugs. I was dismayed when this family member told me this problem has been on and off since then...14 years? Seriously? The surefire way to rid a building in its entirety of them is heat and constantly sending an exterminator is a bandaid solution because as these little pests suck more blood it clears their body of whatever chemicals that the exterminator puts down (ever watch a show called Billy the Exterminator? He had a bedbug episode and explained it fluidly) so the folks in charge are reluctant to heat treat this building of a problem that has been on and off for the last 14 years....but they can increase rent without adequate notice...with all that rent why would you not want to permanently rid a building of something that can affect your revenue but what do I know. I'm working on moving my family member out of this bedbug fest into an apartment where they won't have to worry about being an all you can eat buffet while just existing.That's all for now. read more

I disagree with the above reviewers - Wesley has been a decent company to work with over the past two years. Within the past year in particular, they brought a new building manager to my building who did a lot to spruce it up. Very much appreciated! In terms of maintenance, I've had a couple of water issues (in a very old building, so it's not too surprising), one of which took several attempts by a plumber to fix - but I really appreciated that they persevered in a timely manner until the issue was fixed. On Thanksgiving day, I had an issue where I wasn't able to get hot water for about an hour, and emergency maintenance was extremely responsive - by the time the hot water kicked back in and I called to tell them never mind, they were already on their way (and they ended up coming anyway just to make sure everything was alright). Responsiveness by the central office has typically been great - there has only been one instance out of five or six where I had trouble getting through. read more

I just received my lease renewal in the mail -- four months before my lease actually expires, but at least I know what next year's rent will be. The increase is very reasonable. Especially after living in a rental house with a very absentee landlord, I love my building. The maintenance manager, Adis, is *terrific*. Considering that he's responsible for something like seven or eight buildings, he's very responsive. All I have to do is leave a message for him on his voicemail with any requests, and before I know it, whatever the issue is has been resolved. (For example, there is a drain trap in my main bathroom that needs to be flushed periodically in order for the shower to drain quickly, and Adis usually comes in the following business day and does the work so seamlessly that I'd think I had a house-elf.) Another example -- a few months after I moved in, the tenant above me had a plumbing problem that resulted in my kitchen getting partially flooded. I arrived home at 7:30 pm on a Friday to discover my sink overflowing the cabinet beneath it getting soaked. I left a message for Adis, not expecting anything to happen... and he called back shortly thereafter to ask if it was okay for him to bring a plumber over within an hour. And then he came back with the plumber twice over the weekend to make sure things were still working properly. As a single mom, I feel a lot safer in a buzzer-enabled building with a good maintenance manager. Adis even ordered a bigger fridge for me when he saw that I had three kids (most of the units here are efficiencies, so the apartments don't often have multiple residents; I have one of the few two-bedroom units). The only drawbacks here -- the elevators are really old and sometimes don't function well, and some residents have complained that packages left in the mail area for them were stolen, but I haven't had a problem with anything disappearing (knock wood). Still, since the utilities are included (super rare), parking is cheap, and I have a sunny apartment with good water pressure, I'm happy to be here. read more

