The way she acted shows me that he must not allow her to make any decisions or have any opinion or say anything for that matter. I went through years of abuse and he threw every red flag! I pray for her and hope he isn't way worse behind closed doors, but I bet he is! I have spent this year fighting cancer and I dont have a ton of money to spend so I have been going to thrift shops to try and get some nicer items for less money. I made a very larger purchase, over $400, trying to get Christmas gifts for my children and family members. There were a couple of items that my kids have shown me they wanted to get for others and I did not look at the prices BECAUSE the other items I had been looking at where prices okay. Items were higher than most stores but not crazy. We had seen a few high priced items but they were things that MADE sense to be a high price, like vintage items that were REAL. When the total came up, I just assumed I had gotten more items then I thought, that happens when thrifting. Turns out these people just throw whatever price they want and throw a few insane ones in there hoping someone like me will come along and be too distracted to noticed. When I got home, I found that two items where prices insanely high, like way out of line high. One was a USED pair of shoes, NORMAL chuck Taylor's. ALL of the other shoes I got where less than $10 so I had assumed they were in the same price range. They are worn and have sunbleached on them! But I was grabbing them because I thought they would be a good gift. Turns out this shop thinks they are worth $65! The guy said there is no way the other shoes are that cheap, I said let's go look at them. The first pair I grabbed was $25 but it was on the other side of the rack from where I had been shoping so I walked to the other side where I had been yesterday and pick up a pair I had tired on. It is $10. I bought a pair for $7, another pair for $10, a pair of heels for $10 and a BRAND NEW paid that I knew I was paying $60 because I had to ask when I couldn't find the price. But they are a special shoe for diabtics, which i am, so i went ahead anf got them for myself. When I tried to show him that, he claims I looked at 7 pairs of shoes before I found a cheap pair, which isn't true at all. I picked up 2 pairs, the first that was $25 and the second that was $10. He wouldn't walk over and look at the shoes, just said I was wrong.... (abuser). Then there is a motorcycle novelty knife that my son picked out for my husband. ALL of the other Harley items I grabbed were under $20, so again I missed the tag.... of $75. This knife is not worth anything like that. Online there is someone who hasn't even been able to sell it for $15. The lady tried to say that they confirm pricing with at least 5 online posting before they price an item, and I asked her to please show me what she found online because right now you can by the shoes brand new for $40-60 and the knife for $15 on ebay. This was before he stopped allowing her to talk. The man wouldn't allow her to do anything because he knew i would be right and he would be wrong which he CLEARLY can't handle. She was just starting at him and i begged her to please look at me. When she did and I tried to talk to her, he threw a huge fit and told her to look at him. Then started accusing me of saying something to her, I didnt. All I was asking was for them to make them a reasonable price! I wasnt even trying to return them. Hell I would have taken it as credit and shopped more but now I will never come here and I hope you will spend your money somewhere else as well. When I said I would write a review to make sure people know how I was treated, The owner told me that if I try to post a negative review, he will reply "nicely" and that everyone is going to agree with him and say i should have looked at the price tags. No matter what, charging that much over the cost of new/used is insane. ​

Unprofessional Billing and Disrespectful Staff…read more I had a disappointing experience with this office related to billing and communication. After my visit, I was charged an additional amount that I had not been informed about. I called on a Monday and spoke to a staff member who assured me it would be resolved. Despite that, I was still charged. When I followed up, I spoke with someone else who was not only unhelpful but laughed while telling me it was my responsibility to fix the issue. This kind of treatment--especially when it involves people's health and finances--is unacceptable. I expected clear communication and respectful service, and unfortunately, I experienced neither.

I confirmed that it would be ok. When Friday came around, she told me that she would not have scheduled a Friday appointment in my area. I told her everyone makes mistakes, and I have the voicemail from her stating that it would be scheduled for Friday if she would like to hear it. She said F___ you, I wouldn't schedule it for that day, and I'm sending your ticket back. I asked to speak to someone in charge. She said she was the boss. The technicians do a great job, but the "boss" is extremely unprofessional. Edit: It turns out the person who was rude on the phone was the secretary and not the actual boss. The actual boss called me the next day, and I shared the voicemail from the secretary with her. She apologized for the secretaries actions. The technician came out the next business day and quickly fixed my dryer. As a result, I'm bumping my review from one star to three stars. Hopefully the secretary will be less reactive in the future.

I am updating this review after allowing some time to lapse from my last appointment. Since that…read moreappointment, open communications were held with the office, my insurance companies (2) and the VA. Different information of policies has been presented by the insurance companies to myself, than the dental staff. These differences, and information, seem to be quit significant. I have now saught out legal assistance, to help review policies and responsibilities to ascertain the facts and figures from both insurance companies ( CIGNA & METLIFE ). On the date of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early, for there is always paperwork to be filled out. - As the time of my appointment came and went, I was NOT called back into a dental chair. rather, I was held in the reception area for the next 50 minutes. were the front office staff spent tje time trying figure out who was paying for what. Mind you, no services have been completed yet... the cart has most certainly been placed in front of the horse.... This is not what I expected when I showed up with $200.00 in hand, my deductible for the service that was suppose to be completed at this appointment. Throughout this time my anxiety rose, I was forced to react to certain triggers (ptsd) and to my service dog who was keeping a better situational awareness than I. A different approach in my opinion, should have been explored by office staff . 1) provide the service for which I was there for.- crown & address the fractured facial. 2) complete the billing for the service or services done on that day - with information from the originally recieved pre-approvals 3) collect my co-pay 4) hold an open discussion after the appointment, concerning billing problems. As this is MY 1 sided review, still driven by the events at this appointment, and on this date only. Things like - A) how I was made to feel during this appointment and still feel. I am embarrassed, angered, and hurting physically. B) lack of communication prior to appointment- with me and insurance companies C) lack of any compromise for solutions or an alternative to alleviate the pain I was, and am, in. My prior visits to this office were very decent, everyone presented themselves in a professional manner, they all knew there place and jobs. Dr Lewandowski's and his staff do a wonderful job, in the 3 previous visits they made me feel welcomed, listened to me while I discussed my dental concerns and needs. they in return helped me understand there findings, then discussed options to correct my dental issues. This is my review, its not ment to change anyone's mind concerning my dentist. But to provide a review of a problem that still needs to be addressed. Discussions were held with the office manager, and I still have not had the opportunity to discuss these issues with Dr Lewandowski.

Winter funerals are sad enough. With the cost of casket sprays over $250 we hated to see the…read more flowers die within 24 hours on the grave. Our desire was to find a florist willing to do silk flowers. Village Flowers & Gifts is just the florist we needed. We purchased the flowers and their talents proved to be amazing. Many people commented how lovely the casket spray was and couldn't believe the flowers were not real. Thank you Village Flowers for making a difficult day beautiful.
