Been here Twice. The first time I was not happy with my carts and felt something was off about…read morethem. Tonight I bought a cart and disposable and the box was suspiciously easy to open which made me irritated immediately because I knew that wasn't right. They had opened the box already/ it wasn't even sealed. They just slapped their own sticker over it to make it look like it was a sealed and authentic product. Checked the lot numbers on them and they were FAKE. This place has some audacity to OVERCHARGE for FAKE products. Smoking FAKE products is NOT SAFE. For your health and wallet just go somewhere else. When I got on yelp and saw this place wasn't licensed I was heated.

They had a lot of really good, solid brands, including some flavors and products I had never seen before. I really liked that we were able to walk around, check out different brands, and pick out our own products without feeling pressured to buy anything. The whole experience felt almost like shopping at a grocery store--you can take your time and look around without feeling rushed. When I had questions, Andre was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to give us helpful information without being pushy. Both Ian and Andre were friendly, welcoming, and made the experience really enjoyable. Definitely appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, great selection, and knowledgeable staff. The cashier went to get the products but came back with only one. When I told her she never gave me the second one, she insisted she already had and said they would need to review the security video. At that point, I had already paid, and it was embarrassing to be treated like I was trying to get something for free when I was simply asking for the product I had purchased. The manager eventually stepped in and gave me the second vape, confirming I should have received it. What was disappointing is that no one apologized for the mistake or how I was treated. Everyone makes mistakes, but good customer service means owning them. I left feeling disrespected and won't be returning.

It is a huge warehouse with a parking lot and street parking available. You need to check in with the receptionist when you first get there and they have a bud tender help you find your products. They aren't pushy and they don't follow you around like I've experienced in other dispensaries. Whether I place the order online or go in to browse, the bud tenders are always sure to make sure I get a good deal. The other day I ordered some Alien Labs and a couple pre-rolls, through weed maps and the bud tender double checked my order. She noticed my order qualified for a promo and I got another .5 gram for $1. I've even ordered delivery. Depends on your city location, there is a minimum you need to buy. The communication is through Weedmaps and they take cash and or debit and credit cards. Anyway, always check out the deals online and or call ahead. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The Jaderoom is the best place to get your products!