So I've been working with Yvonne from Wesley Realty Group for going on 3 years now (just renewed the lease for the third time). I must say that I've had a great experience so far. I have to confess that I moved into one of their buildings as a first time renter and had no idea what to expect. It was intimidating and scary at first, but Wesley took a chance on me the same way I took a chance with them. There were a few issues at first, just like any apartment I assume, but what really impressed me was the speed with which Wesley responded. Additionally, the maintenance man, Elmo (nickname), has been extremely accommodating, responsive, and resourceful in helping me resolve the few issues I had. He is also an incredibly nice person. Yvonne has always made communication easy, especially as it relates to renewing the lease and special requests/questions that required her immediate attention. My wife and I have been pleased with our apartment and the overall experience so much that we intend to stay with Wesley Realty Group in the future as our family expands. I'd highly recommend them for both the experienced and first time renter. If its possible try to connect with Yvonne. Paid $75 to apply for an apartment and didn't get it because the other applicant apparently had a stronger application. The fee is non refundable and that was not disclosed ahead of time. She mentioned there was another application in but did not say they would be choosing which one they liked more. Applications should be run on a first come first qualified basis otherwise how do you know they aren't discriminating against people? When we asked if there were other apartments available we were told no so it was a complete waste of money. I was hoping to offer the very worst review Wesley has ever received but after viewing some of the many reviews posted, I can only say that anyone considering leasing a property from Wesley should carefully reconsider their decision. My mentally challenged daughter rented a tiny studio apartment at 2548 Prairie in Evanston for three years and is moving out at the end of the month. She paid her rent on time every month for the entire 3 years. She was supposed to be given storage space in the basement level upon first moving into the building, yet was told all three years that there were no open storage spaces, unless she wanted the unlocked space near the building's furnace. The building's maintenance person (Tavi) seldom responded to any of my daughters maintenance requests, and seemed to do so begrudgingly. When announcing that my daughter would be vacating the apartment at the end of her lease, and requesting the she be allowed to move early on the first day of the month since the apartment had not been leased, our leasing agent Eric refused to allow it, thus requiring my daughter to pay for two moves - the day her lease expired and a second on the first day of her new lease at the new location leased byPeak Properties (equally rigid), an unexpected addition expense of $300. My windows have a draft and also leak water every time it rains (I've called management to no avail), people do not dispose of their trash properly, the elevators are out of code which leads to breaking more often than not, people in the building are stealing packages/bikes, etc. This whole time the management is no where to be seen and the obvious amount of fucks they give is none. read more

I've lived in my current apartment for nearly 2 years. When the lease renewal came last year, I discovered that they were trying to raise my rent $10 above what they were advertising on Craigslist for identical units in the same building. I called them and asked if I could move to one of those, and then they told me they wouldn't raise my rent the extra $10 after all. I'm currently leaving for graduate school in August in another state, but my lease expires at the end of June, so when the lease renewals came around, I called their office in April (and weekly thereafter) to ask if I might extend for a month to avoid having to put my stuff in storage, etc. They never returned my calls, regardless of whether I left a message with the receptionist or on their voicemail. Finally, in early June, I went to their office at 832 Custer Avenue in person, and then the receptionist told me that the property manager, Al Belmonte, told her that he didn't want to do a one-month extension because "it complicates their bookkeeping." As opposed to, I suppose, having to move all one's stuff twice and find emergency housing for a month. I would have been much less angry had I not had to go to their office in person to get an answer to a month and a half of calls. I asked the receptionist if I might speak with the property manager directly, she gave me his number, and I called him. In his defense, he did call me back once when I didn't have my phone with me and left a message. I called him back the next day and have left several messages in the two weeks thereafter but once again haven't heard from him since. They also use cheap, toxic paints in their apartments that cause the building to smell for days when they've just repainted. I've only gotten responses to maybe half of my maintenance requests. Finally, I ended up calling Nicor directly when I noticed a weird smell in the apartment, and they discovered a gas leak behind the stove because it wasn't screwed to the wall correctly. Wesley Realty just doesn't seem honest or concerned about tenants' well-being. I wouldn't ever rent an apartment from them again. read more

I current rent from them. Awful...absolutely the worst apartment I have ever lived in. 1st when I moved in 3 out of the four of my burners on my stove did not work. It took several months to get them to replace it. I had to threaten withholding rent. The water pressure is non existent and lack of hot water. In the winter the heat is on 3 out of the four weeks. And today water was flowing from my ceiling when I got home from work. It took them Two hours to finally come out. And try to tell me there is nothing they can do and maybe will fix it. I had to threaten them again. They rigged it so it wasn't leaking on the floor but thru a tube into my kitchen sink. I will notifying 311 of the slum conditions these people provide. One last thing. They cheated out the paint in the bathroom and mold is growing under the paint. NEVER RENT FROM THEM!! read more

