An absolute nightmare. If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired this builder to build us a…read morecarport, shop, and RV pad to connect to our current house. We originally hired him because of his communication. This is our first build and I needed someone that I could get ahold of. It was all good and fine until it wasn't. I could write a book about how this was such a stressful experience, but because I don't want anyone to have to go through the same headache, I will just list out the issues that I had so it makes it easier. 1. The timeline of this build was pushed out more times than I can count. It took about 6 months when told it would take 2. I will give him that we did have rain and that did not help as far as foundation, but after I started having issues with the work, he seemed to put us on a low priority. There were times when no one was here for weeks. 2. Attention to detail was not there at all. We did a metal building and asked that it be exactly like our current structure. I guess that wasn't enough and we weren't presented with options on certain things until too late. Bolts on the metal all over the place instead of in a straight line, cement splashed all over the existing structure,(when they came to get it off they used a chemical that took the paint off of our building and never fixed that) paint on the concrete from when his wife was spray painting them and it started to rain so it bled all over, no control joints in the driveway, the brushing of the driveway was completely opposite the existing and they are right next to each other, hole in the existing building by the gutters he said he would fix but didn't, silicone mess around the electric, etc. 3. Cracks in the concrete almost instantly. I was told it was normal but have since had concrete people out saying that is definitely too big of cracks to be normal. The first time I spoke with the concrete guy, he apologized and said he wasnt sure how some of that got overlooked but later, they said they would come out and fix it and then they ghosted me. They also left concrete in our driveway from washing out the truck and never came back to clean it up even though I was told that would happen 4. They cut through pretty much every utility we had. They fixed some of them at first, but then started saying they were just being nice and it was my fault that I didn't tell them where it was. They cut through the electric line out to the property and refused to take responsibility for it after awhile, even though he said he would fix it at first. His memory got worse as the job went on. We had to pay thousands to get that fixed. 5. The property was constantly trashed. The workers would leave trash and building materials everywhere no matter how many times I asked him to talk to his workers. I had a hole in my tires three times due to nails and what not being left everywhere in the driveway. 6. His workers would have their families out and even their kids playing on our property while they worked, when we were not home. We have a lake on our property. What if something would have happened to those kids on our property? Not professional at all. 7. We had septic line for the RV put in the back yard along with electrical stuff. George refused to grade the property back out after that was done saying he wasn't going to put his machine back there even though his guys dug it all up. He also said that metal that they took off of our building to connect the two was not their responsibility to dispose of. So he just left me to have to again find someone else and spend thousands of dollars fixing something he should have. 8.He said that he was going to put kickouts on the gutters. Came out once and said they gave him the wrong ones and would come back out with the right ones..... Never did. He would say he was going to do things throughout this whole job. Some he would, some he wouldn't. 9.The last interaction, I finally met with him to tell him all of my concerns, because up until this point I was trying not to complain as much because I wanted to job to get done. But this interaction, he started raising his voice so much that my mom had to come out and stand with me because she heard him in her trailer. That's when he said he was done and good luck with a lawyer (because he has his contract written in such a way that you can't touch him no matter what.) He didn't finish certain things that he should have, but at that point he decided he was done because he didn't like that I had a problem with the quality of work that he was doing. Terrible business practices.

I hired this contractor to install a recycled paved driveway. He brought out a skid steer and…read morescraped the ground a few inches including the ditch. Plastic was put down and the culvert in the ditch. I had told him during the estimate that I had a pile of dirt he could use some if he needed any extra... he took that as he didn't need to buy any fill material and used 3/4 of my pile. He had to be told that the culvert needed to be lowered to avoid having a bump in the driveway as it was higher than the road. He stated he planned on lowering it.... The dump truck with pavement was there and the culvert was covered with dirt and he was planning on lowering it ????. The wind blew the plastic out of place and instead of correcting it so it would lay flat, he simply pushed pavement on top of the plastic that wrinkled up. I now have weeds growing through the pavement. After what he called a completed driveway I pointed out I could physically see dirt spots in the driveway and it was very thin at the concrete edge... he then pointed out how thick it was out in the driveway. He brought in a pile of asphalt the next day on a flatbed trailer to raise it. A roller was not used and the driveway is not flat, there are water puddles when it rains and the edges of pavement are thin and puddles form when it rains. Plastic in now showing at edge of driveway. Overall finished product is poor. He left the street covered in loose pavement and I spent hours cleaning it so I would not have problems with my HOA. My yard had huge ruts from the skid steer and it was left for me to clean up as well, which I didnt have any dirt to use being he used it. I cancelled a future project and he agreed to refund my deposit, however after numerous phone calls and text being ignored I was fed up and notified him I was headed to the police department to file a report as I believed he would not refund my deposit as he had agreed. Within minutes of that text I received the refund. Its obvious he has skills, however what he is lacking is workmanship. He repeatedly told me my happiness is the most important thing to him to get a good review. Good workmanship would have gotten a good review... do yourself a favor and stay away from this contractor

Highly Recommended!…read more This one is early (4th time) but I have no doubt I'll have the same superior service I've had the past 3 times! I called yesterday (Saturday) and explained my situation and got an appointment for Monday. This company and its name is a perfect fit! Thank you again, Curtis, guys and the entire A-Solution Plumbing for your excellent service as well as the respect and kindness you give your customers. This is the 3rd time I've used A-Solution Plumbing. I recently had the pleasure of working with them again today after my first time many years ago when they replaced pipes in my backyard and I still couldn't be more impressed by their service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was friendly and efficient. They quickly assessed my plumbing issue over the phone and sent technicians the next day. The technicians, Martin and Brandon arrived on time, were very professional, and took the time to explain the problem clearly. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure the job was done right. I've had issues with other plumbing companies in the past, but this experience was a game-changer. If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy, and professional plumbing services, I highly recommend A-Solution Plumbing! Forever customer, Tamara Kincy

My wife called Military Plumbing and was told that they would have someone out today, 5/15/26, between 5pm and 7pm and that there would be a $199 fee for coming out the same day. My wife was told that if someone cancelled their appointment, the plumber would be out earlier than the appointed time. Nobody showed up during that window. My wife called back and talked with someone who said they would contact the driver and have the driver call my wife. By 10pm, nobody had called my wife. I called and talked to someone in their 24-hour call center and was told that they got a manager involved and the manager would research the issue and call my wife back. My wife needed to leave my mother-in-law's house today and head back home for appointments all next week. This debacle has cost them travel time and they may be having to cancel doctor appointments over this. This is unacceptable business practices, and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. ** EDIT - They called the very next morning, apologized and sent someone out immediately. The plumber was very professional and apologized again after fixing our plumbing issue. I am adding 3 stars to the review. **
