As of today, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Lately, the exit entrance has been blocked off with cones. In the past, I've entered through there without any issues, and the security staff have always been polite and welcoming. Tonight, around 8:30 PM, a security guard shined a flashlight at me after I parked and told me to leave. It wasn't busy at all either so I'm not sure what his problem was. I explained that I've been coming here regularly for years and that no one had ever given me a problem before. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I felt singled out and treated like I was doing something wrong. Consistency and customer service matter, especially for loyal customers who visit multiple times a week. I've seen many people do this all the time and there has never been an issue. I enjoy coming here, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