I normally don't review places, however this management company has turned my life into a living nightmare. I visited their apartment building 4447 N lawndale ave and fell in love with the unit available... It was updated, bright, good size, and affordable. I received my keys a week later and when I entered the apartment I was quickly greeted by COCKROACHES. I called the maintenance department and was informed they were going to take care of it before I moved in. Two days later I moved ALL my things into the apartment after inspecting it for roaches. After my family had finished moving me in and left I opened the fridge to see a giant roach crawling around. I immediately left and had to arrange for friends and family to come back that SAME night to help me move out. When I went back that evening I was horrified there were cockroaches everywhere more than I could ever imagine. I had to quarantine all of my belongings in my parents garage so we can make sure we do not bring roaches back with us. After fumigating everything twice I went to begin checking my items for roaches so I can begin bringing the items I need for daily living inside and sure enough in the first bin I checked I found 3 cockroaches that managed to get in my things from the short 5 hours my belongings were there. Not only has this been an inconvenience but I lost so much just from this company's negligence or out right shady business ethics. I have had to throw out anything that cockroaches could hide in and potentially lay eggs in the list includes, fans, vacuum cleaners, multiple rugs, and so on. PLEASE PLEASE be careful when renting from this company. I will be dealing with this issue for months as I try to rid my items of roaches just from a short 5 hour stay in their apartment. read more

I was renovating my house and my temporary living arrangement didn't work out. Found an apartment on line while traveling to LA on business. Called Yvonne and set up an appointment for friends to look at the place in may absence. They gave the go ahead and Yvonne and me were able to complete all of the paperwork over the phone and via e-mail. Drove straight from the airport to the apartment to sign the lease. Move in was easy. Maintenance was prompt except in one case where I think the work order got lost. A second call to Yvonne and the work was completed in in 24 hours. Being a homeowner, I did a few maintence things around the property and Yvonne (and the neighbors) were very appreciative. My renovation ran long and the lease extension was easy. If you need an apartment and don't want a big complex, call Yvonne. I know if I will if I ever need an apartment again. I highly recommend her. read more

Your experience with a Wesley apartment will vary greatly depending on the building and building manager. We rented an apartment in a great neighborhood at a good price. The unit itself was dated, but the walls were very thin. This is likely a fault of the builder rather than Wesley, but the inside had several noticeable cheap fixes and could have used an update. Our building manager, Tufo, was great and took care of any maintenance issues within a reasonable amount of time. However, it was a challenge to reach the office and find the correct person to talk with. Calls always go to voicemail, and it is near impossible to reach a live person to deal with an issue other than routine maintenance. read more

I'm renewing my lease for the second time with Wesley Realty. As with any realty company, there are some faults such as lights not on a correct timer or delayed non-emergency maintenance requests, but over the past year I can say they have really stepped up their game. Requests are now done on a timely (sometimes almost immediate!) basis and I've only had to call about small things since the unit is in great shape. They have redone my kitchen counters due to a gap, removed mold from the ceiling (and not just with a new coat of paint), and fixed a leaking radiator during the winter months. Yvonne is the leasing manager for my building and has been quite receptive and responsive. I requested an amendment to my lease and Yvonne was able to accommodate my request without hesitation. Yvonne seems to care about the tenants and, at least for me, has gone above expectations. read more

