Dr Mackey was very kind, knowledgeable, personable and caring, took a lot of time with me and I actually now have a different prognosis and treatment plan from him. The other surgeon wanted to perform surgery which it turns out is not only not necessary but was wrong. He never shared my x-ray with me or answered any of my questions or concerns. He said I had arthritis which it turns out was incorrect, I do not have arthritis or need surgery, just some inflammation which can be treated without invasive intervention. I would highly recommend Dr Mackey to anyone without any reservation. He is a wonderful doctor and his entire staff treated me with respect & caring.

This was my first visit, and I came in dealing with significant finger, hand, wrist, and elbow pain. Dr. Wiater was extremely attentive and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He provided an injection, ordered a nerve study, and took me off work for a few weeks so I could properly heal. Once carpal tunnel syndrome was confirmed, he worked closely with both me and my employer to create a gradual return-to-work plan with appropriate restrictions. My pain and symptoms were never ignored. His PA, Claire, is also wonderful--compassionate, attentive, and great to work with. However -- But I cannot find a reasonable way to get through the phone system to make an appointment. I have called and waited hours on the phone, or tried to get a call back and missed the return call. I will have to get my GP to intervene for me, or I will have to go to their urgent care to get help. I probably need to get revisions on my hip replacements -- but it's like getting through to Oz to get any help, any answer on the phone.

I have been dealing with a pinched nerve for a few months now and, after an MRI helped to pinpoint the problem, we are considering back surgery. I arrived early for my appointment and had a short wait but was taken in early to the examination room. When Dr. Graziano came in we reviewed the MRI results and discussed my current condition of mobility and pain levels and then he described the options. Since I have very little pain and good mobility he suggested we wait on any potential surgery. Dr. Graziano comes across as very knowledgeable and competent in his area of spinal problems. He also has a friendly approach to patients and exhibits concern as well. I would have no problem having him perform my surgery in the future if it becomes necessary.
