I was happily surprised that I was able to get in within the first hour that I called. My nose piece had broken and it was painful to wear them like that. They was very pleasant when I called and asked if I could make it there right away as they had an opening at 2:15. I told her I was in town to try to get them fixed. When I walked in I was greeted by all the employees. The staff is very friendly. They all had masks on the two of them working with customers had gloves on too. This why I always go to SVS. Crazy person who let my son order a very cool pair of Costa sunglasses while he was home for college and during COVID. Of course, everything was late, back ordered, etc. BUT SVS vision (Jamie) was amazing at following up and keeping us up to date and being a bit of a pain to her own corporate and the Costa people to get us the glasses.