Very unhappy with the customer service. I always had a difficult time reaching anyone in the office. If I had any type of problem, issue or concern I would usually get better results by contacting the on site maintenance worker. Now that I've moved out it is even more difficult to talk to a live person at the office. I constantly get automated voices and voicemails where I leave messages and never hear back from anyone. This review is based on my communication with Yvonne Stachyra from Wesley Realty Group. My husband and I found a condo for rent on Friday that we wanted to tour. I called Yvonne and she was able to do a showing the next morning (Saturday morning). After touring she gave me her card and told me she would be available for any questions. Yvonne also told me that we needed to apply by 9 a.m. Monday morning to be considered. (Approx 48 hrs later.) After talking it over with my husband we decided to apply. I gave her a call that Saturday afternoon with a few questions on how/where to submit application & payment. She didn't respond. Tried her again Sunday afternoon and also sent a text message. I understand these weren't standard business hours but seeing as Yvonne is a realtor working weekends AND that the application needed to be submitted by 9 a.m. Monday I expected her to be more responsive. I ended up faxing the application to the office of Wesley Realty Group and sent another text to confirm that it was received by Yvonne. No response. Called the office at 9:15 Monday morning, no answer. Called again at 9:30 and the receptionist(?) told me that Yvonne should be in shortly and would give me a call. Yvonne texted me from her cell phone letting me know it had been received. Texted me again to call in with our debit card to process payment for application. We considered backing out due to the lack of communication but we've been looking for a month and loved the unit/location so my husband and I decided to go for it. I called her extension, no response. Called her cell phone, no response. Called the main office again and asked to be forwarded and explained why I was trying to reach Yvonne. She finally picked up and we gave our debit card # to pay the $65 to process our app./authorize credit check. She told me during that phone call (around 10 am) that we would hear from her by that same afternoon. The $65 was never charged. Waited all day Monday to hear from her and I called the office at 4:45 (15 min before close) with no answer. Tried her cell from my cell at 4:50, then called from an unknown number (on purpose) and she picked up. Yvonne told me that the tenant had found a renter and that she didn't even process our payment. Whether or not they found another tenant, Yvonne Stachyra was frustrating to "work" with for the 48 hours that we tried. Probably a good thing we don't have to be in contact with her to pick up keys/move-in/move-out in a couple years. Going forward we won't rent anything managed by Wesley Realty Group or do any business with them. read more

This management company is AWFUL! If you find a condo or apt that is managed by them think again and try to find something else. If you are already stuck with them and have a problem, make sure you get everything in writing, preferably all by email & text because otherwise all you will do is waste your time. They will have you keep calling and making requests, then swear up and down you never let them know before. They never accept responsibility or fault, and will do as little as possible that is absolutely required. They care nothing about customer service and just about what they may get in trouble for. read more

We have rented in a few places over the years, and have not had as pleasant experience as we have had with Wesley Realty. One of the first things we noticed was that they are proactive with their maintenance, things such as cleaning out the dryer vent, to coming through and checking smoke detectors and CO alarms ( both very close to my heart, since I'm a firefighter ), and I have, on multiple occasions, been coming out of my apartment, and there is someone sweeping the stairs, or changing light bulbs, etc in the main areas. When our dryer wasn't drying as well as it should-literally within an hour of my phone call, the laundry company had contacted me to come out the next day. The back balcony area and grounds are always well maintained as well. We wouldn't be moving if it was not for the recent birth of our twins, and being in a two bedroom wouldn't work for us, with a boy and girl. They became aware of us having twins and delivered a buy buy baby gift card, that almost brought my wife to tears. I can't say enough about living here, we are sorry we have to move. If you are looking to rent, I'd highly recommend renting from Wesley. I'd also like to thank Yvonne, who has been showing the apartment, she's been very nice to us, and accommodating with us, knowing we had the twins. read more

I wish I could do less than one star. This realty company is a joke. My lease is finally up and I recently left their building. When I first moved in I was told the stained carpets in the hallways were getting redone and after a year nothing has happened. My building was constantly falling apart. Garbage was always left in the halls, the mail boxes were literally falling off the wall for a year and nobody did anything. I saw roaches in the basement everyday and no one seemed to care. There were spider webs and bugs and garbage in the building lobby all year round. All they care about is getting you to sign their lease and that's it. Would not recommend it to anyone! read more

