I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in expecting to pay the online sale price of $17.50 for a vape pen, but I was told I had to buy two to get the BOGO deal, bringing my total to about $35. I agreed and paid. The cashier went to get the products but came back with only one. When I told her she never gave me the second one, she insisted she already had and said they would need to review the security video. At that point, I had already paid, and it was embarrassing to be treated like I was trying to get something for free when I was simply asking for the product I had purchased. The manager eventually stepped in and gave me the second vape, confirming I should have received it. What was disappointing is that no one apologized for the mistake or how I was treated. Everyone makes mistakes, but good customer service means owning them. I left feeling disrespected and won't be returning. read more

Never coming back to this location ever again lol. Raced here and got to the gate at 948 security asked if I had an online order I said no he said no walk ins. he said try haven Down the road. I drove off and started looking at weed maps when I remember I've been here so many times right about closing I get the same thing every time I'm in and out what's going on? Well I called kannibus works Stanton location at 9:52 and Jeff answered said im good as long as I'm there before 956 basically. (But I arrived at 948 and was told to go to haven?) Well I came back and stood at the gate ignored by Jeff while he cleaned the doors and the security guard until 959 when I admitted defeat. When I used to go to Catalyst and there was something wrong with the products they always switched them for one that works with no hesitation . I started going to Kannabis for the deals but sadly sometimes pods or disposables come out defective and when I try to switch it they make a really big deal and don't even change it instead they completely make you buy a new one with no discount. I find this really pathetic ! If a customer is not happy about their item I believe they should do something about it !! Jeff in particular will ask you millions of questions in such a rude tone . 0/10 don't recommend this place never going back ! read more

They wouldn't do anything about it to make up for it and had no customer service to support whatsoever. They suggested I take it up with Stizzy.
