Your loss Delray Pharmacy bc I was going to transfer my scripts (10+ monthly ) plus compound and transfer my parents over . Delray pharmacy could have had an increase in scripts by at least 30 monthly . Thousands of dollars could have been added to your monthly take . Your lesson for the day - Communication and coordination.

There seems to be an issue here of lack of transparency. If the medication isn't available or unlikely to be in stock, patients should be told that clearly so they can make other arrangements...not kept in a weekly loop without resolution. In one call I was told they have a list of regular patients waiting for their meds to be filled. Hearing this and adding the rest of my experience with this pharmacy made it feel like my I was no priority and that maybe this would be an ongoing issue. At a certain point, repeatedly stringing patients along without a realistic expectation of filling their prescriptions raises concerns about whether patients are being given accurate information to access their medication in a timely way. Strongly recommend trying elsewhere.