Wesley Realty, Yvonne and Lu Flores are wonderful! We moved to their 4424 N Seeley building in Lincoln Square in August 2014, and could not have been happier! The place was great! The repairs were done quickly and professionally. We had a loose small tile in the bathroom: after calling Lu to fix it, we came home to a brand new shower with large marble tiles! We had to move on a short notice due to personal circumstances - Yvonne went above and beyond helping us with a sublease. My husband and I have been renters in Chicago since 1997 - this is the best landlord we have ever dealt with. I have recommended them to my family and friends, and will continue to do so. read more

I have been on the Board of Directors of a condominium association managed by Wesley Realty Group for several years. Our board signed up with Wesley after meeting with the director as the time, Nicholas Marin. During our interview process, Nicholas impressed us with his knowledge of the Illinois Condominium Act. Our Association was managed by Nicholas for a while and received outstanding services. I would have given Wesley 5 stars then hands down. Then our Association was transferred to Ben Klaus another manager at Wesley. We knew we wouldn't get Nicholas for ever. Ben Klaus was actually great as well. We were getting great services. At one point we learned that Nicholas left Wesley in the end of 2017 - to our surprise. Nothing was ever communicated to us. Nicholas was very knowledgeable about condominium management and we were surprised that nothing was said and that apparently he was never replaced. Then Ben Klaus left in May 2018; and everything started to go downhill. Our Association is currently managed by Nicole Palmer and Lisa Simone. It clearly sounds like Lisa is overwhelmed and it doesn't appear that Nicole is really sure of anything. It is clear to our Board that there is now a lack of leadership there and that we are no longer receiving the level of service and expertise we enjoyed under the management of Nicholas and Ben. We really considered Wesley as the best management we had in a long time but it is no longer the case. Hope Wesley will find someone with better knowledge and leadership. read more

I feel strongly to review Wesley Realty Group which manages condos and rentals. After our condo association cycled through many condominium management companies, board and owners were very happy to finally find Wesley Realty! We had so many bad experiences with accounting, responsiveness, customer service, capital improvement and routine maintenance - that we were beginning to lose hope. Wesley is amazing. The managers are responsive and professional. The accounting is impeccable. We also love the contractors they have referred to us. We had been 'behind the 8 ball' for years, and they not only helped educate us in law, finances and reserve studies, but they guided us in permanent solutions to our complex steam line issues. I was supposed to rent a unit from this group which i found through Rent Smart, After I had filled out all the necessary paperwork I never received keys. They are renting a building with great options, but there sense of responsibilty towards their Tenants was shown negatively. After finishing up with Rent Smart, I was told Wesley group would contact me. That never happened! I called them and all I got was some stupid automated system, but who the hell do I contact? What extension? Rent Smart did not know, and why the hell did I not here from anybody at Wesley. So I took a drive up there and everybody kept shoving my questions and concerns to the receptionist! What the hell is she going to do? See, the problem was I was told that the building would be ready by the 1st of the month, then they tell the 15th of the month,so I go and pay a little extra money to my present landlord thinking everything will be ok. After explining to the receptionist the whole thing about the 15th of the month, she tells me to call back on the 15th to get the key after someone else their said we could pick it up the day I was there. So i agreed, and as i left i realized i still do not know who to contact, so I go through the whole automated crap and I leave a message, three hours later I get a call with a contact name. On the say of the start of the lease, NO KEY! THE CONTACT PERSON WAS SUPRISINGLY SICK,AND NO APARTMENT TO MOVE IN. THEY SUCK! And can tou beleive they still want us to wait an additional two weeks, and maybe a couple of days after, you know what i told them to do..The funny thing is that they cashed my move in fee two weeks before i moved in, I did not even have keys! The property they were renting was not even close to being done, we knew they were speaking to soon. Now Im wating to here from these people, they seem TO NEVER CALL BACK, and if they do it's right before closing time, Go Figure! read more
